  Prompt Professional Prenup Services

  I had Attorney Brian represent me for my prenup agreement. He was thorough with his review. I could tell that Attorney Brian was looking out for me and had my best interest in mind. He really made sure I understood everything within the agreement and that it was fair for both sides. I would highly recommend.

  Very Responsive Prenup Lawyer

  I recently worked with Brian for my prenup. I was on a time crunch because I decided to do it last minute. I emailed him 2 months before my civil ceremony. He contacted me immediately and assured me we could get it done.
  
  He was very easy to work with (took the time to clearly explain things), extremely responsive via phone or email, and incredibly flexible with my work schedule. His rate is also very fair. I am super cost conscious so was comparing how much others would charge and he gives the best rate and for great work. I drove from San Diego to work with him so I think that says a lot! I am very picky and judgmental lol my poor fiancé... but Brian exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to do a prenup. 5 stars for service, quality, and responsiveness.

  Quick and Professional Prenup Services

  I contacted Brian Nguyen last year when I needed a prenup. Both my mom and my husband's mother agreed that we needed one. Brian was referred to me by some neighbors who had also used his services for their prenuptial agreements. Brian met with me via Zoom and he presented a slideshow detailing reasons to get a prenup. He stressed that it was important to get it signed and notarized by all parties prior to the official wedding. He charged a flat fee for his service. He needed us to provide a rough estimate of our financials and he provided us with a contract using that information. We discussed what we wanted and didn't want to be included in the case we dissolved the marriage. It was pretty straightforward. I know prenups kind of suck the romance out of getting married but marriage is a contract and in a community state like California, I need to protect my assets. I worked way too hard to lose them if I ever get divorced.
  
  Since my husband and I got married in Mexico, we tried to get everything squared away prior to our trip. It didn't quite work out that way. We ended up having our official civil (courthouse) ceremony post-Mexico. That actually was something that needed to be edited in our prenup which Brian took care of. He provided the document, my husband's attorney signed it, and both my husband and I signed it. We had it notarized and sent Brian and the other attorney a copy, for their files. The process was no frills and went fairly smoothly. If you need a prenup or postnup drawn up, Brian is your guy. Hopefully, I never have to use it in court, but with all things, it's nice to have that piece of mind.
