  Ginger makes the best cakes!

  We are so thankful for our wedding cake made by Ginger! Not only are her cakes incredibly tasty, she has so many flavor options and is helpful with planning the size of cake needed as well as the flavors. She also made such a beautiful cake, placed our flowers perfectly, and even made our dog out of fondant. Would recommend her to anyone who is planning their wedding!

  The best wedding cake I've ever tasted!!

  Ginger made my daughter's wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious!! It was decorated exactly like my daughter wanted and the groom's cake was perfect! Her prices are very reasonable; especially considering the quality. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a cake for any occasion!

  The best in the biz

  Ginger was super easy to work with, she listened to what I was wanting and was able to make the cake of my dreams! She provided detailed instructions on how to preserve the top layer for your one year anniversary and it worked! Our cake tasted amazing, even after one year in the freezer!

  You can't go wrong with hiring Ginger for your wedding cake. Her prices are wonderful and she is so flexible. She even let us have a different flavor for every layer of our wedding cake! People are STILL talking about how delicious our wedding cake was. Ginger also made a groomsmen cake for us to match my husbands love for Montana and Fly Fishing and it was such a hit with our guests! She went above and beyond!

  Ginger Clark is "Cakes by Carolyn" and she's great. Her cakes are delicious, she has a lot of different flavors from which to choose, and she even did an individual flavor that was not on her original list (that we requested) for our groom's cake. She was very flexible and worked with my mother-in-law to deliver my cake later in the day so that the buttercream did not melt in the sun! Ginger has worked on MANY weddings and has books and books of images to choose from if you don't know exactly what you want. Her cake is also a great value for the price. You don't need to look for anyone else; highly recommend.

Then the moistness of her cakes are just unreal. So good. So many flavors to choose from. We did 4 tiers with each of the 3 main tiers a different flavor. Best ever! Will recommend to anyone 150%.

  Ginger is wonderful! She lets you sample a wide variety and is very helpful if you have no clue where to start with a design. He hand drawing of our wedding cake is exactly what I wanted. Normally there is so much cake left at the wedding but we had multiple people tell us they tried every flavor because it was too good!

  My wedding cake turned out amazing! We paid $300 for my wedding cake and my husbands arakansas razorbacks grooms cake which was incredible. It tasted awesome as well!

  Wow, my cake tasted so good! Everyone said how beautiful it was and how great it tasted. She's also SO SO cheap compared to other bakeries around Memphis. Definitely go to a tasting. She works out of her house but you would never know that by looking at her products that seem to look like they come out of magazines. She'll tell you that her cakes may not look the best (even though they look great) but they will taste amazing - and they do!

Ginger is wonderful and I have been bake to her twice since the wedding for other celebrations. Call her for a meeting and just taste the cake you won't go anywhere else. Then it gets even better...she is very very affordable plus she delivers!
