My husband and I are SO lucky to have found Camille! After our engagement shoot last summer, I was beyond excited to have Camille capturing our wedding day. She captured everything so beautifully on our big day and I love looking back at our photos! Obsessed is an understatement :) Everyone told me that you don't want to skimp on your wedding photography because it's all you have to look back on and I promise you, Camille is worth every single penny! Working with Camille has been a true gift. As a bride who is not particularly comfortable in front of the lens, I am so grateful and relieved to have a photographer who not only captures me in a flattering light but makes sure I have fun doing so – clichéd but absolutely true! My fiancé and I had jitters going into our engagement shoot, but by the end felt happy and excited. Camille is funny, warm, and notably patient behind the camera. It’s immediately clear that she knows what she is doing, and the calm/ease with which she moves around and does her job inevitably finds its way to her subjects. We are looking greatly forward to our wedding day photos with her, including the intimate experience of the “first look.” I can’t imagine a better photographer to share it with. Thank you, Camille!

Camille is an amazing photographer and we felt lucky to work with her for our wedding! As we found out through the wedding process, it is so important to have someone who makes you feel comfortable when taking pictures and knows just the right poses / placement for the pictures - and Camille does an outstanding job with all of these things. She is so easy to get along with and understood exactly what we were looking for in terms of our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. We had so many specific things (detail shots, specific family pictures) we wanted to capture on our wedding day, and we communicated all of this before the wedding, and Camille captured it all! My husband and I were so busy / excited during our wedding day that we completely forgot about the long list of pictures we wanted - but she made sure every shot was captured. We can't thank her enough for capturing both our engagement and wedding day so beautifully. I wish I could give more than 5 stars - she's the best!

Photos are memories that last a lifetime. We were looking for a photographer who would capture our special day in a way that would bring us back to the very moment. In addition, somebody who we could feel comfortable enough with to be our natural selves and not posing. Camille was that person 110%. I found her with a little bit of luck after googling "Woodmont Country Club," our venue. She happened to photograph a wedding there a week prior to my search. When I was looking through her blog post, I felt like I was there, at the wedding of somebody I didn't even know!! That's when I knew I needed to meet Camille. We met Camille for lunch a week later and if we weren't already sold, we definitely were now. She is so easy to talk to, passionate about her work, and clearly a hard worker. She even provided us many recommendations based on her experiences. After receiving both our engagement photos and wedding photos, we could positively say that this was one of the best decisions yet! My husband, who strongly dislikes taking photos, couldn't stop raving about how easy and natural it felt with Camille taking our photos. I couldn't agree more. Our wedding photos went the exact same way and what we loved the most was how she captures not only our love and enjoyment, but our guests' too. We now have over 2000 beautiful photos for our family and friends (that Camille also has backed up for at least 10 years) to remind us of the details of our special day for lifetimes to come. We are so grateful for Camille for capturing our wedding day (and our engagement shoot) in all its beauty, and even the little moments, with such grace and perfection. Camille is one of a kind. We feel so lucky that we "stumbled upon" such a gem!!! CAMILLE IS AMAZING. My husband and I interviewed a number of photographers and when we met Camille, there was a natural chemistry. We were obsessed with her bubbly and carefree personality, which is totally what you want in a photographer that is capturing such a special and romantic time in your life. My husband and I got married in DC this past April. We could not have been happier that we hired Camille as our wedding photographer! When we first met Camille we instantly clicked - we ended up at a coffee shop chatting for about 2 hours, we felt that she was a friend that we have known forever! And more than that, she understood what we were looking for in our photographer. At our engagement session, she made everything easy and fun! The photos were authentic and truly captured our relationship and our love for DC. We ended up using several of our engagement session photos for various reasons throughout our wedding planning! Leading up to the wedding Camille was very responsive and thorough in her answers and explanations. She took time to talk with us about what was important for us to have In our photos as well as going over a timeline that we keep us involved in the reception and other wedding activities as much as possible. The day of the wedding was seemless. Camille showed up with a huge smile and enthusiatic spirit and was ready to go right away! We were so comfortable having her around and always felt very natural and uninterrupted while she was capturing candid moments of our day. Our portrait sessions at the Capital was quick, well organized and thorough. Camille kept us and our bridal party moving while managing to get all of the photos we asked for. We were pleasantly surprised with how quickly our photos were processed and delivered to us and we're ecstatic with the way they turned out! She was able to tell the story of our wedding day from start to end perfectly. We were truly amazed at how much expression and emotion she captured! Our photos are the perfect representation of our wedding day that we will cherish for years to come. We can't express enough how happy we were to have Camille as our wedding day photographer!!!!

Camille was an amazing photographer to work with! Communication was very easy, helpful, and straightforward. She was very professional, understanding, and flexible. The photos of the wedding were astonishing. She managed to take a fair amount of candid pictures that captured the true spirit of the wedding and ambiance. Most important was that she blended in with the guests very well and did not take away any attention from the main event.

