  Amazing Coordinator!

  Erica was by far the best choice I made while wedding planning. She was so helpful with her advice and ideas, and was such a calming presence throughout the whole process. From the first conversation we had on the phone, I felt reassured that she was someone I could turn to for advice and trust to understand my vision. She was quick to reply to texts or emails that I had, and following up with my vendors. I would absolutely recommend working with her for your wedding day!

  Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!

  Hiring Erica for our wedding was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. She is incredibly organized and professional, and our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her help. She helped us craft a wedding day timeline that flowed smoothly without making the day feel rushed, reached out to all our vendors prior to the wedding to ensure everyone was aware of timelines, and where they needed to be when, served as a point of contact for all our vendors the day of the wedding, made sure everything was set up the way it was supposed to be for our ceremony and reception, and was a lifesaver helping us pack everything up at the end of the night.
  
  Erica truly was the glue that made our big day go off without a hitch, and we are so incredibly thankful we were able to work with her! She took so much stress off our plate, and my husband and I felt like we were able to relax and really enjoy our wedding day because we knew she was there that day. Thank you, Erica!

  Highly Recommend!

  We hired Erica through our original wedding venue to help us with some vendor choices and be our day of coordinator. When COVID hit, it turned our lives upside down, including our wedding plans. After planning not 1 but 2 weddings with us, my wife and I cannot say enough about Erica. She went over and above to make sure our day was perfect. She knew the right vendors who would suit our needs and was there every step of the way advocating for us and our vision of how we wanted the day to go. Our "new" venue post COVID was actually our home, which posed many challenges- without Erica's guidance and input it would have not been possible to pull it off! Down to the small details her suggestions made for some really special and beautiful moments during our wedding that we will never forget. Especially the days leading up to the wedding including our wedding day she absolutely worked her butt off for us! Her day of hustle is strong!!! We were so grateful to have found and hired her for the job. I can't say enough about her or give a higher recommendation! On top of it all, she's personally an all around pleasure to work with- next time you are thinking about having an event, strongly consider handing over the reins to Capiche!!

  Erica saved my sanity. After COVID caused me to postpone my wedding, I was OVER the planning process, was afraid I was missing things and needed direction. Erica helped fill in the blanks, gave the right direction on where to focus my time and took on tasks so I wasn't overwhelmed. Her expertise in the industry helped find me vendors that worked best for what I needed too. And everything was done virtually so she was super flexible meeting with me. Highly recommend her!
