  Exceptional Carriage Company

  We have worked with Carolina Carriage over 10 years to provide carriages rides for the community at our Annual Christmas events in Downtown Statesville. Their team is wonderful to work with and their carriages and horses are beautiful!!

  A magical experience

  Carolina Carriage Company brought a beautiful white carriage to Morganton to pick up our daughter and her husband immediately following their wedding ceremony. It was truly a magical experience for the bride and groom. They rode around town with a ‘Just Married’ sign on the back of their white carriage while their photographer followed to capture the ride. Considering that we were expecting rain, we were happy to know that the carriage had a top! And since the company had to bring the horses and carriage to our venue, we felt the cost of the experience was very reasonable. We could not have been more pleased or more grateful.

  Absolutely perfect! One of the best parts about our wedding day!

  Tuffer was amazing! He even stuck it out with us in the rain. After our entrance and exit he continued to ride our guests around in the rain. He was professional and easy to work with.

  Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

  The horse was well groomed. I used Duke who ended up being very photogenic. The driver was very accommodating, polite and professional. I couldn’t have asked for my day to have gone better and having Carolina Carriage there was the icing on the cake.

They went above and beyond their duty to make this a pleasurable experience for all! The staff was kind and courteous and very accommodating to our needs! Their team of horses was just as friendly as their staff! The carriages and horses were absolutely gorgeous, like something out of a magazine!   I rented the Cinderella Carriage for my wedding on 11/19/2016. It was perfect! The carriage was parked in front of the church before the ceremony and served as transportation for my husband and I to the reception. I got ready across the street in a Bed & Breakfast. I sat watching out the window as all of my guests arrived and the carriage stole the show. Everyone was stopping to take pictures with the horses and were just amazed at the carriage. It was definitely worth every penny! It was extremely easy to book, Tuffer was super friendly and if I can find a reason, I will definitely rent the carriage again!

  Funeral director

  I used their services at my Mother’s funeral. They provided a horse drawn hearse and it was beautiful. It was black glass enclosed with her spray of red roses on top. It was the talk of the town .. I found Tuffer Howell to be very professional and he did an awesome job for our family.

We initially had never heard of Carolina Carriage Co., and we had booked another carriage company for our wedding. Unfortunately it rained a little on the wedding day, and the first company does not go out in rain, so it was a huge disappointment the week of the wedding to lose our "big surprise" for our guests. Keith Rhyne of Crowning Events recommended Tuffer to me, and he had no problem coming out at the last minute with his covered carriage (at a very affordable rate, I might add). Ecstatic that we had the chance to work with these folks--you couldn't ask for kinder or more professional people, and you can tell their sweet horses are loved so much. THANK YOU!!!

  Carolina Carriage made my prom the most memorable ever!!! It was honestly a fairy tale, from the driver to the absolutely stunning horses. I recently am engaged and am already looking forward to working with them again.

  I was set on having a horse and carriage in my wedding and I am so glad I decided to go with this company. Their horses and carriages as absolutely beautiful! Tuffer was awesome to work with and it was the perfect set up for our big day. The horses went exactly where we had planned and were calm around donkeys that was already on the property. If you are looking for a horse and carriage go with this company!

  I'm so glad we hired Tuffer for our wedding! Adding a horse and carriage was the perfect touch! Plus Tuffer was extremely professional and his horses and carriage were all beautiful. We just got our pictures back from the photographer and the ones where we posed with the horse and carriage are definitely our favorites.
