We are SO happy that we chose this venue for our wedding! The staff was so incredibly friendly and treated us like family! Coby was our wedding coordinator and she was SUCH a sweetheart throughout the whole process. She kept me on track with wedding details, while also offering advice and pointers on things for the wedding! She was so helpful and understanding throughout the entire wedding process! I can't even imagine how I would have gotten through the event without her! She was a complete star!

We also loved Rafael, who helped us with our Signature drinks, was just such an amazing guy! He was so friendly, helpful and creative! He treated us like family and, for us, we felt like he really was family! I mean I can't say enough about Rafael. I didn't get to spend a lot of time with him, but despite that, the impression that he left upon me and my (now!) husband was unforgettable!

There was also Ron, who was our "Captain". He helped us the day before and the day of the wedding, making sure that everything was getting set up correctly. When we had no idea what to do (in terms of hanging decorations) or when we felt that we lacked something or if we just had a general question/problem, he was there RIGHT AWAY to solve our problems! And he did it with style. Everything he chose/suggested was BEAUTIFUL! I couldn't believe it. We definitely wouldn't have had such an easy time decorating if it weren't with him.

Overall, we are SO happy to have found this venue. The venue is gorgeous, the food was delicious, the drinks were heavenly and the staff is undeniably the best staff ever. They are all about customer service and making sure that you are happy!

We chose CCA because we had a large wedding and not a lot of places were able to accommodate our guests but it was no problem for CCA! They provide professional planning and catering services and have a lot of local recommendations for the cake, DJs, tuxedos, you name it! They are very flexible and provide great food great service! All of my guests and even my experienced DJ said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. And FYI they offer a great military discount! Please give them a call and just meet with them if you are considering. Best bang for your buck in San Diego county!

Overall the venue was nice. The ONLY reason that I did not give the CCAE 5 out of 5 stars is because I don't feel like the assigned coordinator did all that well. She was not very responsive to my emails and the details of the wedding. However....on the other hand - - - the banquet staff and staff that was there to help during the actual event was AMAZING!!! Rafael, Jose & Shane went above & beyond the call of duty for this wedding!

I was intent on finding a venue that had character. I also was just stuck on the idea of a theater stage wedding, so after an extensive internet search, I found this gem! My then fiance and I made a point to go on our own first to scout it out before scheduling an official tour and there was no where else that could come close to it. So...

It has two theaters, an art gallery, a courtyard, a sculpture garden and two conference rooms all available for renting depending on your budget and guest count. I chose the courtyard for the ceremony and the art gallery for the reception. I don't think the price is wrong, except there is no way around their in-house caterer restriction.

My coordinator was Coby and if you can request her, do! She felt like a part a great friend by the end of it with endless optimism and was able to quelched any stress or worry that I had. I fully trusted her with my vision. Other parts of the service team were awesome with the exception of the catering manager. He accounts for the minus 1 star because of his consistent absence and lack of professionalism. I have a few stories about our interfaces with him, but the bottomline is that if not for him, my wedding experience would have been perfect and five stars all the way.

I will always recommend this venue!
