    Kind and amazing customer service! Treat you like family!

    We had our daughter quinceañera there July 25, 2015 And Allan was amazing! He and his staff were kind and helped meet our necessities! Allan was very sweet he told us that he loved her party because it was alcohol free and he didn’t let us clean our mess he said he was happy to do it because our party went smoothly without problems or complications. I would

    Perfect venue for your dream wedding and reception

    Beautiful venue with plenty of space and a gorgeous staircase for a brides grand entrance. Extensive decor you can rent or bring your own. Huge kitchen and plenty of parking for your guests. Easy to work with and communication was excellent.

    Incredible!

    We host our annual princess party here every year and it has been a pleasure each time. They are easy to work with and make sure we have everything we need. They have been so accommodating and willing to do what is needed for the success of the event at their venue.

    The best, most affordable, most beautiful

    The Castle Manor was awesome to work with. Easy, fast responses, treated us with complete respect. Definitely recommend.

    Beautiful venue

    This is a beautiful venue with professional and helpful staff. They were very quick to answer our emails and calls and help us plan the perfect reception.

    Beautiful and great customer service

    The rooms and grounds are simply beautiful. Tatumn, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful and was there to answer every question leading up to my event. They were so flexible, allowing me to put up some decorations the night before and to take my formal pictures on site before the wedding. Great value especially compared to other venues in cache valley.

    Awesome, great sound, lots of room

    Castle Manor was awesome! It has a lot of space for lots of dancing and partying! I recommend Castle Manor to everyone!

    It was amazing

    When picking a venue I had only 2 months until I got married! The day of my wedding they had available! Upon living over 300 miles away they worked with me through email and I have never experienced such constant and fast replies! They helped me so much when it came to the layout of the room, since I had no idea what I was going to do. They were so friendly and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to have my luncheon and reception there! Besides it is so beautiful inside and out, I deffinelty got my princess moment in their castle.

    Very Positive Experience at Castle Manor

    We recently used the waterfall garden on the north side of Castle Manor. It was beautiful and lovely. We enjoyed the outdoor venue and found this area just the right size, not too big and not too small. The staff was helpful and friendly to work with as well.

    Created the perfect day for my daughters wedding

    Working with Tatum was a wonderful experience as she helped both families stay on track and remembered all the little details that were important to the couple. Having such a beautiful place to celebrate in and having someone else worry about the chairs, tables, linens, backdrop, etc. was fabulous for a stress-free day and a perfect day with my daughter and her husband. Thank you so much!

    Locked us out of the bridal room

    Although our daughter's wedding was beautiful, it was beautiful because of the vendors we used NOT because of Castle Manor.

    However, I strongly discourage anyone from using Castle Manor. If you insist on using them, keep detailed records of emails, texts and phone calls. Record everything. Be ready for disappointment.

    I will not play ugly like they did and throw petty condescending words around. I could write pages of issues we had.... But instead, I'll write about the management, their lack of integrity and dishonest practices. This "new management" we were told came in AFTER we signed the contract.

    The new management does not honor their word or contract for that matter. They are rude, condescending and disrespectful. They literally escorted us out of the bridal room hours before the reception was to start and told us we "did not pay for this room" and did not have permission to use it although ALL paperwork including their own website says bridal room IS included.

    Not only did they deny us the bridal room.... The new management denied doing so when we asked about it. We tried to explain we were allowed in the room but were refused reentrance.

    We decided to make do with the considerably smaller grooms room they did allow us to use and decided to discuss the matter further with them the next day so it did not ruin the night or upset our daughter. The bridal party and groomsmen graciously got ready in their cars and downstairs in the main chapel so the bride could have the grooms room.

    When we emailed the management the next day about our disappointment of being escorted out and denied access to the brides room, we requested a refund for the top floor since we literally did not get to use it, not even the "included bride room".

    Their response was an absolutely no. No, because it was not their fault we didn't use the brides room. They said it was "unfortunate that you guys did not realize the doors locked on their own... Had you realized that, you would not have locked yourselves out".

    It did not matter how many times we told them we were literally escorted out and the doors locked behind us... They have continued to deny doing so and have refused to give us the refund.

    Again, this is just a VERY small part of a very disappointing situation. Suffice it to say, you would be better off choosing a different venue. The current management at Castle Manor does not and will not care about your experience. They will not honor their contract. They will lie.

    This place was a disaster. Two weeks before our event they decide to double book us. They said we wouldn’t even know they were there. I had guest from their party ruin my reception by screeching in the bathrooms during our vows. I saw the bride. Their guest came up to my party uninvited. We even got locked out of the kitchen by the other party. The staff paid no attention to our event. I had missing items and had to search for people when they were supposed to move chairs. When I confronted them about all the stuff that went wrong they throw back at you on how they gave you a good deal and even added extra stuff to our event even though it was actually what I paid for originally. They tried telling me they upgraded my $4 bowl rentals to a larger size even though the ones they originally gave me were from the dollar store. My coworker decided to have a wedding there and I warned her about double booking. She asked them and they said they wouldn’t. And guess what happened just a few weeks before? They double booked her too. Make them put it in contract if you book her!

    Kayla, *deep breath*. I hear you. I sincerely apologize for these problems that happened on your day and the defensive communication you received from us! It all sounds incredibly frustrating and even awkward to have to worry about and deal with on a day that should have been about you. It was not what we wanted, and I recognize that there were things we didn't that would have prevented all of it, and things we did that caused this to happen.
