  Helped to take the stress out of our big day

  We hired Love Birds for helping to coordinate our wedding. Angela and Hannah made sure that the whole event ran smoothly and that we were well cared for. They were able to provide a structure to the wedding that allowed each of us to relax and just enjoy our special day. Thank you again!

  Incredible! Would recommend to absolutely anyone.

  Love Birds made our wedding day a breeze and were so organized and helpful! My husband and I got married on New Year's Eve, and we had Angela and Rachel as our day of coordinators. I was able to completely relax the day of the wedding knowing that my decor, vendors, and all the small details were in the best hands. I loved working with them (wish I could do it all over again!) and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a day of coordinator or any of their other wedding planning services. Thank you Cassie, Angela, and Rachel!

  Worth Every Penny

  If you're unsure whether you need a day-of coordinator, stop here! TLDR; Rachel and Angela are absolutely incredible. They helped us before, during, and after our wedding and were fun, considerate, and professional the whole time. On the day-of, they handled obstacles so calmly and quickly that many guests were completely unaware of any issues. We wholeheartedly recommend them!
  
  We hired Love Birds Wedding Co for our wedding day coordination and it was honestly one of the best decisions we've ever made. Without much wedding experience, my husband and I thought it would be wise to have a professional around on our wedding day to make sure things run smoothly. We met with Cassie Shaver and knew right away that she and her team would take good care of us. Rachel Ryan reached out to us 4 months before our big day to introduce herself and her colleague Angela Macri, and to check in on our planning. Rachel was a huge help from then on, lending advice on our order of events, contacting vendors that weren't returning my messages, and making sure that we weren't feeling overwhelmed.
  
  I was very impressed with their professionalism at our rehearsal. They both made sure to introduce themselves to our wedding party, took notes on where the decor should go, and worked with the party rental company to have our tent assembled in the correct location. On the morning of our wedding, Rachel texted me to see how I was feeling and reassured me that our day would be wonderful.
  
  Things didn't go entirely as planned, which can be devastating on your wedding day, but it felt like nothing more than a minor inconvenience with Rachel and Angela on our side. When I arrived at the ceremony, they both came over to tell me that the power was out, meaning we couldn't use the microphone and speakers as planned, but they had already worked out 3 different potential solutions to the problem and had everything under control. Within a few minutes, we were right back on schedule.
  
  After the ceremony, Rachel and Angela handled the delivery of our cocktail hour snacks, brought out s'mores supplies, and made sure that we and our wedding party were fed and hydrated. While we were with the photographer, they helped tidy up behind the scenes and moved decor from our ceremony to the reception venue.
  
  At the reception, they introduced speakers, queued special dances, and organized table dismissal for the buffet. When we were surprised with another technical issue, they again tackled it calmly and had everything running smoothly with minimal disruption. They checked in with us throughout the reception to make sure we were ready for the next event, and gave us extra time when we needed it. As the night came to an end, they packed up all our things while my husband and I said goodbye to our guests.
  
  I cannot speak highly enough of Rachel and Angela. Their personalities flow so perfectly together, and their quick problem-solving allowed us to have a stress-free wedding despite a few obstacles. They were genuinely such a joy to work with that it felt like they were family members who just happened to be coordinating for us. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful.

We even had another team member, I believe her name was Gabby ( I am sorry I forgot, as it was right before the ceremony and my nerves were raw), but she waited for vendors and fixed my dress for the ceremony.

  Stress free wedding day

  I cannot recommend the Love Birds Wedding Company enough!! Casey was very responsive and helpful while planning the wedding. She also has linens, cake/cupcake holders, arch and so on that we were able to use. Angela and Emma were our wedding day coordinators and were my saving grace. Any issue that came up that ensured to take action and I never had a clue. The entire day was so perfect and that is all thanks to them. When things got a little off track or ran behind they quickly changed the timeline to ensure we were able to fit everything in. They also made it a priority that myself and the groom was having the most fun, was eating, and had drinks in our hands throughout the night. We had our dog in the wedding and they also continuously made sure she was taken care of and made sure she had water. I was amazed in the morning to see everything cleaned up and in place which made packing up from home so easy! The small details they remembered even to making sure my car keys made it back into my room. If you want your wedding day to be stress free and be able to just enjoy the moment I definitely would recommend the Love Birds Wedding Company!

