    Worth It and More!

    When we started wedding planning we were hesitant to hire a planner. But Kristen was such a huge help with the planning that I don't think our wedding would have happened without her. Her meticulous planning and attention to detail about the little things was integral to making our big day everything we wanted and more.

    Kristen was absolutely amazing and we could not have asked for a better experience! She's organized, fun to work with and made my wedding day completely stress free! She anticipated everything, coordinated the vendors smoothly and overall made the day perfect! If you don't hire her, you're missing out!

    We got to work with Kristen for the 2 years before our wedding, and, to second what someone said below: ***Kristen is MEANT for this job.*** She has the unique combination of being detailed/thorough and calm.

    She was always "present" and really listened to us to help tailor our wedding the way we wanted. We could completely trust Kristen, and it was actually FUN doing wedding planning meetings and walk-through.

    Our wedding day was FLAWLESS because of Kristen. Every tiny detail was taken care of with grace and foresight and Kristen had a calming presence on the day of the wedding (even though she was taking care of 1 million details).

    Stephen and I got to 150% enjoy our wedding without worrying about a thing. We hope to stay in touch with Kristen and cannot recommend her highly enough!

    Also, we used Tim Harmon (photographer) , Allison Shrade (flowers), Tiffany Stone (make-up), Zest (food/drink), and cannot rave enough about them and their exquisite work!

    Words cannot describe how amazing Kristen was during our entire wedding planning process (I'm even a bit emotional writing this - she was just THAT wonderful)! Kristen was hands down, the most phenomenal and important piece of making our day as special and fantastic as we'd ever hoped it would be. She truly went above and beyond in every capacity. She has a passion for others and is extremely detail oriented. She has found her calling!

    We worked with Kristen starting several months prior to our wedding and it was worth absolutely every penny (much more, in our opinion). She was available for calls, emails, texts, meetings, you name it. She came prepared and we always walked away commenting that she thought of EVERY little detail during our planning meetings. Over the course of our wedding planning, we came to feel that Kristen was like a close friend and would continually forget we were "working" while going over wedding plans.

    We had a fairly large wedding of 200 guests and a wedding party of 24. Kristen handled this effortlessly and there was never a chaotic or disorganized moment when someone didn't know what they should be doing, where they needed to be, or who to ask for help. Kristen was always there, providing direction or assistance and making sure everything ran smoothly. We continue to tell friends that this was absolutely our best investment over anything else. Our wedding was a success because of Kristen and we are forever thankful! Thank you so much, Kristen (and Camellia Blossom Events) for making our day the best day of our lives!!!!

    We worked with Kristen and Aerial to plan our wedding, and they were just phenomenal. Everything went perfectly, specifically because of them, from having enough tablecloths to changing things around due to a storm. They gave amazing advice during the planning process, and they made sure my husband and I had enough to eat and drink during our wedding.

    They're amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough.

    Where to begin?? For our wedding we worked with Camellia Blossom and Kristen Metzger. Kristen was our life saver; our angel; our shoulder to cry on. She was amazing. Every step of the way, when things would get overwhelming... or when I would forget an important detail, Kristen was there to take care of it.

    On the big day, Kristen and her assistants performed miracles. Miracles I say. I don't know how we could have done it without them. From a last minute mosquito situation at the venue, to a fire ant bite during pictures, to a ripped dress during the reception. Kristen and her team handled it like pros.

    All of our guests were amazed at how well everything went and I am forever thankful for Kristen allowing us to focus on our big day instead of the 1000 things that could and (some that did ) go wrong.

    I truly hope I never get married again, but if I do, I'm hiring Kristen to by my coordinator.

    If you want to have a stress free wedding, Camellia blossoms is the way to go!

    This was by far my best choice in planning our wedding - hiring Camellia Blossom Events. Worth every red penny. Kristen made all the difference in our wedding day and allowed us to just relax and have one of the best days of our lives with zero worry about logistics. Several of our guests went out of their way to tell us how smoothly the day went, going so far as to note that nothing lasted too long or too short "like often happens at weddings", and it just flowed beautifully. And let's face it - the events that look the "easiest" are the ones that took the most work to make it appear that way and Kristen works that kind of magic. I was so appreciative of not only all that logistical help and her limitless knowledge when I needed a sounding board, but also for the sunshine Kristen brought with her every time we met. Her ready smile and engaging personality, and ability to keep everything on an even keel when needed are a true pleasure to be around. She's tops and will do a fantastic job on your event too. I recommend her without any reservations.

