  A breath of fresh air!

  We work with a lot of photographers and it's genuinely hard to find fun people we can click with and work as a solid team. Catherine made that SO easy for us, and when she walked into the room in the morning, I think everyone felt more comfortable and excited about the day. If you want a creative, kind, bubbly photographer and hype girl, please book with her!!

  THIS GIRL IS AMAZING. Catherine is so talented and is very good at making you comfortable in front of the camera. None of her posing feels forced and I have a great time every time we shoot. She did my engagements, wedding day, AND post wedding bridal shoot. She turned around photos quicker than I would have expected. I'm absolutely in love with our photos. I feel like I'm living a Pinterest dream. BOOK HER NOW!

  She is phenomenal. The best part- I didn't even realize that she was there. She blended right into the crowd and captured emotional moments that I will treasure forever. As a bride, I was stressed and Catherine is SO easy-going and bubbly. When it came time for all the classic family photos she took charge and convened all the families. She is the no-stress-express.   Catherine Coons Photography was AMAZING! Our wedding was 12/29/14 and I am already receiving edited pictures from her. Catherine was always quick to get back to me when I emailed or called and extremely accommodating when I wanted to discuss some questions or concerns I was having leading up to the big day. Her style is so beautiful and it was everything I hoped it to be. I would highly recommend Catherine Coons Photography to anyone looking for an amazing and original photographer. I literally could not have asked for anything better.

  Don't think twice, book her.
  I found her on instagram, when I was looking for someone to do engagement photos with us in D.C. She was in NY at the time, so we brought her to DC for a session. She was wonderful, so light, carefree, and easy to work with. We started with a casual in-home session (to relax my future husband) and then we changed clothes and went exploring in the National Portrait Gallery and around our neighborhood.
  Our photos came back within in a month and we loved them all.
  On the business-side, Catherine was very easy to work with (not always as responsive as my OCD would like... but she is a woman of her word and delivered as promised on everything).
  
  Catherine is working her ass off in the wedding/creative industry and she has a long successful career ahead of her. You would be crazy not to book with her. I want to be like her when I grow up- talented, fun, and entrepreneurial.
