12/10, could not have picked a better planner!
Victoria was simply amazing! She saw my vision for our wedding and elevated it to make it the most perfect day ever. She got on board with us 3 months before the actual day and I swear preserved my sanity. She was always there- via email, phone calls, texts, etc. She thought of everything, especially the things that did not even cross my mind! When you hire her, you will be in amazing hands for your day. Quite literally could not have pulled it all off without her!Victoria was simply amazing! She saw my vision for our wedding and elevated it to make it the most perfect day ever. She got on board with us 3 months before the actual day and I swear preserved my sanity. Amazing amazing amazing
My wedding day was everything I dreamed of thanks to Victoria and her assistant Natalie! Victoria stepped in 3-months prior to my wedding, and from then on it seemed like smooth sailing. She is full of great ideas to make your wedding your own. She takes your vision and runs with it! On my wedding day, I didn’t stress about a thing, her constant support and guidance helped me get through every step of the day. I knew she had everything under control. Highly Recommend Cardinal Events
One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing Cardinal Events as our Coordinator! Victoria was so helpful and wonderful during the months leading up to our wedding and she communicated with us and our vendors to make the perfect timeline. She kept me sane when I was stressing out about the big day, whether it was the possibility of rain or making sure we had the perfect cake! I don't know if I could have survived the day of without her and her and Natalie felt like part of the family! Best planner!!!
Victoria is everything you need in a planner! She is organized, innovative, creative, caring, hard working and more! She has great leadership skills and can adapt to work with all the personalities involved in a wedding. Victoria consistently went above and beyond to make sure our wedding matched our vision. Due to complications I had to miss my daughter’s wedding rehearsal and was quite frantic. She put me at ease and assured me that she would show me where I needed to go and to not panic. Victoria will make all your wedding dreams come true!!
Long story short: YOU NEED VICTORIA!!!! I initially was looking for someone to help me with the design of my wedding (back when I naïvely thought I could plan a wedding by myself) and little did I realize how much of a HUGE relief it was to have Victoria working with us the whole time. From our first phone call she was SO supportive and explained the benefits of having a wedding planner. I was hesitant about the idea, since I knew that I had a tight budget for the wedding, and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to pay the extra money for a wedding planner. If you’re on the fence about working with her, the answer is BOOK HER!!! I quickly realized that Victoria was worth EVERY PENNY. There is absolutely no amount of money that can cover the cost of alleviating extra stress and time.
Not only does Victoria do the absolute most to make it your dream wedding (like calling 20 different venues the day before your outdoor bridal portraits when the weather is calling for rain), but she was so supportive and really does advocate for YOU. She even brought us our signature cocktails so we could sample them while taking pictures on our wedding day, and made sure we ate dinner first (so we could actually eat on our wedding day and be uninterrupted). She also was extremely helpful with budgeting. She helped me to organize my list of priorities for the wedding so that we could stick to the budget and allot the most money towards the things that mattered most to us. I am 100% sure that we actually would have WAY exceeded our budget if it had not been for Victoria.
I had absolutely NO idea how much planning the wedding would take and how much organization was required (which is not my strong suit). I work full time, and my mom wanted to be helpful, but she lives in a different city and also works a lot. I realized that I needed someone who was organized and experienced with lots of weddings to help me. Victoria was a Godsend!!! She had so many great ideas that I never would have thought of before, like having velvet bridesmaid dresses for our Christmas wedding, and having our dog be a “greeter” for our guests!!
Victoria created an extremely detailed wedding schedule for the day of, and even changed it multiple times when I kept going back and forth about doing a first look with my now husband (I was a little bit of a bridezilla sometimes). Even when I was stressed out, she was so reassuring. I wanted my wedding to be two main things: beautiful and fun. Victoria helped me to exceed those expectations!!
We ended up booking the entire wedding package, which included full wedding planning plus rehearsal dinner coverage. I’m so glad we did!! Our rehearsal dinner had around 50 people, so it was very helpful that Victoria assisted with that as well! My husband and I’s first date was at a Mediterranean restaurant, and we wanted the rehearsal dinner to be Mediterranean themed. Victoria designed the whole thing and it was beautiful—it even had lemons for name cards, which was a huge hit with our guests!!
Victoria not only brings so many unique ideas, but she is also extremely professional and timely. She always responded promptly to every email. Victoria was the point of contact for all of my vendors, so I only had to contact Victoria the whole time!
Above all, Victoria is so sweet and supportive, despite all the craziness and stress that inevitably comes with being a bride and planning a wedding!! I had multiple guests tell me that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, which couldn’t have happened without Victoria. Victoria is the best!
We hired Victoria for the day of coordination for our wedding and it was literally the best decision behind deciding to get married to my now-husband. I can't say enough about her!! She's so organized, professional, fun, friendly, and helpful. She worked with all the vendors before and on the day of the wedding, recommended vendors to me, helped with last-minute plans, created a super-detailed schedule for the wedding weekend, managed the rehearsal, managed the day of / got everything set up for the wedding, and then kept everything organized during the wedding. She really goes above and beyond on everything - I do not know how I would have actually enjoyed my wedding without her. She did little helpful things like setting a few minutes for us to eat to recommending vendors for us to work with. And the bonus is that she's just a wonderful person! It was such a joy to work with her - I felt so calm the day off and I credit that to Victoria! She really is the best wedding planner/coordinator there is. Highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone to make sure things go smoothly and have someone that you can trust to make sure everything gets done! Excellent and way beyond expectations
Victoria was our day-of-wedding coordinator but she did SO much more than coordinate the wedding day schedule and events. She worked with all of our vendors to provide a seamless, worry-day that the wedding couple, as well as families and friends, truly enjoyed. Victoria is very responsive, involved, proactive, detail-oriented as well as calm, pleasant, and in control. She had a huge role in making the wedding day a fun, memorable, and beautiful occasion. My daughter and I highly recommend her to coordinate and manage your event!
