  Eser made macaron's for my wedding. Working with Eser was a great experience--she was professional and very responsive throughout the process. She was flexible in determining a pickup time and had the macarons packed up and ready to go at that time. And most importantly, each macaron she made was perfectly beautiful and tasty (as expected). They were a hit at the wedding with my guests; we got many comments on how good they were, and they were almost entirely gone at the end of the night! Ultimately, they were the perfect addition to my wedding. I would wholeheartedly recommend ordering Eser's macarons for your wedding, too! You will surely not regret it. (Though, you might regret that you found out about Eser because she's so good that you won't be able to stop ordering from her for every event in your life.)

  Carousel Macarons did our hospitality hour macarons. They were incredible and our guests raved about them! Eser is amazing to work with - HIGHLY recommend her for any parties, events or weddings. She delivered them right to our venue and set everything up flawlessly.

  Eser was wonderful to work with! I can’t say enough good things about Carousel Macarons. We used the macaroons for a wedding favor and not only were the delicious, they were beautiful! We received so many compliments on them. I will definitely use them for other events.

  Late Delivery

  We ordered our macarons MONTHS in advance and they still came in late for our wedding. They did 2-Day shipping through UPS and expected it to arrive a day before our wedding, however the shipment got delayed and didn't arrive until the day AFTER our wedding. Under the terms and conditions they promised it would arrive on time, yet they denied responsibility and claimed it was UPS' fault. The macarons were great but was the only upset of our wedding as we had to improvise a new dessert last minute. Disappointed.

  Carousel Macarons's reply:

  We are very sorry that you had such an experience. However, we would like to clarify that as a small business we kept our promise by preparing the macarons as you requested and shipping them on time, that is the exact date that we had agreed with you in writing. As stated on our terms and conditions, once the order is dropped off to UPS, we have no control over any delays that may occur as a result of the UPS operation. Once we were informed about the delay due to UPS routing error, we did everything we can, talking with UPS managers to expedite the order. Overall, we totally understand your disappointment but we wanted to clarify that we as a small business took every step to deliver our promise, which is a top priority for every order we fulfill.
