  Flawless planning and execution

  I met Carly in January 2019 after securing the venue for my daughter's wedding. She was on a list provided by the venue. At our first meeting I was impressed with her professionalism and her friendliness but absolutely won over by her knowledge of the vendors in the Napa Valley.
  My situation was a bit unique in that I was planning this wedding for my daughter who lived across the country and would only have a few days to visit the Napa Valley to help with the planning. With her schedule as a Naval Officer, marrying another Naval Officer, there was one day all year that they could get married. Additionally, the bride would not be available by phone or email during most of the planning. Carly assured me this would not be a problem,
  Carly introduced us to the best vendors! Her relationships with the vendors made me feel very secure in executing the contracts. She created an amazing spreadsheet and budget showing when all payments were due. Any questions I had were immediately addressed and resolved. I realized after the wedding that any worries I had were created in my mind because Carly had control of every detail!
  My daughter was able to come out for a few days and Carly arranged a preview of all the table designs, floral designs, signage, as well as a menu tasting, and cake tasting. We even got hair and makeup scheduled in this tight time frame. All of this made my daughter feel that she was getting the wedding she wanted and dreamed of, even though she had so little time to put into the planning.
  The execution on the day of the wedding was flawless! Even with the contact person at the venue changing several times in our months of planning, Carly had everything in order. The detailed timeline was a work of art-there is no other way to describe it!
  All of the planning created a beautiful wedding and reception! I even think that somehow Carly ordered the beautiful December day. Now, almost 18 months later, people still tell me what a beautiful wedding it was and how much fun they had. Most importantly, the bride and groom got exactly what they wanted. To me, as the mother of the bride, that was the most important aspect and Carly certainly delivered.
  I have another daughter and while I'm not pushing her to get engaged, I know that the first person I would contact to tell the news of the engagement would be Carly!

  Carly Saber full service wedding planning

  Carly was the absolute best wedding planner we could have asked for. She is extremely professional, responsive and helpful. We were planning a wedding from across the country and don’t know how we could have done it without her. She made everything easy for us from choosing and communicating with vendors, guiding us with decisions, as well as day of coordination. She made the wedding day a breeze - we didn’t have to worry about a thing, she literally took care of everything. We cannot recommend her enough.

  We started working with Carly as soon as we got engaged; 1.5 years before our actual wedding date. From venue sourcing through wedding day execution, Carly made the entire planning process as seamless and stress free as possible.   I was so nervous to start wedding planning but Carly made the entire process seamless. I was never stressed, only excited about the entire process!   Carly Saber Events was the best investment of the wedding

  We could not have had a better experience working with Carly. From beginning (selecting venue, vendors, design ideas) to end (day-of coordination, vision implementation), Carly kept us on task, on budget, and organized. When it began to rain as our outdoor dinner venue was getting set up on our wedding day, Carly kept the day dry, moving the reception inside and organizing with all vendors and the venue without us having to worry. She even kept us on time despite the hiccup! We truly could not have done the day without Carly- she allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding and the wedding planning process without getting stressed in the nitty gritty. Thank you Carly for all your hard work!

  Carly: the wedding planner of all wedding planners

  Carly made our special day and every single month leading up to it as easy and seamless as humanly possible. She responded to every text and email within 5 minutes and was truly a joy to work with.   THE Wedding Planner to have for Sonoma!

  Not enough words to affirm Carly Saber as the best imaginable wedding planner. Her vendor list was outstanding, she knows her people and they love her. Her availability on Zoom and in person when needed was ideal. She kept us on track and on the day-of the best kind of emotional and logistical support. Delightful, full of energy and a total pro. Doesn't get any better than Carly.

  Best wedding planner ever!

  Carly was absolutely incredible to work with. From our initial call, I immediately connected with her and could tell she was truly wanted to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. We absolutely loved all the vendors she recommended for our wedding and felt like she created the perfect vendor team. We had an Indian wedding and a Jewish wedding in one day, which was a 14 hour wedding day! We used 2 locations within the same property and had 2 meals, 2 completely different setups and colors/design visions, and more vendors than a typical wedding. Carly handled everything flawlessly and was so on top of every detail. She was willing to hop on calls whenever we had questions, and she even took the time to join a call to meet my parents and answer all of their questions! The coordination services on the day of our wedding were impeccable. Carly and her team took care of everything and made sure the day ran smoothly, and we didn't have to worry about anything. I 100% recommend Carly! She is the BEST!

  Working with Carly to plan our wedding was an absolute delight. She made everything so easy for us throughout the entire process from finding our venue, to designing the wedding of our dreams, to coordinating day of, truly as easy as possible. Her chipper can-do attitude made it seem like anything was possible. She is incredibly organised, and kindly and gently stayed on top of us so at any point all I had to do was review her checklists to know what I needed to take care. Many of our family and friends told us our wedding was the best they have ever been to, and we never could have pulled it off without Carly. I honestly could not recommend her anymore.

  I cannot recommend Carly more. From the second we started working together, I knew that I was in the best hands to make all of my wedding dreams come true. I truly viewed Carly and I as partners throughout the wedding planning process. She was always available and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Right from the beginning, she immediately knew what my vision was for my special day. She truly understood exactly what I was looking for and did everything in her power to make that happen for me. She helped me make any and all decisions and recommended the best vendors that worked within my budget. And when my wedding day finally arrived, every single detail was executed without a hitch and I was able to truly not worry about a single thing and JUST ENJOY THE DAY! She has a way of making you feel like you are the only bride she is working with and is 110% present and knows every detail like the back of her hand.   Hire Carly!!

  Our big day would NOT have been successful if we didn't have Carly. My husband and I haven't really been to many weddings and none of our friends are married so we really didn't know where to start. Carly was so helpful and responsive, she explained everything with patience and I'm so grateful for her. Wedding planning is inherently stressful so having her full planning services helped mitigate a lot of that. 2 months later our guests are still telling us it was the most beautiful, well planned, and organized wedding they've ever been to and we have Carly to thank for that because we truly had no clue where to start. 2021 was a busy year for her (weddings back to back every weekend) and she still managed to respond promptly to even the smallest questions. She was also awesome at taking feedback, pivoting when I wanted to change things and keeping everything on track. She also made sure we stayed in budget and communicated when we were going over.   Everyone needs a Carly...

  I wish I could have Carly be my life planner! I will surely miss her positivity and can-do attitude now that my wedding is over. Carly was wonderful throughout the wedding planning process. She always had great suggestions fo us, but also always listened to our wants and needs. I couldn't have put together our wedding without her guidance and I am so thankful we had her to guide us! Our wedding was everything we could have imagines and then some.

  A magical wedding weekend in wine country - thank you, Carly!

  Our experience with Carly was a long one, due to multiple COVID postponements, and we are SO thankful for her as she stuck with us for the 2.5+ year journey until our wedding dreams became a reality! Carly is dedicated to her clients and made sure any and all of our concerns or questions were addressed along the way. She helped us plan and execute on two events for our spectacular wedding weekend in Napa, and everything went so so smoothly! We cannot thank her enough for her hard work in making our Indian/American fusion wedding weekend a dream come true. It really was magical and all of our guests were raving about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Carly is well connected to the vendors/venues in wine country (a BIG reason we selected her) and I cannot say how important having those relationships are (especially during COVID times)!
  
  As a Project Manager myself, I have a high attention to detail, and Carly did not disappoint in this arena. She made sure every detail was in place and to perfection. Details matter!!
