Cedar Creek Ranch is the most beautiful venue! We got so many comments about how stunning the ranch was, and it really made our photos & video look so beautiful! Could not have asked for more. Linda Kardos and her team at Cedar Creek Ranch were amazing to work with!! Very responsive on all calls and emails leading up the wedding and with all planning issues. I would highly recommend anyone checking out this property. It is GORGEOUS and they made our daughters wedding day so relaxing for us and stress free! High recommend this venue. CCR is an outstanding venue. The landscaping, gathering areas and pathways are so well maintained. That was extremely important to us. The staff were easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend touring the venue!Cedar Creek Ranch Weddings & Events's reply:

Due to COVID we were on our third wedding plan and decided to stay close to home. We found Cedar Creek Ranch online and went for a tour. Upon entering the property you can tell that it is very well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and meticulous. When we pulled up, we met Linda and she was so kind and understanding of what we had been going through. She was such a joy to work with - responsive to emails/calls, patiently answer my millions of questions. The customer service that we received was out of this world! They went above and beyond any expectation I could have had for a venue and made us feel as though our day really was the most important thing in the world. Linda and her team were so incredibly helpful during our wedding. Our wedding day was spectacular thanks to them - they made everything so easy! Our guests enjoyed themselves and thought the ranch was gorgeous. Later in the evening, everyone enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pits so much that at one point there was no one in the tent!
We loved loved loved the venue so much. From the bridal suite to the pergola in the field. From the included tent with stamped concrete to the power supply. From the customer service to the flexibility. We weren’t just a dollar sign to them and it was so genuinely appreciated.

The best experience ever! I assisted my sister-n-law with the coordination and planning of her wedding. This venue hands down was the best vendor I worked with throughout the process. The owner, Linda, did a suburb job of guiding me through the guidelines & expectations at her venue. Linda is one of the friendliest people I have met in this industry and displayed genuine hospitality / customer service from start to finish. Not only is this venue & location absolutely gorgeous, but Linda offers options that can fit various types of weddings and events. This place is a GEM, but the real GEM is the owner. We planned this wedding during the madness of COVID and was able to stay within the mandatory restrictions while still allowing my sister-n-law to have a beautiful wedding. I met Lyndia at a bridal shower where her service up was very welcoming plus she had a great spot to be noticed. She told my friend and I about their view and I was amazed with the character and style of the place also the price. My fiance and I scheduled a date to meet, seeing the land and walking around I realize this was perfect for my fiance and I wedding day. My fiance is really big on customer service and feeling appreciated and not like a money symbol rushed in and out the door of the venue space when looking. Customer service was great, Lyndia went above and it caught the eye of my fiance. He was so into everything I finally seen a smile out of him during a venue visit. Our wedding was the first Indian wedding to take place here. Covid forced us to make our extravagantly big fat Indian wedding to an intimate 100 people wedding. We had about 1 month to find a new venue and when I came across Cedar Creek, I reached out immediately and Linda was so great at communicating. She worked with us every step of the way and was so accommodating to mine and my Fiance's needs. Our wedding was so uniquely captured at this beautiful open ranch that I get chills every time I look through my pictures. It may not have been what we had planned last year, but it was definitely still just as amazing as what we would've imagined our big day to be like. My now-husband and I absolutely fell in love with CCR the moment we went to tour it! The venue is stunning and the decoration options are endless! Linda was amazing to work with and so helpful even though I was 3 hours away in Raleigh planning our wedding. Cedar Creek Ranch is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen. Its simple rustic charm is a bride’s and photographer’s dream! Mrs. Linda, the venue owner, was amazing also. She was always close by with her staff to assist in keeping our big day flowing smoothly. All in all, I give the venue, staff and Linda a 10/10. Great venue and spacious! Perfect for my summer wedding!
Linda and her husband were awesome to work with! We saw and booked the venue when they just had blueprints! It turned out to be everything they promised and more! Stress Free Venue
I had my ceremony and reception held at this venue in June 2019. Ms. Linda was extremely helpful and understanding from the first tour all the way up until we said “I Do”. She always goes above and beyond for her brides to make sure their day is perfect!! She suggested that I do a horse and carriage entrance and boy am I glad that I took her advice! It was beyond beautiful! My guest are still talking about how stunning and beautiful the wedding was and kept asking us how we found the venue lol. Needless to say, this venue is gorgeous, your guest will be talking about it for a long time and the staff is amazing. Great little venue
Cedar Creek Ranch is located just minutes from downtown Waxhaw and is one of Union County’s premier wedding venues. As a DJ, the staff is awesome to work with and the facilities are top notch. I can’t wait for my next event there.Cedar Creek Ranch Weddings & Events's reply:
