  Simple & delicious!

  Lisa made the entire process of picking cake and desserts for our wedding extremely easy.. and tasty! She was very warm and welcoming at the tasting, and helped us pinpoint the exact kind of cake we wanted. She was also very responsive when we had follow-up questions, and everything that was delivered on the day of looked absolutely spectacular! Our guests loved the variety and quality of desserts provided at our wedding, and no sweet tooth was left unsatisfied. Thanks again to Lisa for making the best wedding cake we've ever tasted.   I am so happy that we found Lisa Parker for our wedding cake(s). She was friendly, generous with her time, fairly priced, and most importantly her cakes were delicious!
  
  We chose an almond cake filled with lemon curd buttercream and raspberry preserves, frosted with vanilla buttercream, for the wedding cake. Lisa delivered it to Augusta, Maine and decorated it with flowers provided by our florist. The results were stunning.
  
  She also created a grooms cake for me - vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling and frosted with chocolate buttercream. Both cakes got a HUGE thumbs up from my dessert-loving hubby.
  
  I couldn't have asked for more! I can't wait to have our cake again on our first anniversary, and to order many more cakes from Lisa over the years (she has reassured me that she can ship to Virginia). Thank you, Lisa!

  The most amazing vendor and the tastiest desserts

  Lisa is SO great. We didn't know if we wanted to have a cake at our wedding because neither of us are sweets people and we wanted to do things more non traditional but we wanted to go to a tasting and see how we were feeling. We set up a tasting with Lisa to see how everything tasted and first off, she is just the cutest person you will ever meet. She is so so sweet and kind. She made us a few different cakes with different frostings to try and everything was so delicious, it wasn't your typical overly sweet frosting or cakes - everything had real flavor and nothing was too sweet. We tried jams as well and can I just say, the best jam I have ever had - we loved it so much she even gave us a tiny jar to take home which was so nice.
  
  After trying her cake, we had to say yes - it was too good not to have one. We winded up going with Caribbean rum cake with passion fruit frosting and spice cake with blueberry jam in between. We also wanted to get hand pies for our wedding and luckily, Lisa made those so we ordered a few dozen from her for our dessert table.
  
  Lisa was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy and she was flexible. When we showed up for our wedding and finally walked into the barn and saw the cake she created for us, I was blown away. It was a half naked cake with blue frosting and flowers on it and it was the best cake that I've ever eaten. Lisa did such a good job and everyone asked where we got the hand pies from and many people took them home because they loved them so much.
  
  Lisa did amazing work. The cake and hand pies were the tastiest sweet treats we've ever had, we are having a hard time freezing the top half of the cake because we just want to eat it!
  
  Definitely recommend Lisa, she is so lovely and so talented!

  Delicious Sweets!

  Lisa @ Cakes for All Seasons was wonderful from the first time we reached out to set up a cake tasting. We had a really difficult time choosing between the delicious flavors of cake, buttercream, and fillings, but ultimately went with a 10” lemon cake, raspberry and blueberry fillings, and vanilla buttercream. We showed Lisa an inspiration photo that we really liked, and let her know we had tiny cake toppers of our cat and dog to go on top, and would be ordering some cake flowers from our florist to sit on top as well.
  We were so excited about the cake for the reception that we reached out to Lisa about treats for our rehearsal so that we had an excuse to get the apple bourbon cake that we sampled, with the salted caramel buttercream! We ordered that flavor as cupcakes, along with chocolate with espresso buttercream, and some viennese pinwheel cookies. They were an absolute hit at the rehearsal, with everybody taking seconds and we ran out before the night was over. Lisa was so sweet and offered to drop those items off in Portland since she had an event in the area, to save us having to pick them up.
  The day of our wedding, when we arrived at the reception, the cake had me grinning from ear to ear. It was stunning, everything came together beautifully, and I couldn’t wait to cut into it. When it was finally an acceptable time in the evening, my husband and I cut the cake and it was even better than we remembered from the tasting. When we were done with the cake-cutting photos, a friend got a pretty funny video of me scampering away with the rest of the piece of cake because I no longer wanted to share. We got to take home about ⅓ of the cake, but since we had to leave for our honeymoon, it had to go directly into the freezer, and I’m still sad I didn’t get another fresh piece. Amazing job, Lisa, thank you!

  Beautiful wedding cake and tasty treats

  Lisa was lovely to work with for our wedding! We had a great time getting to know her during the tasting, and we had fun trying out her various sweets and cake flavors with our families. We sent her some photos of what we envisioned for our wedding cake, and her cake turned out more beautiful than any of our photos! Our guests loved her desserts as well! Everything Lisa made was wonderful, and we highly recommend her for anyone looking for delicious and gorgeous wedding cakes and desserts!

  Creative and Innovative

  Lisa was amazing from start to finish. Not only was she incredibly warm and quickly responsive, she also has an incredible sense of integrity. My husband and I wanted to serve apple cider donuts at our wedding. Typically she does not allow pastries form outside vendors to be served along with her creations, so she attempted apple cider donuts for us to try along with our tasting. By her own admission, they were not up to her standards, and she suggested we out source those. I was so impressed by the fact that she did not make that a fight, and simply acknowledge they were not her specialty. Especially since the cakes were delicious! So delicious I couldn't decide what flavor to choose and we had 3 different flavors for a 3 layer cake! Our guests raved about how delicious all the flavors were. On top of that, I told her I was interested in a decoration style that I had seen on pinterest that she was not previously familiar with. Instead of just saying no and asking me to pick another style, she must have spent many additional hours getting a tutorial from a friend and attempting the decoration for me. It turned out absolutely gorgeous, and part of the reason I trusted her to tell me if she thought she could deliver was how she handled the donuts. Her cakes are delicious and gorgeous and she will go out of her way to make you happy, so please, hire her asap!!

