  Absolutely stunning

  CD & Me was a true come true. Catherine made the planning process a breeze & having Marnie by my side all throughout my my wedding day made the entire day so perfect. This venue was beyond anything I could have imagined. From the coordinators, planners, bartenders & bus-boys, this staff did not miss a beat. They truly had a huge part on making this day perfect!

  The BEST reception venue EVER!

  We were absolutely amazed by how amazing our wedding reception at CD&ME was for our July 2023 wedding! My husband and I had our reception in the Mica, and all our guests were so complimentary. We had many people from out of town saying they've never experienced anything like this before and that the atmosphere was so perfect and engaging for guests to have space to enjoy themselves inside and outside on the beautiful patio area. Catherine and the rest of the CD&ME staff made our day go so smoothly. Catherine was extremely helpful and detail oriented and is truly passionate about ensuring that her brides and grooms are able to enjoy the day of their dreams! She worked well in coordinating with our outside vendors as well as giving us a great list of recommendations to rely on. She truly made the day magical. Would highly recommend anyone getting married in the Chicago suburbs to check out CD&ME!

  Absolutely Amazing!

  Kazia is incredible! I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is a dream to work with and will help in any way she can! Our wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her. She has a great vision for the space and makes great recommendations. She took our thoughts and put them into reality!

  Wedding Venue

  We had our wedding at CD&ME and it was absolutely beautiful in the fall! They were easy to work with and gave some excellent options for vendors. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for an indoor and outdoor venue!

  Best Venue Ever

  Booking CD&ME as our venue was one of the first and best decisions we made for our wedding. I cannot say enough amazing things about the venue, the coordinator Catherine, and our whole experience with the venue. Catherine was so helpful throughout the process and she made sure our day was perfect. I truly don’t know how she does it with all the weddings they have. The staff day of was amazing. Everyone at our wedding has talked about how our wedding was the most beautiful and best wedding they have ever been to. We cannot recommend enough!

  Amazing Venue

  Catherine will help you with anything, and I loved that they already had a set list of vendors that they work with regularly. It helped to make some decisions a little easier. Venue is so unique and has an awesome indoor/outdoor feel at night

  July 2022 Wedding

  Everything about our wedding at CD&Me was perfect. We got married in the Loft, and the indoor-outdoor space truly is unparalleled. Catherine was incredible to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and made me feel stress-free throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, Kazia (from Rural 27) and Kathy (the day-of coordinator) made everything flow seamlessly. I love that I didn't have to worry about a single thing. From the look of the venue to the people that I worked with there, I would 100% recommend this venue.

  HIGHLY recommend this Venue! Catherine and Kathy (the planners) were so easy to work with and made the planning process not only less stressful but enjoyable!
  I also HIGHLY recommend using Kazia and Rural 27 Rentals. I didn't have to purchase, store, and worry about re-selling things. She has SO much to pick from too.   10/10 - Nowhere else in the Chicagoland Suburbs compares

  I'm not even sure where to start when talking about how absolutely wonderful CD&ME was to have my wedding at and how amazing of a wedding coordinator Catherine is. First, CD&ME is a beautiful, hidden gem in the Chicagoland suburbs. To think I would have potentially gotten married anywhere else is unimaginable at this point! The Mica is stunning and has wonderful indoor AND outdoor spaces. There is also a great top-shelf bar that was staffed very efficiently throughout our wedding day. We received SO many compliments from guests on how effortlessly the flow from inside to outside during the reception was. The landing that the wedding ceremony takes place on at the Mica is also breathtaking, looking out onto water and beautiful landscaping.
  
  Catherine was a miracle worker in coordinating our wedding (and ALL the other weddings) affected by COVID-19. She ensured appropriate social distancing measures would take place not only by her staff but also by all of our vendors. Before the pandemic, Catherine already promises to serve as the liaison between couples and their vendors, which is an added plus! She was also very accommodating in working with my fiancée and I, especially while one or both of us were living in another state and trying to set our date and plan our wedding. Catherine was also incredibly reachable which was SO much appreciated during the days leading up to the wedding regarding last minute details.

  Beautiful venue

  CD and Me is the perfect venue for your wedding. We just had our wedding there a week ago and it was beautiful. Everything was perfect; from the waterfall, fireplace and the gazebo. It’s very spacious and it was very accommodating to our needs. Catherine and Kathy were great and very attentive to making our day perfect. They were so helpful with planning, even during Covid. I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of them for everything they did! This venue is beautiful, perfect and simple the best!

  CD and Me is the perfect venue for your wedding. We just had our wedding there a week ago and it was beautiful. Everything was perfect; from the waterfall, fireplace and the gazebo.   Fairy Tale Wedding Venue

  We could not be happier with our choice to get married at CD & ME! Catherine, the wedding coordinator, was truly the behind the scenes star of making our wedding as amazing as it was. She was such an absolute joy to work with and helped everything come together so seamlessly, all while keeping me calm and staying so positive! The grounds are breathtaking, and our guests loved having the option of relaxing by the fire pit at night time or taking photos by the gorgeous ponds and waterfalls. I cannot recommend this venue enough! Our wedding was a dream and we could not have done it without CD & ME (and Catherine)!

