Cascata Springs is such an amazing venue! Love when I get to work at this beautiful place! The staff is amazing as well, and will help you with all your needs!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and well decorated. It was absolutely gorgeous with the views and decorations. There is absolutely no where else I would have chose to handle my event. The owner is just amazing and awesome with everything and has such a wonderful personality.

Cascata Springs was a dream! We are so grateful for this venue and the staff. It was everything and more we imagined our wedding to be. Their entire staff made it their mission to make it the greatest day! A huge shoutout to the venue owner for giving us a personal tour before and the wedding planner there for truly going above and beyond for us. We used all of their vendors and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. If you are looking to get married here, we highly suggest it!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped make our day so easy and stress free!
My wedding planner was Kim! She was prompt, timely, organized, and answered any questions I had immediately. She was amazing the entire time!
Her assistant Hayden was right beside her helping out whenever needed and the groomsmen loved him!
The rest of the staff Nicole, Melon, and Kassie were so amazing to us the entire time. It was super hot outside and I’m just so grateful to have had them there to run around and get things done that needed done!
Chef Stevens food was AMAZING. Everyone was so complimentary of our dinner and was running back for seconds!
Thank you to our bartender Rhye! He kept everything organized and clean while being very efficient with his job!
And my DJ, Gerard was stellar! He also made sure to answer any of my questions and listened to all of our requests during the reception.
All in all, I am so pleased with how our wedding turned out. Sarah and Kim have such creative and beautiful visions when it comes to decorating and making sure the place is beautiful. I am so grateful for our experience and highly recommend!

So happy that I chose Cascata Springs be my wedding venue. The staff were 100% professional. I booked a year in advance and I never went without answers to my questions. My coordinator was very much on top of all of the planning and ensuring that our day was perfect! I did not have to worry about finding catering, cake, flowers, decorations, Dj, photographer etc. because they handled ALL OF IT! I sat down with my coordinator and basically showed her my dream Pinterest board and they made it happen.

I was so confident in the planning process that we decided to forgo a rehearsal dinner, though I’m sure if we had, it would have turned out perfectly too!

I also really liked that we were able to stay at the venue the night of the wedding in the bridal suite (which is perfect for all the girls to get ready in…I can only hope to have a bathroom like that) they have upstairs! It was convenient to not have to worry about getting home after a night of fun

Sara, the owner, helped in so many ways that a bride might not even remember is important! The team at Cascata Springs was always five steps ahead of me and thinking of all the little things both before the wedding and during the wedding that had to be done. There was continuous conversations up till the wedding day which made the rehearsal dinner and the wedding that they helped me with beautiful And so well thought out. It was very nice because they were very flexible and there were so many packages for a bride to choose from. Sara makes Cascada Springs a one stop everything from Catered meals Djs, Flowers and decorations And even an overnight stay there for the bride and groom on their wedding night. Cascada Springs is beautiful and especially if you like water and waterfalls.

Got married at Cascata over the weekeed.Beautiful venue! The place was perfect! Kim and Allie, the coordinators, went above and beyond for us. Super nice people and made everything go super smooth for us. Kim was a such a sweetheart and even went out of her way to make a an emergency stop at the store for us! And the photographer Sarah and diana was awesome too! They killed it.
Would def recommend this place to anyone and everyone .

Cascata Springs is an amazingly beautiful venue. The place itself will make you feel like you are in your own personal palace. The personnel at Cascata Springs is also what makes this place so special. They are so willing to make sure your day is stress free, and just the way you had visioned. I cannot recommend this place enough. Especially if you are wanting out of the busy traffic of those urban areas. It is an amazing place with even better personnel. If you’re one who has a vision and everything in your head, allow Cascata Springs to make your dreams come true! You will not be dissatisfied.

Sarah was amazing for my baby shower!! She was very flexible and able to help with both setup and cleanup. I left decorating up to her and she surprised me with the most beautiful decorations ever!! 11/10.

This is an amazing place to have an event! The grounds are so pretty and well kept!

There are not enough words to summarize the quality of time, effort, care, and experience that Sarah and her staff have put into making Cascata Springs one of the best new venues across Tennessee.
The venue is uniquely Italian inspired, giving so many options when it comes to creating the vision you have in mind for your wedding day. As a wedding photographer who goes to many venues, this is one of the very best in terms of service and value.
I would highly recommend scheduling a tour here and seeing why everyone is falling in love with it!

Cascata Springs is the most beautiful venue! There are so many amazing spots to have the ceremony. The beautiful waterfall, huge tree that can be decorated (picture below), or even in the “Sunset Lanai.” Every wedding is so perfect here!!

Absolutely GORGEOUS!! Makes me wanna get divorced just so I can get married here again! The layout is incredible so many options for pics. Every soon to be MUST check this place out! On top of that it’s priced reasonably which seems unbelievable given its beauty!! Love, love, love!!

