  Most incredible wedding photographer and videographer, a true artist

  We hired Carl for photography and videography for our wedding in April 2022 and I truly cannot explain what an incredible experience we had. Carl’s heartfelt approach stood out to us from the beginning, making it an easy decision to have him capture our wedding day. Carl is an incredible artist and storyteller, and somehow understood our personalities immediately and perfectly translated them into images and videos.
  
  From the initial consultation and engagement photo session to the final delivery of photos, Carl was personable, passionate, and completely exceeded all of our expectations. He took us to the most beautiful desert location for our engagement shoot that we now go visit and reminisce on what a fun time we had. He was so thoughtful when we wanted to take photos at the University of Arizona where we met, and scouted out unique, out-of-the-ordinary locations on campus before we got there.
  
  On the day of the wedding, Carl and his team went above and beyond to ensure every shot was perfect. They made us, our wedding party, our families, and our guests feel completely at ease. An added bonus, Carl has such a fun personality and sense of humor- when I think back on the day I just remember how much fun it was taking wedding party photos and laughing and seriously just having the best time ever! I’m so grateful to be able to relive those moments looking at the photos and videos!
  
  Our photos came in a beautifully wrapped box, along with a few printed photos and engraved flash drive and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. We knew everything would be incredible, but we were absolutely blown away by the outstanding quality of every single piece.

  Congratulations, you've just found your wedding videographer! From our first phone call with Carl, we knew that we would be in great hands. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and personable, but his cinematic films are absolutely incredible. I know that there is no other videographer who could've turned our wedding into a film that reflected us so well. Every important moment, from the ceremony to the sendoff, was included and highlighted perfectly. They captured everything without anyone else really noticing that they were there! The drone shots (say yes to the drone!) were incorporated beautifully as well. Our family was blown away by the film; it is something that we will all treasure for many years to come.

  Carl is seriously an artistic GENIUS!!! My husband and I could not be any happier. We had seen his videos and trusted his vision. We waited in anticipation- knowing that he would deliver a masterpiece, and when we first viewed our highlight film, we were SUPER impressed. He pleasantly exceeded our expectations. He captured our day beautifully. After receiving our full package, we again, were completely amazed by the quality of the videos, his attention to detail, his superb editing, and especially by his being able to portray our personalities and the essence of our special day in such an authentic way. Not only is he REALLY REALLY good at what he does (that’s an understatement), but he’s also a super chill dude. Him and Tad were a delight to have at our wedding. We are so happy that we chose Carl as our videographer. We have received so many compliments from friends and family.   When I began to research wedding “videographers,” I was looking for someone who would fit into my budget. After a week or so, I came across Carl’s website and 5 minutes into reading about Carl and viewing his work, I knew that price did not matter – I was going to sign on with Carl not matter what because he is not a “videographer.” Carl makes films. There is a substantial difference and I am always one to pay for quality – especially if it’s my wedding day.
  
  As soon as I expressed interest, Carl was immediately engaged. We set up a meet and greet over some coffee and discussed what we liked, who we are, who Carl was and what he envisions when creating a memory that will last forever. After talking with Carl, I booked him on the spot.
  
  Carl’s films are truly a unique reflection of the couple to be wed, and their entire day. If this is your first wedding, trust when me I say, “your wedding day will go by in an instant.”
  
  I did not want to miss out on my wedding memories and by having it filmed, I knew that I could always share my memories with friends, family, and my son when he gets older. My son was 2 when we got married and when he is old enough, he too will appreciate the memories that Carl has so eloquently captured.
  
  If you are still unsure of booking Carl, JUST DO IT, because once he delivers your film you can take all the credit and say, “Yes, I was the one who booked Carl to film our wedding day!” and everyone will think you are the genius!
  
  Carl is the person filming, directing, editing, and telling the story that will be your wedding day memory and you can completely trust in him to deliver!