  Catherine and every other staff member at CD & me were so helpful, considerate, concerned, & amazing!!! They made me feel so special and helped alleviate my wedding planning stress at every turn! I couldn’t have dreamt a better team to work with! Not to mention the venue was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures and videos of the scenery were breathtaking! It was so romantic with a rustic feel. My guests are still raving about my wedding saying it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve been to.

  Book CD&Me as your wedding venue!

  CD & ME is the absolute perfect wedding venue. We got married in The Loft. The exposed brick, twinkle lights and rustic charm were everything we were searching for when looking for a venue that fit our style. Our guests gathered by the lit bonfire pit and raved about the venue days after our wedding.
  Catherine is a dream to work with. She is so kind, reassuring, and professional, and was there for me every step of my planning process. She answered all of my questions and accommodated all my needs, making what an overwhelming process very smooth and easy. Kathy was our day-of coordinator and was exceptional! I highly recommend CD & ME!

  Beautiful Venue, Great to work with

  We had our wedding at The Loft location in October this year-everything turned out wonderful! Catherine, Marnie and the staff at CD & ME were such a pleasure to work with, were very professional and handled many details so we could have a fun and beautiful day! It poured rain earlier in the day and they were on the spot, checking weather and ready as the ceremony approached to pull the ceremony inside if needed. We didn't need it as the weather ended up clearing, but they were ready, and able to do what was needed. They had the right amount of "we've got this" mixed with asking us what we would like or what our preference would be. I highly recommend this location. It's a bit pricey, but I thought it was well worth it given the beauty of the location, the professionalism and preparedness of the staff, ease of working with them and things they did that went above and beyond for making our wedding day extremely special-highly recommend!

  Cd & Me was perfect. Catherine was so amazing and helpful from the time we first viewed the venue to the day of our wedding! Cathy was absolutely amazing the day of the wedding and made sure everything went perfectly. I couldn't have been happier with my wedding thanks to Cd & Me

  I have not actually had my wedding yet but I feel I should post a review now anyway! I fell in love with this venue from the moment I walked in the door! It has a beautiful rustic feeling for anybody looking for that type of rustic country wedding! The people that work there are awesome! Catherine always responds right away to any of my emails and they are very accommodating! The price for what you get is not bad because they include all of the tables and chairs and open bar! If you email them they will send you pricing and information!

  I had my wedding at CD&ME on July 11th, 2015, and my husband and I had a truly wonderful experience.
  
  From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the rustic-yet-elegant feel of the Loft location. I especially loved that we could use the outdoor gazebo for the ceremony and then be steps away from the indoor-outdoor reception area. The glass garage doors are beautiful, and all of the landscaping is professional and well-maintained. It was visually a stunning location.
  
  We really enjoyed working with Catherine for the planning. She was very professional, organized, and made us feel comfortable. My favorite part was how flexible everything was and how much they supported my slightly non-traditional requests. They also kept me on top of things, which was very helpful!
  
  When it came to the day of the wedding, we worked with the hostess Marni, who I adored. We had some drizzle right before the ceremony, but Marni watched the radar and we ended up being able to start right on time with no rain. She made sure the staff dried off the chairs and that everything was ready to go. During the reception, she made sure the vendors were being handled properly and that we stayed on time. I didn't hear any complaints!
  
  Overall, I had a really incredible wedding at CD&ME. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unique venue in the Chicagoland area.

  CD & Me made the whole wedding planning process painless and smooth. They were so helpful, covered so much, and were so comforting during the process that I never felt stressed about the big day being a success-and it was everything I wanted to be. My guests loved the location too! We got a lot of compliments. Also because the venue has so much character and beauty already you don't have to really decorate-which saves money, time, and stress. GREAT venue!

  Where do I begin! Beautiful venue and amazing people to work with! Catherine, the wedding coordinator, makes sure you are on track the whole time through planning. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease through the process. The DJ is included in the cost, and they are great! They have a huge tasting that you are invited to where they decorate the tent (Mica, where my wedding was) just like a wedding, and all of their preferred vendors set up and are there to answer your questions. The caterers (there are 3) all have food that you can try, and the cake place does as well. Really fun night! On our actual wedding day, is was raining in the morning, but I was not worried at all. Catherine and her team are great at watching the doppler so that you can fit your ceremony in perfectly. Luckily, the rain stopped for us just when we needed it to. The team there also takes down all of your centerpieces and such for you afterwards and you can pick it up the next morning. Very accommodating! It was also perfect because we didn't want your typical banquet hall wedding. The landscaping is so nice that we didn't have to purchase flowers to decorate outdoors. It is also quite reasonable for this day and age, but your price per plate will vary depending on the caterer you choose. I really just can't say enough positive things about this place...we LOVED every part of it! Thank you CD&ME!