  Amazing!! Book them and do not hesitate!

  We had booked Lovebirds for day of coordination about 3 weeks out from our wedding. They agreed to take us on even on shorter notice. After booking we had a family emergency come up and we weren’t able to plan major parts of our wedding. Cassie stepped in to help us with those aspects of our wedding. She was wonderful, jumped right into planning, and took care of everything behind the scenes. I was able to focus on our emergency because Cassie made sure we everything was taken care of and that I was able to focus on other things. Once we got to a week out, Cassie seamlessly shifted us over to Angela. We had Angela and Emma at our wedding and they were amazing! They were fun, sociable, and made the day seamless and effortless. It was so important to have them there because they were the reason my entire family was able to enjoy the day completely. I can’t imagine doing my wedding without them.

Angela connected with me for months prior, checking in constantly and making sure we were on the same page. When it came to day of she was nothing but spectacular!!!! She started bright and early picking up dessert, finishing set up, making sure everything was good to go. When it started to rain prior to the outdoor ceremony she wasn’t a bit flustered, moving guests to a dry place until things cleared up. She made sure the timeline was followed and everything moved smoothly, working with all the other vendors for a seamless night. The entire bridal party was so amazed at all her hard work and how easy she made the day! We can’t say enough great things, my day wouldnt have been the same and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy it nearly as much without her there! So grateful for this team!

  AMAZING!!! We have not stopped talking about Rachel and Emma. I would literally trust them with my life! They made sure every single detail of our special day was taken care of. I was blown away at our reception space with all the decorations in place - they truly went above and beyond. They were so kind, so professional, so efficient, and exactly what you need on your wedding day! Every single part of our day went smoothly and we owe it to both of them. Easily the best decision we made was to hire them!! We debated hiring a coordinator but we both agree it was the best thing we could have done so we could truly enjoy our day. Minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle I noticed stains on my dress - I barely had to panic because Rachel and Emma handled it so gracefully and quickly. There are not enough words to describe how much I loved working with them. It literally makes me tear up!! You will not regret booking Love Birds!!

  Excellent experience for day of coordination

  Cassie and team provided day of coordination service for my wedding recently. They were great-it was nice not to worry about anything that day. They set up the room beautifully and managed everything very well.

  If you don’t choose Cassie and Rachel to help with your big day, you are missing out! Cassie and Rachel made our day so smooth and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Cassie was available anytime I needed to talk or run an idea by her. Rachel was fantastic for the rehearsal. They absolutely blew me away with their decorating skills. I basically handed them the pieces and they ran with it. It was pure magic. These ladies made my day so stress free. They even helped me with my little girls. They went so far above and beyond my expectations. I would get married again just so I can hire them back!! Thank you Cassie and Rachel for making our day so special!

  While I only hired Lovebirds for the day-of services, I feel like I was coached the whole way through. Cassie was really generous as a soundboard and offered many of the services that I didn't want to spend additional money on (like a DJ). Really can honestly say that if it wasn't for Lovebirds, I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my wedding day as I did. All the vendors and families mentioned that it was easy to work with Cassie and her team. Just a delight. Cannot recommend enough!

  Worth every penny, and then some

  We hired Cassie and Lovebirds Wedding Co. to focus primarily on day-of coordination of our contractors, to make sure that everyone was on the same page, and ensure that everything ran smoothly when we would be too distracted with being in the actual proceedings to be able to manage the various guests and events throughout the day.
  
  Working with Cassie throughout the process was fantastic, and she was able to adapt her communication channels to us, as well as our particular style of preparing and planning the wedding. The communication we had leading up to the event ensured that she was prepared for the day-of, and with her (and her assistant's) hard work and preparation, made the day every bit as special as it could be.
  