Camille is beyond what anyone would ever expect in a photographer. She blew my hopes and dreams out of the water. She was so upbeat and made my husband and I feel incredibly comfortable in front of her lens. She has been so helpful with my entire wedding planning process, that it just made everything so easy. She loves what she does, she loves the photos and the brides and it shows through her work and her smile. If I could, I would book her once a year because I enjoy being in her company that much. Camille is incredible! Cannot recommend her highly enough. She did our engagement photos and wedding photos and we LOVE them all! Her photographs speak for themselves regarding her talent and skill, but beyond creating exquisite images she is also one of the best people to work with. I immediately felt like she was a friend I'd known for years when I met her, and she was kind and calm during the wedding chaos while also being able to command a crowd to move and pose as needed. She worked well with our other vendors and we are so happy to have had her as part of our "wedding team". Beyond taking photos, she was so helpful providing tips and recommendations to us throughout the wedding planning process. We definitely would love to hire her again for future photography needs, couldn't ask for anyone better!

Hiring Camille was one of the best wedding planning decisions we have made! From our very first round of email communications, to our first phone call and our engagement photo shoot 10 months ago, we knew that Camille was going to be a wonderful photographer and person to work with! We arranged for Camille to be our photographer in November of 2015 for our August 2016 wedding. Camille’s photo package included an engagement shoot in which she arranged to meet us during her own winter holiday in Central Park, NY. This was our first time meeting her and we immediately loved her! We spent the next couple of hours walking around Central Park while she found amazing backdrops and scenes for us to pose. Not more than 2 weeks later did we have full access to over 170 beautiful photos, all of which we loved so much! Fast forward 8 months to August 7th for our wedding day, and things only got better. Camille’s personality is one that can mesh with any family dynamic no matter how complicated it may be! From her professional organization to her management of the family portraits before the wedding, Camille continued to impress us! She helped us to be calm on what could have been a very stressful day! Throughout the entire afternoon and evening, we felt so comfortable and happy knowing that Camille was documenting every memory and scene. Only one week after the wedding, Camille sent us a link with over 1,000 photos! We could not believe how quickly she turned things around and got everything organized on the website for us to access. To say that we absolutely love and were thrilled with the photos would be an understatement! The only issue is that we are going to have an unbelievably hard time choosing what picture to put in our photo album because we love them all! Hiring Camille to do our wedding photography was by far the best decision that my husband(!) and I made in our wedding planning. I can't thank Camille enough for all she did for us and used her insight to help guide us into the right direction. Throughout our whole experience with Camille everything felt natural with her amazing bright and bubbly personality, she felt more as a friend then as a hired vendor, and was always asking for details on what we had planned because she was just as excited for our wedding as we were. She made a very stressful time for us seem easier. Camille released blogs that would give us details of different aspects of the planning process, and a bridal guide that was one of the most useful things of our engagements. Her sample timelines and guides to family portraits made our wedding day effortless and everyone was shocked by how smoothly family photos went, all due to Camille's ease and organization. Unmarried family members told me that they were taking mental notes that they need to remember how well Camille handled everyone when their day came along. We received our wedding photos around 2 weeks after the wedding and they are just absolutely stunning. Camille captured the joy in both Thomas and I, along with all of our guests effortlessly, it was an amazing effect and makes me so completely happy just viewing the photographs. Out of the 1300 or so pictures we received I loved half of them and hated 0, which seems a bit crazy for those odds. Camille made us look like we were professional models and belonged on a cover of a magazine. The only downside is I am having an impossible time narrowing down photos to decide which to print and to put in an album. The best part of my wedding day (aside from getting married) was Camille! My husband and I are so incredibly happy with her work. She is professional and her photography is exquisite, yet she is such a warm and loving person, and it was like having my best friend taking pictures of me on my wedding day! I was impressed with the quality and speed with which she was able to edit and send the finished pictures back to me. My wedding was at the end of June, and she sent me everything within a couple of weeks! (I was expecting them to take longer, knowing she was busy with wedding season.) I love how she was able to have us pose but still look natural and relaxed. I love her detail shots of my veil, which was my mother's own veil. Believe it or not, she was the first photographer I interviewed in my wedding planning, and I knew right away I wanted to hire her! Thank you so much, Camille :) You are the best!

Do whatever you can to book this incredibly talented photographer for your engagement and wedding photos! My daughter's photos came out absolutely beautiful! Nearly everyone who has seen them said "Oh! this should be on the cover of Bride's Magazine!" Camille's artistry, talent, and phenomenal personality helped make our wedding day even more special. We were blown away with both our engagement and wedding pictures; our friends & family can not stop talking about them! Camille did such a great job making the whole experience laid back and fun. I've been in many weddings over the years, and never have I felt as relaxed in front of the camera as I did when working with Camille. She was wonderful at interpreting with my ideas, but adding her own touch of style to our pictures. She also was super prompt with responding to emails and answering any questions we had along the way. I hope I have the opportunity to work with her again in the future!

