  In a single word - Amazing!
  
  We went with Camano Island Inn because of the gorgeous views and the fact we could have all our friends/family from out of town stay at the Inn. (We also rented their beach guest house.)
  
  Susan (wedding planner) was great. She and the chef sat down with us and helped us really make the wedding ours. We were going for a non-traditional wedding and they were happy to help make that happen (and offer helpful suggestions along the way!).
  
  Most of our guests got in the day before, and it was great being able to linger with our guests over breakfast the morning of our wedding. The upstairs living area with kitchen was wonderful - nice place to hang out and stash some food & drinks. The guests had a great time setting outside and just looking out over the sound - and we had a wonderful time visiting before the big event.
  
  The staff was so helpful and attentive. I felt like there single goal was to give us the best wedding! We had requested non-alcohol sparkling cider (although our guests did have beer & wine) and before toasts started they brought us some cider. We were having an ice cream sundae bar and it was a *very* warm day, so they set it up outside (where it was much cooler). Our dinner was served buffet style, and they packed up some of the leftovers for us - such a great thing to have when we got home the next day! They even sought out my husband-to-be and asked what my favorite breakfast food was so I could have it the day after our wedding (which turned out to be some of the best pancakes I've ever had!).

  The Camano Island Inn and staff provides a first class wedding experience for a small wedding with family and friends on the beach. Not only was the ocean-front service setting and food spectacular, but the staff catered to our specific needs every step of the way. The Chef customized the menu for us. We changed our minds many times and made lots of last minute changes, but the General Manager and staff were flexible and made changes to accommodate us. The staff knew our names and the service was excellent. We rented the entire inn and the rooms worked out perfectly including the opportunity to rent the Beach House. We would not hesitate to recommend the Camano Island Inn for a summer wedding.

  I had my wedding here. Its a beautiful location but I don't advise it unless you can convince them to allow outside catering. The food was an expensive, unbelieveable disaster. I didn't get a penny back and most of my guests went hungry (myself included). You can't eat undercooked chicken and it came out about 30 minutes after the steak dinner option. My bathroom was dirty and the chairs were being pulled from the room I was in while I tried to get ready.
  Again, it was a beautiful location but if you don't want tears and an empty stomach on your wedding day, choose somewhere else.