Just had our wedding at Cascata Springs in October and it was everything we could’ve ever dreamed of! My coordinator, Mallory, and her assistant, Kaylin, we’re super helpful, attentive, understanding, and truly listened to our vision and brought it all to life! They helped me especially feel calm and supported throughout the entire process and on the wedding day they made sure everything ran smoothly, looked beautiful, and that we truly got to experience every part of the day 🥹 - I can’t say enough about their amazing work! The team at Cascata Springs were incredible during our planning, and Chef Steve absolutely delivered with the food and the style we chose for our guests - they loved everything from flavors, accommodation for different dietary needs, and the best part, late night brick oven pizzas 🥳 The fireworks were an added bonus and it did not disappoint. Overall, this venue was absolutely everything we wanted and then some, and we are so glad we chose them as our venue for our most memorable day ever 💛

The venue offers everything you need and could want.. Sarah makes you feel like part of the family and I would most definitely book her for everything if I could .. if your looking for a beautiful,peaceful,elegant place to get married this is your last stop 🛑.. I just love it there and will be back

We had our wedding in May 2022. We chose this venue for its location in middle Tennessee without the "Nashville" pricing. Additionally, we chose the venue for the "all inclusive" aspect that would allow us to have a much easier planning process that having to individually find vendors ourselves. From the beginning we received clear communication from our coordinator Mallory. She would ask for my "vision" of the day and from there would do all of the coordination to ensure that the floral, cake, decor, etc. would be perfect. She would even set up "mock" decor and send me pictures to ensure it was what I wanted. Her response time was great if I had any questions. The vendors chosen for us were phenomenal and met every vision we had. The catering, which is the only caterer available for weddings, had a very large menu to pick from. The food was AMAZING and my only regret was not getting to have an appetizer we picked because they were gone by the time we were done with sunset photos. The space to get ready for the bridal party is perfect and had plenty of space for my 5 bridesmaids, my mom, and me. I do believe they could use clearer instructions/ markings on where to park. The venue can be difficult to find. On the day of the wedding my bridal party did get stressed as they locked the door after the ceremony started and they had to ensure all of our stuff was not locked inside. On the day of the wedding, I had clear communication from Mallory and she was ready to help me with whatever was needed. Probably one of my biggest suggestions would be to not have guests carry their own chairs from the ceremony site to the reception area. I would have gladly paid more money than to have my grandparents, etc. carry their own chairs. I do believe there was a large miscommunication between the vendor and our DJ as to when the reception was over. The DJ did a last call 30 minutes before it was needed and it took my husband giving him $100 to continue rather than the DJ checking with the vendor on when exactly they were supposed to be done. The DJ was very apologetic but it was a miscommunication that should have never happened as it was really confusing to me and the guests. While my husband and me were getting our sunset pictures done, it seemed our guests were getting bored waiting on us. I believe the overall layout of the events could have been slightly altered to ensure there wasn't much "downtime" for the guests to be waiting. It was after dinner that we did the speeches and firsts dances, and I wish we had done them prior or during dinner to ensure that they would be done before our grandparents or older guests wanted to leave. Overall, the wedding was amazing and other than small details that could easily be fixed, the wedding was perfect to us from the decor, food, and venue. I would gladly recommend Mallory and Cascata Springs to any bride and groom looking for a small town venue with a "Nashville" feel without the Nashville pricing.

Even though it rained the whole wkend and was messy out, and some guest were upset for having to walk in the mud to the venue which was horrible,the planner coordinator, Kim went out of her way many many times to make sure everything else was perfect.of course the mud problem was out of her control. That's on the owner. Kim was perfect! We can also say the same for Steven,the chef! Thank you both! Same for the bartender Rhye, thank you! And the staff, Taylor and Katie! Thank you! They were all awesome! They worked long hours, knew what to do,and when to do it. They were all amazing! So... With that being said, if your planning to have your wedding at cascade springs, make sure you get the staff I mentioned,you will certainly be taken care of. Other than the knee deep mud.

Sarah and Kassi truly went above and beyond to the point of setting up our flowers to help make the day special! They always had a “can do” attitude when it came to what we asked for on our special day!

Beautiful venue and thoughtful touches, however, unprofessional staff, poor management, and mediocre food. We were frustrated by a lot of what happened in the planning process, but loved the venue itself on the wedding day.

Our experience at Cascata Springs was a mixed bag, which ended in very poor customer service. Our initial tour, the owner Sarah had a family crisis and she had another employee, Alli give us a tour. We had already communicated that if we booked, we would like do a Sunday wedding. During the tour, Alli showed us the gorgeous bridal suite and said that the bride gets ready in the morning (there are even 3 hair/makeup stations) and as part of the package the couple gets to stay the night (which we were so pleasantly surprised). We decided to book the venue and were so excited.

Throughout the wedding planning process, we attended three meetings at the venue. The first meeting we had with Alli she had her laptop out and asked us specific questions, making notes, including if we were planning to stay the night there, which we said of course (I remember being shocked that anyone wouldn’t want to!) The following meetings, she did not reference her notes, would often confuse details, and we also received multiple incorrect invoices. During our second meeting we were told we could only come to the venue at 12pm on the wedding day (for a 3:30 wedding), because it was a Sunday and that we would need to get ready at a salon or hotel nearby. We made it clear that was not correct and they allowed us to get ready at the venue as promised.
As the wedding planning proceeded the responsibilities shifted towards the owner, who was also inconsistent with communication. She forgot to send a final invoice before final payment was due and I had to ask for it multiple times. None of the above were deal breakers, but pointed towards what happened the night of the wedding, when we were refused to stay the night as promised. At the end of the night, we asked about plans for the morning and the owner denied that was an option, and Alli denied ever telling us that we could and denied even giving us a tour. They continued to blame shift, and claimed that we fabricated a story that we could stay the night. There was no apology by the owner, but an offer was made by an older gentleman who did not introduce himself that we could stay if we left at 7am, because they had a tour. So rather than reschedule the tour or limit access to the bridal suite (which is clearly a big selling point), they continued to inconvenience their current customer.
We opted to leave with a family member who had already come to get us (it was now around 11pm).

The wedding itself was very beautiful. Sarah has a clear creative talent for making beautiful spaces and events. She is detail-oriented when is comes to the aesthetics and goes above and beyond in that department. The communication and professionalism from her and others was lackluster at best and created a lot of stress throughout the process. We sincerely wish her success in the future and hope this can be a learning experience going forward.