Camille is so talented and is loves to be a photographer. When we met Camille last summer to take our engagement photos, we instantly clicked with her and she walked us through the whole process because we were not sure what to expect. Since we were not having our wedding locally, we got her help in helping us find a photographer in the location of our wedding. After a few days of searching, she approached us about photographing our wedding and we instantly said yes because we had received our engagement photos from her and fell in love with them! We were so honored that she was our wedding photographer. My family absolutely loved her and was so glad that we got to spend time with her to get to know her more as a person. Camille is worth every penny and we will continue to recommend her to our friends!

My husband and I just received our wedding photos back from Camille and we were blown away by them!! We booked Camille about a year ago for our wedding this past Saturday and we are so happy with our decision to go with Camille! From the beginning Camille was incredibly responsive to emails and was willing to take the time to answer all of our questions, even if it didn’t have to do with photography. She has an incredibly warm and friendly demeanor and working with her was effortless. She really knows the right poses, angles, and lighting to create a beautiful image. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond. Any last minute requests or changes I had, she was completely on board with. Throughout the day, Camille was always willing to help in any way she could from driving my mom and I over to the venue to hanging up my wedding dress in a hard to reach place to helping my mom button up the back of my dress. Camille captured all the images we requested in advance and so much more. She captured the candid moment of me getting choked up reading my vows and so many other priceless expressions from our family and friends. Camille is a beautiful person on the inside and out and I highly recommend her as a wedding photographer. My husband and I will cherish the wedding photos for years and years to come.

Working with Camille was fantastic - she is an amazing photographer and a wonderful person! I planned a winter wedding hoping for a little bit of snow, but what we got was a massive blizzard that dumped nearly three feet of snow on us in a day and a half. The result was that we had to completely reschedule our ceremony. Camille was a trooper - she rolled with the punches and came down a day early so we could get photos of our wedding day. She made our cold, windy and (very) snowy photo shoot fun and upbeat and she captured some incredible moments. Our photos were absolutely beautiful and I am thrilled with the way they turned out. So grateful for everything that Camille did to help us make our wedding memorable!

What can I say about one of the best wedding vendors I worked with? Camille is phenomenal. I was planning a wedding in DC (although I live in Chicago), so I never had the opportunity to meet with Camille in advance. But that was never a problem. We had multiple phone conversations and emails before the wedding day, and she was ALWAYS responsive and worked hard to understand what my vision was. Through the communications, she really made me feel like a friend, and she was someone I wanted to be around. During the ceremony, she was working her photography magic and I felt like I didn't even know she was there, even though she was taking phenomenal close ups. Lighting was difficult for us because we had the ceremony at 4 pm in Autumn, and the sun went down quick ... but Camille ramped it up into super speed and we got some absolutely stunning sunset shots. Not only was she great to work with, but our photos are amazing, and she is simply one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. I highly recommend her.

My husband and I had Camille take fall family photos of us and our two dogs (wheaten terriers). Our pups, while adorable (and obviously photogenic!), are insanely high energy, and it is nearly impossible to get them to sit still for more than a second. Camille was able to get great photos of all four of us, and the pups were even looking at the camera! Camille was kind, professional and patient, which was a big relief given our crazy circumstances!

Our big day has come and gone...but I can't tell you how happy we are when we look at our STUNNING wedding photos and get to relive our BEST DAY EVER over and over again. From day 1 Camille has been incredible, she took the most beautiful engagement photos for us and impressed us even more with our wedding photos! Camille is much more than a photographer for us, she has been an incredible friend, a constant support, and a wonderful comfort leading up to our wedding, on our wedding day, and even after. She made sure Ryan and I had everything we needed, all the photos we wanted, and somehow was able to keep us calm throughout the craziness that comes on your wedding day (somehow she survived both our families and all our friends, which is no easy feat)! We are so thankful to have been lucky enough to find her and would not hesitate to recommend her to ANYONE! She truly is the most amazing photographer we have ever met! So we haven't quite gotten to the big day yet...but so far Camille is INCREDIBLE! We met her for dinner before making our "big decision" on a photographer and instantly felt as if she was an old friend of ours. She was so warm and welcoming I was just overwhelmed, we knew instantly she was IT! Before the night was over we had made our decision.

My fiancé and I were never big on engagement photos, however with the wedding package we chose they were included. Camille explained to us why it was important for a pre-shoot (engagement shoot) and how we would feel much more comfortable the day of our wedding after we got the engagement shoot out of the way....she was absolutely right! The engagement shoot gave us a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and the photographer as well as figure out how my fiancé and I photograph together (what we like doing, what we feel comfortable doing, how to be us and ignore that someone else is there during our intimate moments). The whole time Camille made us feel more than comfortable and even suggested ideas when we were lost and confused as to what we should be doing. I think the best part of the whole day was the fact that we got to have our sweet four legged fur baby in some of our pictures....and Camille didn't even bat an eye at the idea. She was very welcoming to our sweet puppy and was more than patient with her during pictures. Now to top everything off...we had friends join us for our shoot to help with the dog...Camille was more than okay with it and welcomed our friends in as if they were her friends as well.

We are so happy and lucky that we found such a wonderful person to celebrate our special day with us. We can actually say we hired a wedding photographer to for our pictures...but now with confidence can say we will be having a friend shoot one of the most important days of our lives.
