We loved working with Anastasiia! She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and very easy to work with. We especially loved how beautiful our chuppah turned out. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family! -

Fairytale wedding flower decor.
I am so happy we chose Cali Bouquet for our wedding because our experience with Anastasia, who is the owner and florist at Cali Bouquet was amazing. Anastasia listened to me, understood what I wanted to see at the wedding, helped me with picking the right flowers because I had several options in mind, and she was able to understand what exactly I wanted. I wanted peonies and anemonies besides roses in my bridal bouquet, but they were out of season and she made that happen. We ordered large centerpieces, bride and bridesmaids bouquets, groom and groomsmen boutonnières, flower decor for sweetheart table, the wedding ceremony flower arch, chair decor. There are no words to describe how beautiful everything looked! Our guests are still talking about the decor at our wedding!
Pricing was fair and absolutely worth it! The professionalist is top notch, she and her team were there on time, everything was set on time! Thanks to Cali Bouquet for creating flower fairytale at our wedding, they exceeded our expectations! -

Natalya Sent on 05/08/2018We neglected to plan for the bouquet I'm advance and we were scrambling last minute. Anastasia was very helpful with the bouquet - one of the most important things for the bride. She carefully listened to what I want, made recommendations, and came up with a perfect bouquet. The price was below what other places are charging and the delivery was on point. The bouquet lasted both days: the photoshoot the day before as well as the wedding day. I am very happy to have found Anastasia and I am really satisfied with her work!

Daniela Sent on 04/05/2018Anastasiia did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. She created a beautiful space for my wedding, 10 centerpieces, amazing bridal bouquet and other floral decorations. Cali Bouquet team are always consulting the timeline when setting up, and sees the event as a whole collaboration amongst us all to help make the event the best it could be. Thanks you so much we were definitely excited!!!!

Worst customer service and no professionalism
Tried contacting them for months. No response, even send them a message on FB.
We called them finally two weeks ago before Valentine’s Day and their excuse for not answering for so long was “oh we’re so busy with Valentines Day”
We told them that we were not happy with the way they act towards customers, which for a business should be a standard.
We scheduled a call date for 6 days ago, and check the picture for their response that we just got.
Oh and they also looked up my fiancé and I on Instagram and blocked us. We were able to look them up through a different account so yea professional.
I hope these women from this business are not just doing this because my fiancé is black. Would VERY SAD.

I email them in December with no response, call them about it and they asked if I filled out a google survey sheet (that they never sent). I fill it out and they give me a quote. I tell them that there’s some things I won’t need in the quote and email them a bunch of pictures of the style we want. No response for close to a month. I send a reminder about it. Still no response. Send another reminder with my phone number asking to set up a date to call and still nothing. My fiancé messages them on Facebook to respond, they read it and give no response!! I finally get them on the phone and ask why they haven’t said anything and they say because Valentine’s Day is coming up. Of course I’m upset because I have been trying to contact them since December so that’s no excuse to not let me know anything. While we’re on the phone she starts reading my emails for the first time! I told her I don’t need her to read my email right at that moment but to just set up a time for us to talk when they’re not so busy so we scheduled a consultation the Monday before Valentine’s Day. No call from them of course and all I get is the email (that I screenshot and have attached) 6 days later.
Turns out, they blocked my fiancé and my personal Instagram accounts. We were able to look them up on Instagram with a non personal account we share and that screenshot is also attached. The absolute most unprofessional business I have ever seen. I hope this has nothing to do with my being African American because I’ve seen this same kind of behavior from other types of businesses towards other Colored people that I know. -
