Camas Meadows Golf Club was a perfect venue for our wedding! Rachel helped us through every step of the process— from picking our menu, to the linens and much more. She made every detail possible for our wedding! I loved the greenery/landscape and enclosed tent for our reception. We also had our own bridal/groom suites to get ready in, such a nice touch. Highly recommend this venue!

Camas Meadows, Rachel, and the whole staff were wonderful! They were there every step of the way to make our special day possible the way we wanted it! Everything from the food, location, and tent set up was very nice! We would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for an affordable location to get married!

We loved having Camas Meadows for our venue! The grounds are beautiful, the food was delicious, and the venue did all set-up/clean-up (aside from personal items). They were truly a full-service venue, which allowed us to just relax and have fun on our wedding day. Rachel, the event coordinator, was so easy to work with. She made our day amazing and we couldn't be more grateful to her and her team.

Long story short, two people who had always planned on eloping suddenly found themselves engaged, needing to get married within THREE AND A HALF WEEKS, with family and friends pounding down the door to celebrate our marriage instead of letting us elope. I suddenly found myself a bride-to-be -- who had never even conceived having a REAL wedding -- frantically calling venues for a 200-person guest list right at the start of wedding season.

Right away, when Rachel at Camas Meadows picked up the phone, I knew this would be our venue. She and her team were so incredibly professional and understanding about our situation. I would have never wanted to work with me (to recap: time crunch, clueless bride, huge invite list), but Rachel made me and my husband feel so special and heard in every aspect of planning. She walked us through everything, explained the cost and budgeting (WOW, these things are expensive), and went out of her way to add thoughtful, personal touches.

This attention to detail and thoughtfulness extended to the day of the wedding itself. The venue was immaculately decorated, the staff so helpful, and the "getting ready" spaces stocked with last-minute items I didn't even know I'd need. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to our guests at the reception, going above and beyond. The food? Delicious. The decor? Amazing. The beautiful golf course? Picturesque. Truthfully, my husband and I kept waiting for something to go wrong, because we felt there was no way everyone could actually be having that good a time. So many of our guests told us something along the lines of "this is the best wedding I've ever been to; I can't believe they only had a month to put this together"!

I might still not know a lot about weddings, but I know I could never have dreamed up the day my husband and I had without Rachel and the whole Camas Meadows team. If you're looking to have a wedding in the greater Portland/Vancouver area, I beg you, look no further.

This venue worked with us for 2 years to make our big day happen for us the way we wanted. When Covid restrictions started the were flexible and supportive with moving the date. They took such good care or us, every team member was awesome to work with and provided the highest customer service. The chef also pulled off some superb authentic Italian food for our big day. Highly recommend Camas Meadows for your big day!

Camas meadows, and Wedding Coordinator Rachel Wilson, were so kind and excellent to work with for our September 4th, 2021 wedding. Rachel's willingness to have our wedding fit our ideas was what everyone would want! The fees, location, and teamwork makes Camas Meadows the place to choose for a wedding!

My husband and I got married at Camas 1 year ago. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a venue. It was beautiful. The rooms are great. The food was delicious. We worked with Rachel pretty much the entire time. It was important for us to communicate with our venue coordinator and Rachel made everything seamless. Thank you Rachel for making our day so great!

This venue was amazing! From the moment I inquired about services, to touring, to hosting the big day, everything was perfect! Rachel & Emily listened to every question I had an had solutions for anything that didn’t work out. With Covid restrictions they really did their best to provide exceptional service and they went above an beyond. We didn’t get to use gazebo for ceremony, but the tent was set up beautifully for both ceremony and reception. Lastly, the food was AMAZING and HOT when it was served. All my guests raved about how great the food was. If you’re on the fence, pick this one! I wish I could do it all again

Jamie is a rockstar and I love her so much. She was my go-to, my rock, during this experience. She is so easygoing and approachable so I had no problem asking any questions or making requests all the way through the wedding day. She is very prepared and knowledgeable so you can TRUST she knows what she’s doing and she will make sure it’s done for your big day. She goes above and beyond. Everyone was so impressed by the venue and said it was beautiful. The food was great. They seriously do their best to accommodate so I feel really good about having gone with Camas Meadows. I cannot thank Camas Meadows enough! They went above and beyond for every aspect of our wedding day. Jamie, the wedding planner, was exceptional from the beginning. She was a fabulous communicator and worked to clearly understand our vision. The best thing about this venue is everything is included as far as tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. This saves a lot of hassle, especially for large weddings(they can hold 300), as they set up and tear down the venue for you. The whole team created a venue that was above and beyond what we could have pictured. The food was delicious and came with great service. Chef Bill created an amazing menu and we had so much fun at our tasting. I highly recommend a wedding at this venue. Plus you cannot get better than a Camas Meadows sunset through the trees, so many photo opportunities on the golf course!

I LOVE this venue!!! Jamie was our venue coordinator! She was so helpful and always responded fast with any questions we had. During the wedding she was helping with everything. Very helpful and made us feel comfortable. Loved it i recommend this venue!!!♡♡ the gazebo is beautiful. And the huge tent we were under for the reception was great. And they had chairs down by the Gazebo and you didn't have to move them from the ceremony to the reception because they ad more than enough chairs. They had colored lights you can put inside the tent that shined on the walls. Can't say enough good things about our experience.

Alright... where do I even start!? Camas Meadows was a great venue to begin with for a wedding but to top it all off, they had Rachael and their amazing chef to make it PERFECT. Their price is so reasonable, the food was amazing, their staff was spectacular, and it was beautiful. Camas Meadows is gorgeous between April - September but it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL in November. I can't believe how beautiful it is year round. Our wedding was so perfect and without Camas Meadows, Rachael, and Chef... it would not have been remotely close to what we wanted. I cannot say how grateful we are for Camas Meadows!! So so glad we didn't go to Abernethy like we were planning ??