    Congratulations! Your search for a wedding coordinator is over because you've found Kristen and this is who you must hire. It's been about 14 hours since I left my wedding and I can't believe how wonderful she made it. The wedding planning process was pretty much just "Oh they worked with Kristen and she recommends them? Let's do it." Every vendor from catering to the DJ to the drapery folks she recommended we received so much praise for from our guests. Kristen helped us develop a great event timeline for the night and about halfway through the actual reception, when we said OH NO WE MUST CHANGE ALL THE THINGS, she made it all happen and our guests thought that's how it was always supposed to be! We were able to relax into the experience knowing that everything was going to be taken care of.

    Kristen is nothing short of amazing! Not only is she an incredible human in general but she is an incredible wedding planner. She will think of everything before you will! She will always have a smile on her face! I feel so honored that she got to take part in my special day and that she said she enjoyed it! 10/10 would recommend!

    WOW! WEDDING COORDINATIONS, KRISTEN AND ARIEL, GO OVER AND BEYOND WHAT IS EXPECTED! No electricity was the result of a huge thunderstorm just after the outdoor ceremony concluded. Though candlelight receptions are quite lovely, loss of power during almost the entire event did cause long-made plans to suddenly change. Tireless and creative efforts by Kristen and Ariel kept the reception flowing beautifully and calmly. With the DJ and the bride’s brothers, they somehow even managed to acquire music for dancing.
    After months of long-distance planning, the bridal couple flew in from across the country to the groom’s hometown only a week before their wedding. As the parents of the groom, we were already very thankful that the bride hired Camellia Blossom Events to coordinate her wedding and reception at a historic venue near our home, but even more pleased that despite unforeseen circumstances, the wedding and reception were enjoyed by everyone! These two young ladies have earned our highest praise and recommendation from the Parents of the Groom.

    I planned my wedding from out-of-state, so it quickly became apparent that I would need a coordinator. Camellia Blossom Events was the right pick for this job! Kristen was training Aerial, so I ended up getting two coordinators for the price of one! Both Kristen and Aerial were very professional and organized--I could have never kept track of all of the details, but they were on top of it! I communicated mainly with Kristen during the planning process, but Aerial coordinated the rehearsal and was also there they day of. These ladies were SO accommodating! I live in the Mountain time zone, two hours behind Georgia, and they were always willing to schedule phone calls after I got off of work (7:30 PM their time!). The power went out right after my ceremony and stayed out until the nearly the end. They handled it flawlessly. They reported the outage and made sure everyone was up to date on the status of the power. They kept everything running on schedule as much as possible. What could have turned into a complete disaster continued to be a very nice reception. I would definitely recommend hiring either Kristen or Aerial for your wedding planning/day of coordinator needs!

    Kristen Metzger is meant for this job. She is a fantastic wedding coordinator.

    We had a mid-sized wedding of about 140 people at a beautiful outdoor wedding venue. We had a pretty specific vision for the big day, and we wanted a day-of coordinator to help everything run smoothly. After a Skype call with Kristen, we immediately knew she was a perfect fit. She is professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented. Bonus: Kristen is simply a great person to get to know.

    At our wedding, we had a lot of vendors fitting into in a packed schedule. Kristen was the glue holding everything together. It seemed like she was always in the right place at the right time. She would either be off working with vendors, preventing us from worrying about a thing, or she would be popping in to answer a question we just had (or bringing a much needed cocktail after endless pictures).

    We had a number of vendors who were lovely and professional. A few others were not so much. Kristen handled everyone with class and grace. She transformed what could have been our stress into the knowing relief that Kristen will handle anything that might go awry.

    At the walk-through she was a capable leader, organizing everyone into a closely packed schedule. She is tireless and optimistic. She really went above and beyond for us. For example, we had a few personal effects from the venue that we asked her to take back with her in her car. Later, we realized our a concept of “a few” was severely distorted when Kristen pulled up in her car so packed with flowers, extra gifts, etc., that it barely left space for a human being to drive it. Somehow she was even smiling when she pulled up!

    We can’t recommend Kristen highly enough. Our wedding was a perfect day. Sure a part of that was the sunny weather, but the bigger part was Kristen! We placed our entire confidence in Kristen, and she delivered. We hope you are lucky enough to have her for your wedding.

    All I can say is that Kristen Metzger was amazing! I did only have her booked as a day of planner however she kept up with me through the whole process to make sure that everything was coming together OK. Being in the industry myself I did make the mistake of thinking that I could take on way more wedding responsibilities than I was actually able to and Kristen and Ariel really saved my butt the day of the wedding! My wedding was everything I wanted it to be and it wouldn't have happened without their help. I would recommend them to anyone

    My now wife and I decided to use Kristen as our month of coordinator. This was not only for our benefit, but for my Mother in Laws so she could enjoy the day she has been helping us plan for over a year. Our wedding was book for 06/25/2016 and she met with us about a month out and sat with us for hours just to make sure she had every detail down that she would need to know for the wedding. Anytime we needed to update her or had a question, she was easily reached and promptly responded to her emails. She was on sight at the event well before we ever needed to be to make sure everything was going in the right direction. Even though you plan your wedding and know what events are supposed to be coming up, you tend to lose track of time. Kristen was there every step of the way to lead my bride and me around to keep us on track. I could type pages of all the little things that Kristen and her assistant did for us. That is what you can expect with her services, that someone is there to keep the big picture and all the little details in line so you do not have to. She was able to take the pressures of the day of planning off of my mother-in-law and allowed her to enjoy the day as well which, as far as I am concerned, was worth every penny spent.