  We met Carl at Starbucks, right after interviewing another videographer. Carl handed us his card, saying he had overheard us talking. We took his card and left, but after seeing the fantastic work on his website, we turned around and went right back to Starbucks! It was fate. Carl is an outstanding, truly talented filmmaker. He was dependable and knowledgeable. He directed us skillfully and produced some truly tremendous videos we will treasure for the rest of our lives. But we found more than a wedding videographer that day in Starbucks. We found a friend.

  We met Carl at Starbucks, right after interviewing another videographer. Carl handed us his card, saying he had overheard us talking. Carl and his staff were very professional, courteous, and so much fun to spend time with. They provided us with an awesome short preview video of our wedding, and a longer signature film that exceeded our expectations in both overall content and sound quality! Both films were beautifully edited, with music soundtrack, vows, and speeches seamlessly stitched together into two films that captured the most special and meaningful moments of the entire day. Our family and friends were equally complimentary of Carl and his staff, as well as their final product. They captured so much great footage from the groom and bridal parties before the wedding, the ceremony itself, and the reception, allowing us to see and feel the wedding day through different perspectives. There were so many moments captured in the films that evaded us the day of, but Carl made sure we would be able to fully see all those beautiful and touching moments.   I don't have enough words to express how amazing he is and you would truly be crazy to not have Carl capture your special day. The way he captures even the littlest moments on film is truly unbelievable. Carl is truly a talented and professional videographer. Every time I watch my video I cry because of the love and emotion he was able to capture makes me feel like I am in the moment every time I watch it. I was so blessed to have Carl and every time I get I try to recommend Carl to all my friends and anyone possible, because it truly was the best decision I made!!

  Carl and his team were beyond amazing!! Not only were they extremely professional and organized, but he has a great sense of humor. He even saved me from my wedding dress fail! Not only that but he managed to save me a little money which goes a LONG way when you're planning a wedding. My video preview is amazing and we can't wait to see more. I couldn't recommend Carl highly enough and if I were to do it all again I would hire him immediately!!

  I originally booked Carl to film my proposal to my (now) wife. He did such an excellent job! As soon as we got our proposal video, we knew we wanted Carl to be the videographer for our wedding. Not surprisingly, our wedding video was also amazing - we are so happy with them both!
  
  Carl is a wonderful person, and works very hard to make your day easy and your video perfect. He is polite, funny, relaxed, and gets the job done. He has many unique artistic ideas (that most of the time you don't even realize he is busy recording), but also will include specific items or things that are important to you. Carl's assistants are also amazing. Should you need him and assistants to travel, they will do so (traveled to Dallas TX from Tuscon AZ to film our wedding).
  
  I highly recommend using Carl for your video needs - he truly does a wonderful job. The price isn't necessarily "cheap," but Carl and CSM have a great value, especially compared to similar companies and their price points. When you see your video, it is more than worth it! Again, book Carl - you will be blown away!

  Like every girl on their special day, I wanted the best. I wanted the best engagement party to celebrate with friends here in the States so I could have my wedding overseas with my wonderful family. I wanted the most elegant dress. They captured the perfect moments and created the most amazing video to go with the wonderful memories I have of that night. Carl and his crew was recommended to me by a friend, so not only was I pleased to book a friend of a friend, but I was pleased to find out that he was one of the coolest vendors I have met with. They not only allowed my husband and I to relive our wedding, but they brought tears to our eyes. People who have viewed our highlight film through their Facebook, have said that it was like a fairytale. They captured all the details and special moment at our wedding and made it into a masterpiece! Their product was like none other and it is evident that they truly love what they do.   I randomly came across CSM Wedding Films while searching for Tucson videographers. They instantly caught my attention because, while the work of other videographers I had seen resembled that of a home video, the quality of the films CSM puts out was like no other. The shots were clean, artistic, and so beautiful. The story each film told gave a perfect glimpse into each couple's relationship. Even though I wasn't sure I wanted a videographer for the longest time, I knew I wanted to have CSM document my wedding. Luckily, they were available and I even easily convinced my other engaged friend to hire them as well. Carl and his team were sooooo great to work with, completely professional yet fun, responsive to any questions we had, and willing to be flexible with our budget. Three months or so after our wedding, we received our beautifully packaged videos and my husband and I could not be happier! We have viewed our trailer at least 30 times (and counting) and never get tired of it. We've also gotten numerous compliments and many have said it was the best wedding video they had ever seen!