  Lisa made us a gorgeous wedding cake! It was moist and delicious. She also made the desserts for our dessert bar and the groom cake. Guests are still talking about the cake. I’ve also had her make cupcakes for my daughter’s baby shower. Her flavors are out of this world. She is so lovely and so easy to work with. She will be my go to for any of my cake needs.

  Delicious!

  Lisa created the perfect "naked" cake for our September 2019 barn wedding. Our guests are still raving about the dessert table and cake. The mini apple pies were a particular hit. She was so responsive and easy to work with, can't recommend her enough!

  Lisa made us 8 beautiful cakes for our wedding reception. No one could get over how delicious they were & how decadent they looked. Lisa even made us some treats for my bridal shower - equally as tasty. You can not go wrong hiring Lisa for your wedding cake, she is one of the nicest people we have ever met.

  Working with Lisa was a dream! She was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions as we were planning our wedding from out of state. She also mailed us cake tastings which was really fun and a great way for us to have an idea of what we liked even though we weren't local. On our wedding day, we had a beautiful three tiered cake with chocolate and buttercream + lemon and raspberry layers. YUM. Guests loved it!!! We can't thank you enough, Lisa!

  Equally Professional and Delicious!

  From our very first meeting, we knew Lisa was professional and passionate about producing the very best for us! Our tasting was beautifully executed and Lisa provided a variety of treats for us to taste. Lisa curated a beautiful variety of desserts for our dessert buffet. There was not a single dessert left at the end of the evening! We ordered more than enough for all guests and by the time we returned from our sunset photos, there was not a single piece of dessert left on the table! Lisa was so prompt with communication and truly made sure each of our desires was met! She is the sweetest person and she really cares about the quality of her work.
  
  Lisa checked in after our honeymoon and after mentioning that our venue actually cut into our cake topper and did not save it for us. In addition, some guests decided to help themselves to the desserts left on our sweetheart table, so sadly, we were not able to try any of our wedding desserts! We told Lisa the story to let her know how much our guests TRULY enjoyed her treats. In response, Lisa actually offered to bake a cake topper for us to freeze for our anniversary. She will be one of the best decisions you will make during your wedding planning process!

  We were incredibly happy with the desserts at our wedding, and had such a wonderful experience with Lisa from start to finish! Absolutely everyone loved the strawberry rhubarb pies, blueberry cobbler, apple pies, and orange polenta cakes—especially us! We got so many compliments on how delicious and pretty everything was, and how much fun it was to have pies instead of regular wedding cake. The gold dust on the walnut pies (the bride's special request) was so pretty and felt so special. Everything was just perfect!   We were incredibly happy with the desserts at our wedding, and had such a wonderful experience with Lisa from start to finish! Absolutely everyone loved the strawberry rhubarb pies, blueberry cobbler, apple pies, and orange polenta cakes—especially us! We got so many compliments on how delicious and pretty everything was, and how much fun it was to have pies instead of regular wedding cake. The gold dust on the walnut pies (the bride's special request) was so pretty and felt so special. Everything was just perfect! Lisa was also incredibly responsive and professional, came up with the perfect suggestions in response to our ideas, and was so wonderfully nice and friendly every time we talked. We had a wonderful experience and think everyone should be so lucky as to have Lisa's desserts at their wedding!

  Lisa made the most wonderful gluten free wedding cake for my husband and I. We had a small 8’ wedding cake that was available to guests along with multiple other desserts made my family and friends. The GF cake was sweet and did not fall apart (like other GF cakes do!). Many of our guests commented on how much they loved the cake and didn’t realize that it was GF. Lisa also lent us a cake tray which was extremely nice of her. The price was perfect, Lisa was nice, and the cake was yummy. Highly recommend!

  Lisa at Cakes for All Seasons is a phenomenal confectioner! We chose to have a dessert buffet and a small cutting cake. Lisa gave us recommendations on what desserts work well together to make sure we had a nice variety. She makes the best whoopie pies i've ever had! We had so many people at our wedding asking where the sweets came from and talking about how amazing everything tasted! We would recommend Cakes for All Seasons to ANYONE in need of sweets! She sent us samples of cakes in the mail so we could still have the tasting experience at home and worked with us to make sure to fit the cake on a sterling silver tray that belonged to my grandmother. It meant so much to my mom (and us) to incorporate a family heirloom on our wedding day! The cake itself was absolutely beautiful, and our guests raved about it after the wedding. We can't wait to eat it again on our first anniversary! Thank you Lisa!

  The cake was delicious and looked absolutely beautiful! Lisa was very sweet and paid extra attention to detail when we talked about overall design of the cake. She also made a special accommodation for us when she made the whole cake Gluten Free as we had plenty of people in our families and attending the wedding who had gluten sensitivities. The cake was moist and the frosting and filling were scrumptious! She also has a great sense of humor and can make anyone laugh! She is amazing to work with!
