Mikayla and Oscar, I am truly surprised to read your slanderous review, above all because Casa de los Siete Patios has been in touch with you about our full intentions to refund your wedding deposit. The world is fully aware of the caotic tragedy provoked by Covid-19 and have informed you that we are sorry to be unable to fulfill our commitments presently, but never said that we won’t pay you. So we have not stolen from you as you claim. We told you we have an agenda of payments, but unfortunately you have not understood the situation dictated by governments of lockdowns and demand immediate payment. We have told you many times we are sorry about the inconviences caused all of us. You have threatened us and are now focused on using media to defame us, which makes us consider suing you in the USA for defamation because you are lying. We shall not permit your slanderous comments, as we are a serious business, as many happy clients can testify. Out business dates 73 years due to our focus on exceptional service. In spite that many wedding venues have opted not to refund deposits, we are making every effort to continue deposits, but this fact is something you have not understood. We sincerely lament your false declaration that we can’t give quality service if didn’t cater your wedding, but because you haven’t received your refund. We are really upset that you resorted to this attack, as we have always been attentive to your requests, as I assure you we are doung our best. Que forma de responder a nuestro equipo quien lo llevó al ministerio público para formalizar su reclamo de un robo de su maleta, la cual aparentemente fue robada por el equipo de seguridad de los novios por ser los únicos responsables de la vigilancia del estacionamiento del venue. Le recomendamos hablar con la compañía de Tijuana de seguridad y usted mismo nos informó que sus documentos fueron localizados cerca de Rosarito, dirección opuesta a Ensenada de donde son nuestros guardias. Ya le explicamos que nuestros guardias solo controlaron las entradas por instrucciones de seguridad de los novios. Nadie debe dejar unas maletas expuestas con trajes Ferragamo, zapatos Ferragamo, reloj Rolex, etc. Nuestra empresa tiene más de 76 años en Ensenada y jamas hemos tenido una reclamación como la suya! Ya sospechamos qué
nos quiere extorcionar! Si sigue con sus reclamos indebidos, seguiremos con una demanda de difamación.

As the owner of Casa de los Siete Patios, thank you for making me aware of this error by the person who filled in this information. Our venue is a 5 star property, owned and operated by Mexicans, and catered by our own 75 year old El Rey Sol Restaurant. Come visit anytime to confirm, but I do not believe you should give us a low ratting for a dumb ownership mistake, that has nothing to do with our service.