  I searched through pages and pages of wedding videographers, and it was all worth it because I stumbled upon a GEM when I came across the website for CSM Wedding Films. When I first found their page there was maybe one or two videos posted, but that was all I needed to be convinced that I needed them to document my wedding. Their work spoke to me instantly. The film quality was superb and even the short highlight films were able to unveil a beautiful love story. I contacted Carl right away and he was very prompt at responding. We lived in Phoenix and he was in Tucson, but he worked tirelessly (and very generously) around my nightshift schedule to meet with Adam and I to discuss our vision for our wedding video. I felt bad that he made all that effort because all I needed to tell him was that I had complete and utter faith in his creative abilities. His team was incredibly professional and knows how to work a wedding! I felt completely comfortable around all of them and knew that telling our wedding story was completely safe in their hands. Not only were they all very professional, they were incredibly FUN with all of our wedding guests! It was so easy to see that they love what they do and that work does not feel like work to them. We received our video sooner than expected and were completely blown away with how beautiful it was. My husband had initially been skeptical about needing a videographer because we also had a wonderful photographer, but after watching our video he said, "That was the best money we spent for our entire wedding." I have watched my video over and over and am still in awe at how beautiful it is. I don't even feel like I'm seeing me on the screen - I feel like I'm watching a romantic movie in the theatre! You will not regret investing in CSM Wedding Films. Carl is a true visionary and he ensures that his employees are capable of capturing every moment of your special day. I wish I could get married again so that I could hire them all over!!!

  From the moment we booked with CSM, Carl was always very responsive, professional and personable. We debated a while about booking/needing/wanting a videographer for our wedding, but the decision to book CSM, has turned out to be one of the best investments we made!
  
  When we were looking for potential vendors, we had built a wall up, in the case of rejection, because we're a same sex couple. Carl immediately welcomed us and embraced us. That alone deserves a 10 Start Rating!
  
  Our wedding day was FUN! Carl and Carina added to that fun, perfectly. They were never "in the way" with their equipment, they were never overwhelming with their presence, they respected our wishes (which were few) and meshed well with our friends and family. I wish they were actual guests!
  
  The finished product is amazing! I miss our wedding day, but our video lets me go back and relive it and it warms my heart. Carl and Carina captured our day, perfectly! If we had to do it over again, we wouldn't change a singe thing, including booking with CSM!

  Carl and the crew at CSM wedding films did an amazing job with our films for our May 2014 wedding--my husband and I are so happy with how everything turned out! The video truly captured the day and we are so happy we ended up doing a wedding video. It was really amazing how they got so much great footage and we hardly even noticed them throughout the evening. They are truly talented and I am trying to find excuses to hire them again to film various life events :) The quality of the work is a tremendous value and I highly recommend them!

  I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with Carl at CSM! Every single part of the experience exceeded my expectations from out initial conversation to his flexibility with packages, to his warm and professional demeanor at our actual wedding, to the seriously AMAZING wedding film he made for us, to the hand delivery of our wedding video in time for a big family gathering so we could all watch it together, to tweaking our video to add something until we were 100% happy with it.
  
  Carl went seriously above and beyond and is one of the nicest people you'll work with at your wedding.
  
  His actual wedding videos are heads and shoulders above his competition, and he is very reasonably priced for the high, high quality of his work. Our highlight film is the best, and we still watch it all the time. Our actual documentary video totally exceeded our expectations in the sense that it was also beautifully edited - not just running footage. Everyone, literally everyone, who has seen the video has said something about how they felt like they were watching a "real movie." Carl has a great eye for detail, a very steady camera, fantastic editing skills, and is an all around super nice person. If he's available for your date - BOOK HIM!

Carl and Carlina took the time to get to know us, learn what was most important to us, and paid special attention to assuring that our video was tailored to our personalities and desires. We wanted to make sure that EVERYONE saw our love story. And, just to be sure that we blasted the video out to everybody, we played it during our reception as well.
