Well done!
I hired Catering Cart for a rehearsal dinner (Feb. 2024). They were great to work with from the early planning stages to the event. Tara was so helpful planning the event and getting all the details just right. We emailed exclusively and she was very timely in responding. The night of the event went so well. Our staff (Levi, Daniel, Brandi and Amanda) arrived on time and were very professional. We even made a few changes to the flow of the night and they were happy to accommodate. The food presentation (Mexican theme buffet) looked so nice and the food and mocktails were delicious. Many guests couldn't stop commenting on how good the food was. I do not live in the Chattanooga area but if I did, I would use Catering Cart again.Catering Cart's reply:

We had a fully vegan menu for our wedding and BarCart truly delivered! They had a variety of selections but were also willing to adjust things as desired if you already had some items in mind for your menu. We had some items from their Asian inspired menu, the winter stew, salad and mac and cheese bites and everything was delicious. We heard positive feedback from all of our guests about the food as well. The drinks were also incredible. The staff also were responsive to questions and attentive to the guests. The only issue we encountered was when a staff member was asked a question about an allergen concern the staff member stated " I don't know. I didn't make the food." While I understand that these individuals may not have made the food I think it is important for each staff member to be knowledgeable about the allergen information for the items on the menu. I also think that comment was rude and could have been handled differently. Aside from that we had a great experience and the food was amazing!Catering Cart's reply:
Hey Sam! Thanks for the awesome review. The staff member called me personally to inquire since I did make the food and they were given the proper guidance. Your menu was beautiful but 100% custom so our staff didnt want to say the incorrect thing since so many menu items were custom made - your wedding was absolutely beautiful and we loved working with you every step of the way :)

They were on time and created a beautiful display of delicious food. They were very prepared and professional. They organized the leftovers like I asked them too and helped out with refilling the cupcake towers.Catering Cart's reply:

I wanted a Charcuterie Grazing Table for my wedding reception and Catering Cart did some beautiful work, and the food was delicious. They are definitely a very busy company, so at times it was a little frustrating and rushed trying to communicate with them, but in the end, I got exactly what I wanted and it was gorgeous. There are so many different options for catering, I don't think you could go wrong with any of their choices! I would recommend them. -