A few weeks ago, I had my wedding at Camas Meadows. I worked with Rachael to ensure that my day would be perfect and I cannot begin to explain how perfect it was! We were scheduled to have the ceremony outside at the gazebo, but it was pouring down rain, so I was very thankful that at the last minute Rachael gathered all the staff and moved the ceremony to the ballroom. While the Camas Meadows Staff were setting up the reception in the tent, the Chef was instructing staff to make sure everything on the tables were perfect, including polishing the silverware! Another thing I noticed that's usually uncommon at most weddings was that the Chef was actually at the reception making sure the buffet was going smoothly! And the food was delicious! It eventually stopped raining while our guests were eating, so Rachael came over and asked if we'd like to take some photos outside, of course we did, she even ended up driving us and our photographer on the golf cart to the best spots for photos! During the toasts, you almost had to try to finish your glass of champagne because the staff were constantly making sure that everybody's glasses were filled! We had so many compliments from our guests saying that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to! The Camas Meadows Staff were amazing and made our day even more special with their hard work and dedication to make our day perfect and memorable!

Our daughter and son-in-law had the most perfect wedding at Camas Meadows. The location was beautiful, the food was delicious. Rachael (the Wedding Coordinator at Camas Meadows) was wonderful to work with. She was so organized and handled any request with a joyful smile. It was such a special time for all our family and friends!

We recently held our wedding ceremony and reception at Camas Meadows, and it was perfection! Knowing that late July could be very hot, we chose to hold both the ceremony and reception indoors in the ballroom. (Thank goodness we did, as it hit 103 degrees that day!) The outdoor gazebo is lovely and looks like a beautiful spot for a wedding ceremony, but our ceremony in the ballroom with the huge window displaying the golf course behind us was absolutely gorgeous. The buffet dinner was amazing, and many of our guests commented on how good the food was. The bridal suite was a beautiful place to spend the afternoon getting ready. Rachael (the wedding manager at Camas Meadows) was a dream to work with, so friendly and helpful! (I don't know what I would have done without Rachael-- she's the best!) All in all, we are so happy we chose Camas Meadows for our wedding!

It has been over a year since our wedding day at Camas Meadows, but I am still absolutely blown away by the incredible service that we were provided! From the moment my husband (then fiance) and I met their Wedding Manager, Rachael Grenier, we knew the place was for us. First, the grounds are stunning!! All of our guests keep telling us how beautiful the location was. Second, Rachael was absolutely fabulous! We had an instant connection with her, and she did so much to help make our day perfect. The food was to die for! I wish I could redo the tasting day again and again. Yum! All in all, the day was perfect. Thank you so much to Rachael and the rest of the staff for all that you did for us.


Side note: we went back on our wedding anniversary to have a quick lunch. Rachael was busy with wedding plans for that day, but when she saw us, she ran up and gave us a quick hug. We love her!

Beautiful venue and very friendly staff. It was so nice not having to stress about set up and clean up. The bridal suite is amazing and the grooms room is perfect for the guys to hang out.

Rachael made sure that everything was perfect and was very easy to get in touch with during the whole planning process. They made sure the meal was what we wanted and the food tasted absolutely amazing. I couldn't have imagined a better place to get married at.

I hosted my Parents 50th Anniversary at Camas Meadows. Anna was great to work with. The food was fabulous, too. The staff really worked hard to make our event great. I highly recommend this venue!

I was married at Camas Meadows on Friday, August 17th 2012. I have always wanted a summer outdoor wedding, so I knew the moment I found CMGC it was the place. I booked the ceremony and reception about 14 months in advance. Which I highly recommend if you plan on getting married in the month of August. I mostly worked with Rachel and she was such a sweet heart. She always got back to me either through email or calling in a timely manner. Many people might think that the food at CMGC is overpriced which is what I thought a first too. However it is totally worth it. Nearly a dozen or more people have told me that the steak was the best steak they have ever had, and same goes for the salmon. Many people told me that coconut shrimp and stuffed mushrooms were beyond amazing. Overall I couldn’t not have asked for a better wedding venue, ceremony venue, or catering company. I have already recommended your location to friends that are getting married next summer.

I had my ceremony and reception at Camas Meadows Golf Club in Jul 2011. This is a wonderful venue for a wedding. The staff at the CMGC made the day a dream come true. Everything looked beautiful, the food was superb and service wonderful. The ceremony site is one of the best in the Portland-metro area. For the reception site - you have an option of indoor ballroom or a fully set up tent with ceiling lining, chandeliers etc. Just stunning. I chose the outdoor, perfect for a summer wedding. The value for venue/food/drink is reasonable compared to other venues in the area. Plus, they have only one wedding a day, so they focus on you the day of your wedding! They set everything up according to my request, down to the smallest detail. They work hard to make the day extra special. Jenny, the manager, is there for all meetings and late into the night the day of the wedding (until 1AM - long after all the guests were gone) to make sure everything goes smoothly. I've been to many weddings in Portland and it is very rare you get that kind of attention. The only con is that there were times when it took a week or longer to get my e-mails answered. In the end all of my questions and concerns were answered and my requests granted. Overall, I highly recommend this venue!

Rachael is the best, even with a personal emergency she made our wedding day beautiful and I didn't stress about anything that day. Great food and service. The guests were raving about it all! The location is breath taking even in 90 degree weather. We had about 100 people attend so it was very convenient to have both the ceremony & reception at the same location and not have to find an outside cater. The provided bridal suites we so nice to have. Throughout the entire process Rachael was there to help and answer any questions. If you want a fantastic, beautiful and little stress wedding, I highly recommend booking Camas Meadows.
