Best Surprise Proposal
Irina and her team from start to finish, made sure my vision came to reality. They answered every question, made sure everything was the way I wanted and on top of it all were extremely professional in the whole process. I was so glad I came across their page. My fiancé was so impressed with the setup and the whole team. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on our big day! -

10 year vow renewal
My husband and I booked with Irina back in January for our 10 year wedding renewal.
I spoke with her with regards to what we wanted to achieve, which was an intimate and private ceremony just us and our little boy. We had a great selection of colours and bouquets to pick from. The communication was the best I could ask for, I always had a response within 24 hrs due to our time difference. The day went above and beyond what we could of asked from. Thank you so much for making our special day perfect.

I got married on 04/27/2024 at Club Med Punta Cana and I couldn't have asked for a better day of coordinator than Irina and her team! From day one, Irina was so responsive and available to answer all of my questions about the wedding. As a destination bride, I was worried about how I would handle the logistics of planning a wedding from a different country and Irina made sure everything ran smoothly and made me feel so at ease throughout the whole process. She was so knowledgeable about the vendors in the area and about what would work best for the wedding day, and she was spot on with every suggestion! She went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect on the day of the wedding, including the schedule, décor, and music. She also worked seamlessly with the other members of the wedding planning team. I could not recommend a better planner or day of coordinator than Irina and her team! -

Irina and her team were fantastic to work with! They made everything simple and worry free. I never felt like I wasn't going to get what I asked for which is important when you're setting up something so important and in a different country.
It rained on the initial date of the proposal and Irina was quick to let me know of the options to reschedule and everything went perfectly! -

After reading reviews and doing a little research, I chose to go with this vendor. Firstly, because they were immediately responsive when I first contacted them, and continued to be responsive every time I had a question. They allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to feel confident in choosing them. Secondly, they made everything so easy. They have a great template of specific services that they offer, and have options for extras and add-ons. We specifically wanted a cello at our ceremony, and they found one for us, even though they didn’t originally have that in their offerings. They do now! Everything went smoothly. Every detail was attended to. It was a beautiful, stress free day for us. The musician was amazing, the photographer was amazing, the makeup and hair artist was amazing, Irina was amazing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. -

Such an amazing experience from start to finish. Irena was great to work with. My fiance said we were originally suppose to have our proposal on a Wednesday but when he found out it was going to rain, he messaged Irena to change the date. Sure enough she was very understanding and made everything work smoothly. From the ride to the proposal, to the photographer, to the clear communication of everything.
