  The Best Coordinator for The Best Day!

  Working with Kara was wonderful! From the first phone call we had with her, we knew she was the right choice for us as a wedding coordinator. She was kind, caring, organized, and thorough, and we could just tell she knew what she was doing. We always enjoyed our meetings with Kara! She is so sweet and personable. She makes what can be a stressful time and process easier. She is truly here for you, easy to talk with, and a great communicator. She's even great about kindly following up if you're not the best about responding to emails (which I can be guilty of at times). She saw our vision and championed it! She helped my décor vision come together day of and helped my detail oriented/planner fiancé and I know everything was taken care of. One of the good reasons to hire a coordinator is because they have expertise and experience in wedding planning when you likely don't. Kara made sure details we never would have thought of came into place, and kindly offered her advise and expertise whenever we asked! Kara was so wonderful to work with, and our wedding day couldn't have been amazing without her! You won't regret choosing Kara as your wedding coordinator! Best of luck to you as you plan your wedding!

  Had an amazing wedding thanks to Kara

  Kara went above and beyond to make our day special. We had a few planning meetings with her and she helped materialize our crazy ideas into a bulletproof plan.   Fantastic wedding planning and coordinating

  Kara from Enchanted Events PDX was such a delight to work with. We hired her as our wedding planner so she was with us throughout the whole process; checking in regularly, making vendor recommendations, creating a day of timeline, liaising with the venue, and making sure we hadn't forgotten anything. When Kara ran our rehearsal, I was so grateful with how smoothly everything went and how wonderful she was with our flower girl. Our wedding day was amazing and it was so nice to know that if anything came up- Kara had it handled. I would definitely recommend Enchanted Events PDX to anyone in the market for a wedding planner or day of coordinator.

  Amazing! Fantastic!

  Kara Sinclair was so engaging, truly took the time to know MOB, Bride and groom and assisted us in putting together a lovely day and evening. I hired Kara as a day of coordinator and received so much more. While meeting with other vendors she suggested questions we might ask, suggested vendors when I had not chosen someone. We had 4 zoom meetings (covid times) and of course she was there to run us through the rehearsal. Kara is extremely kind yet has a firm hand when needed. I am unsure there were things going sideways- as there always are - but I never knew until after the fact, she handled it all with grace. Her eye for design was so appreciated by the bride and groom. The groom said to me at the end, this is exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding. So many guests came up to me and asked who this marvel of a woman was. You will be thrilled with Kara. PICK KARA AS YOUR COORDINATOR! You will be glad you did!

  Kara is the best!

  Kara is the BEST! We brought her on very close to the wedding day and I am so happy that we did. She was communicative, kind and helped us solve problems on the fly! The day went so smooth having her there to check in with our vendors, help with set up and she even made sure we ate throughout the day and drank water :)

On the day itself, Kara was on top of everything. I arrived at the venue absolutely taken aback by the set-up and decor. Kara helped our event run smoothly - even when we made time changes to account for things running faster than expected. At the end of the night, Kara packed everything up for us and made clean up a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better day!