  Her most impressive attribute is her versatility: she really will do whatever it takes to make everything work. She'll direct traffic, move placesettings, carry boxes, etc... If you care about it, chances are she'll do it, and do it with enthusiasm.
  
  This all points to her dedication to making sure that the event is everything you want it to be. She loves what she does, and it shows in how she works with you. We felt throughout the entire thing that we could count on her, and she repaid that faith in spades. Her demeanor is wonderful and supportive, and this made her all the more easy to work with.
  
  We could not recommend her highly enough! Please consider her services if you're in the Utica/Hamilton/Syracuse area, and you won't be disappointed.

  Stress free

  Cassie and Rachel were absolutely great! From the beginning of the planning process, to the very end of the night. I honestly didn't have to lift a finger the day of my wedding. She was on top of everything and every detail. She helped my vision come to life better than I could have ever imagined. I literally didn't have an ounce of stress during my wedding day thanks to these two! Cassie also got us the most amazing cake ever!!!

  Cassie is the best! She will make your wedding experience flawless!

  I seriously can't say enough good things about Cassie. She was friendly, professional, organized, totally calm but also in charge and everyone who attended the wedding and met her just loved her! As an out of state bride, I never had a chance to see my venue until the week of my wedding but Cassie had already scouted the location, met w/ my major vendors and knew the whole lay of the land. She took time (even VERY late at night) to answer all of my questions and address concerns leading up to the wedding. The week of the wedding she helped me problem solve various issues that cropped up. The day before and the day of the wedding I leaned on her even more. Cassie put together all of my centerpieces, lead the rehearsal, wrangled all of my friends and family members and most importantly, helped keep me calm. She made sure all the vendors were paid, that I had food, drinks and dessert and basically helped the wedding go off without a hitch all with a big friendly smile on her face! And let me tell you how delighted I was that when we returned to the wedding suite at the end of the night the entire place had been tidied and straightened up, compliments of her team. If you want to have the perfect wedding and not stress about the little things, hire her RIGHT AWAY!

  Cassie is amazing!

  Cassie went above and beyond to make my day special. I did a mostly DIY wedding at Green Lakes State Park and it was nice to sit back and enjoy my wedding while Cassie worked tirelessly in the background to make my day perfect. Her and the staff she hired for my day decorated the venue that morning, refilled the food buffet, bused the tables, cut the cake and packed and cleaned everything we wanted: on top of coordinating the ceremony, rehearsal and my family.

  My wedding was beautiful

  Cassie was amazing and made the wedding planning seamless. Our wedding was even more beautiful than I could have envisioned!
  Cassie walked through every step with us and every person she referred us to from photography to the DJ, hair and makeup, and flowers were amazing! I highly recommend her services!

  Perfect!!!

  Do you want your wedding day to be perfect? When I say perfect, I mean perfect. If so, Cassie is your girl. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. On our wedding day, literally everything was perfect - I am sure something went wrong but i can only assume Cassie saved the day and I will be forever grateful for her.

  In one word, Cassie is PHENOMENAL. Her attention to detail and flexibility with changes made her the perfect wedding planner. Hiring her was the best decision I made for the best day of my life.   Cassie was my day of coordinator and also worked with my maid of honor as a coordinator/planner for my bachelorette. I would give her 10 stars if I could for all that she did. She was extremely responsive to all my texts, emails and phone calls. She was very thorough when going over all the expectations for the wedding and checking if I needed anything else. She has a natural enthusiasm for the wedding planning and coordinating so that helped keep me and the bridal party sane when the day of the wedding was so hectic. I met with her several times before the wedding day and she was did a great job mapping out the day and on the day, she made everything go really smoothly. I highly recommend her and plan to use her again if I ever have any events I need planned in the future. I think that her professionalism, hard work and quick thinking is one the biggest reasons the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception all went so smoothly.
