We couldn’t be happier with Cannon Catering and the role they played in making our wedding day so special! We chose to serve heavy hors d’oeuvres instead of a full meal, and Cannon nailed it. They even provided passed hors d’oeuvres, which gave the reception the social, casual party vibe we were going for. Our guests loved the taste of the food, and the mix of options ensured there was something for everyone.
Pre-wedding planning was a breeze. We especially loved the tasting meeting—it was so fun to sample the delicious options, and there were plenty of choices to suit both of our tastes. Everything was very reasonably priced, and their flexibility and professionalism made us feel confident... -

The Cannon team was amazing from the very first interaction, all the way through the wedding. The team is on top of it with communication, transparency and the FOOD is AMAZING. Our guests are still talking about it more than a week later. Seriously- it was that GOOD. We reviewed/tasted more than 12 catering companies in the Raleigh area, and these guys have it down. Again, communication, transparency, and the FOOD, all beyond expectations. They are also extremely reasonably priced, compared to some of the other companies in RTP and surrounding areas. My husband and I are foodies, and this aspect of the wedding was extremely important to us and for our guests, and we could not have asked... -

Cannon Catering did such an outstanding job at our wedding! The food was excellent and my guests couldn't stop talking about the mashed potato bar we had during cocktail hour. The staff was amazing and I can't thank them enough for how wonderful they were in helping be apart of such a special day. They were amazing! -

Cannon Catering did an absolutely phenomenal job catering our wedding! We cannot say enough good things about them. Literally every interaction we had with EVERY staff member was delightful, professional, and helpful. The food is absolutely incredible, as they make quite literally everything in-house. Our guests were absolutely raving about the food and service, and it was all at a reasonable price! Jon and Tracy were fantastic about communicating promptly and working tirelessly to execute on our vision. Hiring Cannon for our catering is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and would work with them again in a heartbeat. Call them today! -

Cannon was so wonderful to work with! We had them cater our wedding, and they were very communicative leading up to the day, and on the day of, they were professional and very attentive. They brought our wedding party a plate of hors d'oeuvres while we were doing photos during cocktail hour, and brought my husband and I a plate of food as soon as the buffet line opened up at dinner. My husband and I also really liked that they’re a smaller, family-based business. They were fantastic all around, and so many of our guests commented on how great the food was during and after the wedding. We absolutely recommend them! -

We could not recommend Cannon Catering enough! Awesome communication, great food, the most fun and lovable staff!!! Seriously, big thank you to Tracy and Taylor for making our big day go so smooth. Shout out to the energetic and kind bar tenders!! We did a BBQ buffet style dinner that was a crowd pleaser. They made an amazing jackfruit BBQ vegetarian option that I LOVED ! We did the drop and chill which allowed us to have a specialty cocktail that ran out so quickly lol. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Cannon Catering! -

We hired Cannon Catering for our wedding and were very satisfied! We had so many compliments on our appetizers and meal. For our appetizers, we chose shrimp&grits, stuffed mushrooms, and a ham biscuit and they were all so, so good. I could have easily eat so many of each! For our entree, we decided on a chicken and beef tips. Both were great, but the beef tips were *chefs kiss*. They were very flexible with some allergies and dietary restrictions that some of our guests had. They were very easy to work with during the planning process which is huge because I never stressed one time about our food. I highly recommend Cannon Catering for your catering needs. -

Cannon Catering catered our wedding, and I cannot say enough great things about their service and food. Our wedding's food was amazing and got so many compliments. Our wedding tasting was a great indicator of the quality of the food, and they were so responsive and accommodating to changes or questions. The Cannon Catering team was great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer! -

We used Cannon Catering for our November 2020 wedding and we have nothing but rave reviews about the quality of food and their service! To begin with, the tasting was very professional and left my husband, my parents, and I stuffed to the brim with delicious food. They left no stone unturned when it came to making sure we were welcome and knew what our food would taste like. For our wedding, we had their "low country fare" buffet menu which again was amazing! We hired Cannon Catering on the recommendation of our wedding planner and they were spectacular. They incorporated two family recipes into our meal that they made in advance for us to taste and approve and they were fantastic. Communication with them was great as our wedding day approached. Day of was seamless as far as I could tell. Their catering staff were polite and almost invisible while providing food and beverages for all of our guests. I'd use them again in a heartbeat for any event! -

The Cannon team kept me updated and reached out me routinely to make sure they understood my expectations in order to accommodate my needs. The food was good. The food at our wedding was great. After the wedding, many family members talked about how much they enjoyed it. We had a buffet-style food arrangement, so everyone was able to enjoy as much as they wanted and go back for more if they desired. Kelly was great to work with throughout the process and was very responsive to emails when we had questions or concerns about the menu and for our rental of China. My husband and I were able to sit down during our wedding and eat without being disturbed due to Cannon preparing our plates and making sure that every dish was on the plate. They even saved us a few hors d'oeuvre that we were able to try during our min break before the reception. Very professional and reliable. -

Kelly Cannon and her entire team were amazing to work with right from the start of the ~11 month process. The pricing was very competitive (and most important for me, it was very clear, precise and inclusive....no hidden costs), the food was outstanding, flexibility across the board and in particular with the "You buy, we chill/bring/serve" is creative if not unique and fit our needs perfectly. Kelly herself answered e-mails from my daughter and myself throughout the year with incredible responsiveness. I think my best testimony is that I have two daughter's younger than the new bride and if a caterer is needed for either/both, I will absolutely be back to Cannon's! -

We hired Cannon Catering for food catering AND bartending services for our wedding and they were my ABSOLUTE favorite vendors to work with - they were so kind & accommodating, worked around our budget, the food and beverage service was amazing & everything was beyond delicious!!!! The salmon with creamy dill sauce was some of the BEST I have ever had!! I got so many compliments on the food and the service! I had dinner with friends after our wedding and they were saying Cannon had even put out hot apple cider at my S’mores table outside by the fire pit, which I did not know was even included!!! They truly went above and beyond!!!! I cannot thank them... -

Cannon Catering did such an amazing job catering our wedding and bartending it as well! They were able to create the perfect Gluten Free menu for us as I have a Gluten allergy. Countless people told us it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten. The food was very delicious and the staff was kind and attentive. Will definitely try them again for another big event.

If you don't have good food at your wedding, you've failed. Everyone and I mean everyone loved the food. Weeks later they are still talking about it - and the fact that they didn't have to choose between the two types of chicken, THEY COULD HAVE BOTH! We decided on a buffet with a plated salad and it was all flawless. The Cannon team did an awesome job with the food and bartending services. Our package also came with a comp cocktail hour as well.
