  Carter Brother's BBQ is one of the greatest BBQ restaurants that I've been to in the triad area! My husband and I really wanted to have BBQ at our wedding, and our venue only allowed three different "preferred caterers" without a fee. I had heard that a lot of their caterers weren't even that good, and cost nearly twice as much for appetizers than if you got an actual entree from somewhere else. So we went with Carter Brothers! We paid nearly $500 in outside caterer fees just to have them.
  
  They have been nothing but the most amazingly wonderful people I have ever worked with, especially for our big day event! Our wedding was around 125 people and their service, food, and everything was just absolutely wonderful! It couldn't have tasted, or went better. The owner called me several times before the wedding to make sure that everything was in check and to see if I needed anything else before the big day. They truly are wonderful people, and also make the most wonderful food! If you're looking for someone that is actually a good person AND good food, then this is the place for you! It's rare to find such amazing quality of food/service and good people. I'm truly blessed to have found them to help make our big day memorable, and tasty!

  Everything turned out absolutely spectacular!! All of the food was amazing! We really enjoyed working with everyone over at Carter Brothers BBQ. My husband and I were dead set on BBQ for our wedding and after looking all over, Carter Brothers was the clear choice for the Triad area. They were very experienced and had no issues, both on the day of or before. They were very flexible and accommodating, a few people in my family have food allergies, and they were very helpful and careful about food prep and delivery. wonderful experience!

  Carter Brothers is an absolutely fantastic choice for your wedding. You could go with any of the "wedding caterers" around Greensboro, but you will likely end up with one or more things on the menu that you or your spouse will not like, and many of your guests will experience an average wedding in terms of food. Go with Carter Brothers. They did a fantastic job of setting everything up and even went the extra mile to make sure that everything was a step above, classy, and fit for a wedding. The servers did an excellent job as well, and, most importantly, everything on the buffet was delicious! Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Carter Brothers. If you want good service, good food, and a wide selection of options, at a fair price, with everything included... go with Carter Brothers.

  THE Mr. Carter Brothers was amazing! We had the laid back, delicious food that we had pictured for our perfect day! HOWEVER, I suggest asking to speak to the owner immediately instead of going throught Tracy. We went through Tracy (who confused MANY different things) including our final bill.. which was asked to be discussed during our meal... first meal as man and wife, really?! The food was absolutely amazing, and the owner was willing to bend over backwards to make me happy, but Tracy (the head of their catering services) was a big disappointment.
