Where to begin with my review? We got the news that renovations were finally starting one month before my wedding was supposed to happen! This made me a little anxious since we were not getting the ballroom we had booked but would now be outside in a tent for the reception. Gianni and Kara reassured me every step of the way and executed my vision, seating arrangements, and overall everything I had ever wanted for my wedding day. I had no anxiety going into wedding week or even the day(s) leading up. Through all the construction going on and having to navigate how to get to the courtyard the shortest and safest way for elderly and handicapped people, Kara and Gianni made sure this was addressed and that it would not be a problem. There were some things that needed to be fixed for going forward for their wedding season. Bathrooms were a small issue since there were only 2 available for my 130 guests. Several family members were staying at the Cape Codder and had rooms with sliding doors that led right out to the courtyard for the party. They opened up their sliders so people could go use the restroom if needed. The other was trying to find which door to enter for the reception for guests. Having better signage big enough for guests to see which door to enter as you can not see the tent from the outside of the building. I did have a conversation after the wedding with Gianni and Kara about making sure bathrooms were addressed adding more signage for people to see and having a representative at the entrance of the entire place as well as at the door to greet guests to reassure them were in the right place and going in the right direction. This can be easily fixed! Like I mentioned above I am 110% happy with how everything was handled and turned out for my wedding! Gianni and Kara were there every step of the way to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. This experience could have not been any easier and stress-free!!!

Tina Petrova and her staff at the Cape Codder Resort and spa were amazing to us and all our guests. Tina was amazing in helping us to make our dream wedding from the beginning planning to the menu tasting and we live in Maryland so we had to come back and forth to Massachusetts a lot to plan our Cape Cod wedding worth every trip and Tina and her team were always ready to help. On our wedding weekend she made sure all our guests were treated just like family and made sure that all checked in with no issues. For our wedding day it was amazing and Tina and her team went out of their way to make sure our wedding was the dream wedding I had always dreamed of, she made sure that me and my bridesmaids had everything we needed when we were getting ready, she even let me and my bridesmaids bogart on of their suits to make sure my getting ready pictures were beautiful. The reception was seamless it was amazing she was their for almost the whole reception to make sure everything went right, we can’t thank Tina and the amazing fabulous team at the Cape Codder Resort and Spa for making my wedding day everything I could have imagined and more!! I highly recommend her and her amazing team for you special day.

Our wedding at the cape Codder was amazing! Jane is so helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly.
We had our ceremony on the beach and she was there at both the rehearsal and the ceremony running the whole show.
The room was set up just as I asked and the food was awesome! Everyone loved it!
The indoor water park wasn't open yet but that didn't stop my entire family from having a great time! The pool was never too crowded and the wave pool was so fun!
The service on the patio was always great, especially from Megan (she's awesome!).
We highly recommend the cape Codder for weddings!

My wedding coordinator at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa was Jane Henry. She was great to work with and super nice to deal with. I would recommend her as a wedding coordinator. I am a very organized person, so I work well with people who are the same, therefore, I worked well with Jane. Also, the room that we had our reception in was the JFK Ballroom. This was very elegant and Jane made my vision come alive with what I had told her.

I loved the bridal hair package!! The salon was fantastic and affordable. A practice run thru an day of for $160. I was very happy with the stylist!

The Cape Codder is a beautiful for place for a wedding. I had my wedding ceremony and reception in the Emerald Room and it was literally perfect. First, the fact that I got to enter the room by walking down the staircase was great! What a way to make an entrance! And Laurel is fantastic! She is the wedding coordinator onsite. She handles everything! She made my life a breeze with the whole process. The food was fantastic (literally not a single guest had anything negative to say)! The turkey melted in your mouth, the beef was perfect! Loved it! I dont have a single bad thing to say! Thank you so much for giving me an amazing wedding experience!!

I really wanted a Cape Cod wedding but needed to stick to a budget. I could not afford a high end resort on the water but wanted my ceremony to be near the beach. The hotel coordinator arranged our ceremony to be held at JFK Memorial Park in Barnstable overlooking Lewis Bay. Our guest were bussed there and back. We had a beautiful day and everything went smoothly.

We were married this past weekend and the venue was absolutely stunning. The coordinator, Stephanie, worked well with our planner and was very personable and responsive. I would suggest that the wedding party get first dibs of the wedding cake for future weddings, most of ours didn’t get any. However, everything else was wonderful!

We had our reception in the JFK Ballroom at the Cape Codder. Laurel, our planner, was great! We booked with her almost 2 years prior to the wedding & she remained our contact the whole time. She was responsive to all my questions & concerns and really helped me create an absolutely amazing day! We chose to do a beach ceremony on Sea Street Beach in Hyannis. The Cape Codder coordinated the ceremony & took care of the beach permits,etc. The food was also excellent. We were a little concerned about it because we didn’t get to have a food tasting, but everything was delicious. The staff was great, everyone was fed very quickly, no waiting around. They also paid special attention to the bridal party, making sure we got fed first & even got us drinks from the bar. The accomodations were great & affordable. The grounds are beautiful, flowers everywhere! They also have a wave pool with waterslides which is a lot of fun. They’re in the process of building a waterpark & an adults only pool. I would highly recommend the Cape Codder, they do a great job!

Beautiful grounds, great rate to stay with family, close to beaches and shopping. Delicious on site restaurants. Bonfire at night and wedding pictures during the day. Allowed for late check out but have to wait until morning of to ask.

Everything was great. I gave 3 stars for Quality of Service because we and the rest of the wedding party didn't get any cake. The entire cake was cut and placed out to get on your own. Weddings that I've gone to in the past. The cake was served either to the wedding party or to every table. Unfortunately because of this we had to pay an additional $400 to get a small custom cake for ourselves. Other than this. Again it was perfect. Resort was beautiful and yes I'd still recommend them.

We had our recpetion in the Emerald Room and it was just what we were looking for. We had a Big Band/Swing theme and the nightclub setting was perfect. The twinkling lights and disco ball were perfect additions. During our planning process we had 3 different planners come and go and we started to feel like they weren't really familiar with us and that things wouldn't come out as planned. And unfortunataly they didn't run smoothly the day of the wedding. I could get into a lot of details that didn't go off as planned and the fact that there was another wedding going on upstairs that kept our planner away from our wedding for most of the day. Another fact that was left out until last minute was the fact that our bridal suit was under construction and we had to wait quit some time for them to go in and air the room out and get the lights and air conditioner running. They really weren't as prepared as they should have been. I do not think we got our money's worth so I will think twice about recommending this venue to someone.