    Kristen Metzger made my wedding day perfect and stress-free. As a busy professional, I relied on her immensely in the weeks leading up wedding and was able to know that everything was taken care of perfectly. She was easy to work with and flexible on meetings to accommodate my travel schedule and my mother who was coming in from out of town.

    On the wedding day, Kristen went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly as I (and most importantly my mother!) wanted it and was able handle all the curveballs of the day with grace and ease. I know I wouldn't have have the beautiful, fun, and relaxing wedding I had without her there. I am so thankful for choosing Camellia Blossom and Kristen for my wedding planning.

    Kristen Metzger was our "month of" wedding planner for our wedding on 5/7/16. We opted for the month of option because she will coordinate with all the vendors leading up to your wedding day. Kristen scheduled all the meetings/walk throughs and made sure every vendor was on the same page. With everything else you have going on in the weeks leading up to your wedding this was so helpful and she did an awesome job!
    The months before our wedding she sent us several check lists to make sure you are on track through out the whole process. She will promptly answer an questions via email and phone. This was very helpful for me because I really had no idea where to even start or what really needed to be done and when.
    Most importantly, Kristen made sure that everything went smoothly on our big day. Not a single question or concern came my way and I could just focus on enjoying the wedding and spending time with family and friends. I was so happy that we had someone we could trust to take care of everything for one of the most important days of our lives and we did not have to rely on family or friends to do anything either. We were extremely pleased with Kristen and felt like it was well worth the cost!

    We used Kristen as our weekend of wedding planner on October 10, 2015. As soon as she was on board, she was amazing and exceeded my expectations in every way. She is extremely organized and was key to making our big day run smoothly! We had planned for an outdoor vineyard wedding but had to make last minute plan changes due to weather. Kristen helped make our secondary rain plain into our dream wedding. My family and friends are still talking about how amazing it was!

    I was actually the matron on honor for a wedding that Kristen coordinated at the Trolley Barn in Atlanta, Ga. I have the pleasure of listening to my bride RAVE about Kristen throughout her planning process. There were always details that I'd ask about, only to be told "Oh, the coordinator is handling that." It was amazing!

    The BIG DAY came and went without a hitch as far as planning was concerned. There were things that I was planning on taking on as MOH duties that Kristen had totally handled already. She was equally invested in making sure that my best friend had the perfect day as I was. It was a great feeling knowing that there was someone there as worried about the bride as I was.

    Speaking as a member of the wedding party specifically, Kristen had us on a time table that was amazing. We all knew where we would should and when we should be there. There were no mixed messages or confusing directions. She gave me her phone number in order to help coordinate getting the bride in place before her parents and future husband arrived. First looks are great, but logistical nightmares--Kristen and I were on it. Total team work!

    She has an amazing energy, and was phenomenal to work with. If I weren't already married, I'd hire her!

    Kristen was always on top of everything for me without me even having to ask! Her day-of emergency kit had EVERYTHING!!!! She was so sweet, and fun, and very professional! She knows how to wrangle adults AND kids to make the rehearsal/ceremony/and reception feel effortless! As the bride, I wasn't worried about anything!!! She's the best thing we paid for!!

    Kristen was extremely professional and very helpful with EVERY aspect of wedding planning that a bride could think of. Kristen worked diligently to plan our wedding in 25 days (we moved it up due to the gulf oil spill). I could not believe the attention to all details that Kristen gave. She gave 110% effort in everything she did. I could not have asked for less stress or a more perfect wedding. I am SO thankful that I had Kristen for the the most special time in my life. She made my wedding stress-free, enjoyable, memorable, exciting, and special. :)

    Kristen was great to work with! I hired Midnight Serenade primarily for day of coordination with some extra assistance in limited areas as I had taken care of the bulk of the planning myself. Kristen customized her package for my needs and I ended up relying on her even more throughout the process. Kristen was very responsive and flexible with a great positive attitude. She responded via text, e-mail or phone very quickly and helped ensure that no details were missed. Working with Kristen alleviated some of the stress I encountered with some of my other vendors who were not as organized or responsive. I would hire Kristen in a heartbeat should I ever need event planning/coordinating assistance in the future.
