  The people at Cascade Rental were so friendly, professional and easy to work with! We rented tables and linens from them for our reception. I brought in one of my invitations and the sales staff showed me all the different linen combinations that would work with my wedding colors. On the day of my reception I sent some groomsmen to pick up the rental tables and linens. When they arrived the Cascade Rental team had everything stacked up, packaged and ready to go. The boys just pulled up in a truck and right away the items were being loaded up, it was the quickest and most hassle-free part of our reception! I definitely recommend them for anyone in the Grand Rapids area in need of rental equipment!

  I loved the things we rented from Cascade for our wedding (a tent, tables and chairs) but I was not impressed with the service. My mom, mother in law, and I were working together and they would not allow my mom to pay a portion of the bill because her name was not on the bill. She was not changing anything on the bill and they were rather rude about it. They were on time and did a good job but with the money we spent I would have hoped for better service.

  Unfortunately the only problem I had with our wedding was due to Cascade Rental. Our gold chiavari chairs showed up on Thursday (thankfully a day earlier than we needed them for our rehearsal) and they were DISGUSTING. I wish I had taken a picture to prove my point but the cushions were ALL stained on at least one side and the legs, seats and backs were SO scratched up it was unacceptable. We made the poor delivery boys load them all back up and our wedding planner hopped on the phone and found us MUCH better chairs somewhere else. At $7 per chair, I was SHOCKED at how awful the condition was. To top it off, we had a really hard time getting ahold of them to book the chairs in the first place and they went back and forth on delivery times and cost. Overall, NOT a good experience.
