    Cecilia is your person. She is beyond talented. She's an artist.

    Cecilia was more than a photographer. She was the friend we needed that we never knew. We went from our original wedding plan in the middle of the woods in NY to a mountain top wedding in TN. She changed her schedule, traveled the world to us, and took the most breathtaking photos we get to cherish for the rest of time. Our venue was stunning and hard to compete with because Mother Nature is so beautiful. Cecilia made us feel on that level of beauty every moment of our day. My Gramps loved her, our families loved her, our other vendors loved her. She not only is an artist, but someone who became our friend and literally we felt like she was always mean't to be there for our special day. That key word... special. She made us feel so incredibly special. We are weird in front of the camera. Didn't even notice sometimes when she'd take our pictures to catch some epic moments. She's THAT good. We got our preview back within a few days of 50 of the most magical jaw dropping pictures. I cannot stress enough how much her work mean't to us. Thank you!

    Incredible, Friendly, Reliable Photographer

    We have zero regrets hiring Cecilia to take pictures of our wedding. She was incredibly flexible (we had to change locations three times!) and took beautiful pictures of us around the city. I was very pregnant when we got married (eloped at a town hall!) and she did everything to make us feel relaxed. She is worth every penny! If we ever need a photographer again we will 100% hire her!

    Excellent!!

    I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She made us feel comfortable and was attentive throughout the day. She helped make it go smooth especially given the circumstances with COVID. The pictures so far seem amazing and would highly recommend her!

    Lost Photos and No Communication

    We booked Cecilia for our 2022 wedding and were very excited to work with her. We did our engagement shoot in July, but they were taking longer than expected to get back. In December she told us she was still working on our gallery and would send it in the new year. In April we still had not received them, so I reached out. I sent multiple emails and even a voicemail and was not hearing back from her. I began to get concerned so I reached out via Instagram. Cecilia finally emailed me to let me know that two months before in February she had experienced a malfunction with her hard drive and lost all of our engagement photos. We were very understanding as this is something out of her control, but why not tell us? Why did she not reach out when this had happened two months prior? Why did it take weeks of emails, a phone call, and Instagram messages to finally receive an answer? This showed a true lack of professionalism and respect for us as clients. I do not know any other professional photographers that would hide something like this from their clients and ignore them for weeks. If we hadn’t kept messaging, would she have ever told us?

    Losing photos is understandable, but to not tell us for two months was the most upsetting thing about this situation. Just hoping to warn some other brides to prevent this from happening to them as well.

    I want to apologize deeply, for any hurt or sadness I’ve caused during a special time in your life, especially during engagement photos.

    Please know that I did attempt to do everything I could at righting my mistake, and that unfortunately some technology can face mechanical malfunctions that are out of my control. I take full responsibility, and know that even though your money was refunded and compensated, I realize it can’t take away the pain of losing engagement photos.

    I hope you’re able to cherish the preview images that were delivered, and kindly reiterate that this was not an intentional mistake. I would never ever purposely cause this kind pain, and again apologize that this situation ever happened. I wish you all nothing but the best.

    Stay away, unprofessional. Disappointed

    Got wedding photos done September 2021. She said would take few weeks to a month or so. After about 5 month of waiting for my photos. she had told me that her hard drive crashed an she had lost ALL the photos from the wedding. She was trying to make it right by sending her computer to geek squad which I appreciated an to keep me updated everyweek, however displays of her actions after was otherwise.

    She was so Unprofessional, felt as if she was just telling me whatever to shut me up, if I could even get a response from her. She didnt keep her word on keeping me updated every week. I had called geek squad myself an geek squad had said a situation like this would take roughly no later than 1 to 2 weeks to recover a issues like this an 20 mins to see if they could even solve the issue. Was 3 months that had went by, had to message her everyweek multiple time to see if the photos were being recovered. I wouldnt get a response more then 90 percent the time. Was never solved, even to this day. I had asked for my money back multiple times. There was always excuses on why she hadn't gotten back to me or why she didnt pay me back. So unsatisfied an so upset I'll never get that very special moment again that she was supposed to capture.

    Overall Extremely disappointed. Was a brides worst nightmare. You pay all this money an rely on

Geek Squad unfortunately did deem my hard drive as a special case, and it sometimes can take longer than 1-2 weeks.     Lost wedding photos and horrible communication

    My husband and I got married August 20 2021. As I write this I hope everyone considering just takes special care in deciding. A wedding day is one of the biggest most memorable days of any persons life and you want to remember and look back on years to come. Well in our case we will never get to. When November hit and we still didn’t have our photos back I reached out to Cecilia to get a time frame of when to expect these photos. She brought in some personal things which I get happens so as a compassionate person I said take your time. Well fast forward to after the new year and not receiving any photos she finally emails EMAILS us to tell us there has been a hard drive crash. Not even a phone call to explain. So come to find out she never back up our photos (and many others come to find out) onto a separate hard drive , the iCloud, or any other sort of back up PLUSSSS SHE DELETED ALL THE PHOTOS ON HER SD CARD TO MAKE MORE ROOM FOR NEW PICTURES. First off SD cards do not cost a lot and secondly why the hell would you delete the photos when your clients haven’t even received them? So trying to get ahold of her was hard her lack of communication was so unprofessional and the decency to call your clients instead of email is honestly the worst form of professionalism. She always said she would be “open and transparent” well we were left in the dark about so many things. Every time we called her she wouldn’t pick up and would go to voice mail then 2 minutes later she would text us. The whole experience with her has been a nightmare and we are truly devastated that we don’t get to look back on our most memorable day with friends and family that came from so far to celebrate with us. I hope no one ever has to experience the incompetence and disrespect that we faced with being put on the back burner and not a priority ( as for the many others that lost their photos due to her negligence)
