  Great Rental Company

  Highly recommend Celebration Rentals. We used them for our wedding in Killington. They were easy to work with (even through COVID postponements), order was accurate, and pricing was fair.

  We rented flatware, dishware, tablecloths, glassware and serving tables from Celebration Rentals.

  We worked with Lynn at Celebration for our barn wedding in Moretown, VT. Lynn was super communicative with both us and our caterers. They were flexible and worked with us to create the day we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. The product was beautiful and the day was lovely! The set up crew also dropped off early so that we could do some decorating ourselves. I highly recommend them without hesitation and would use again!

  Wonderful Rentals

  Celebration rentals was so easy to work with. They were so easy to communicate with and everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. We had to make significant changes to our rental orders due to COVID and changes to our guest list and they could not have been more helpful or accommodating during that process. All of the items we rented were wonderful and delivery/pickup were seamless and prompt. I highly recommend working with celebration for any rental needs, they are great!

  Hire Celebration Rentals.
  
  We searched high and low for a good rental vendor that met our budget. Mark worked with us to insure we had what we needed- and remove what we didn’t.
  
  He was also wonderful during the pandemic. We went from a 130 person wedding to 25. He didn’t even flinch when we decreased our rental package.
  
  The team who set up & broke down was punctual, accommodating & super friendly! They made sure we knew everything we needed to and that we were completely happy before they left.
  
  Honestly, I couldn’t say enough great things about this company!!!

  Professional and Great Service

  Celebration Rentals probably sent me about 20+ different variations of an invoice because my wedding needs kept changing leading up to the big day. They were patient and understanding and were the calm among chaos. They showed up early for both the construction of the tent and deconstruction. All in all, they were lovely to work with and I would recommend them to everyone having a wedding in the area.

  Friendly & Helpful

  Great experience with the team at Celebration Rentals. I was really hoping to have a tent at the wedding and these guys made it happen. Prices are the best in the area and the tent was beautiful. Ended up being a little tight inside but my headcount ended up being larger than anticipated (plan for a little extra room).

  Great choice in VT!

  Celebration Rentals was great to work with! Everyone we spoke to was very relaxed and easy to work with, and we were impressed with their level of organization (especially since we changed our order several times). I also loved that we were able to order everything from tent to teacups from a single company. They were flexible, responsive, affordable, and timely--truly all you could hope for on your wedding day!

  While wedding and event rentals can be a bit overwhelming, Shirley, Sean, and the rest of the staff at Celebration Rentals made the process very easy, with beautiful results. We really appreciate their help in figuring out exactly what we’d need for our venue and guest count, and having them coordinate and delivery both our rentals and linens made set up and break down so easy. They were a pleasure to work with, and helped make our day look and feel exactly as we wanted.

  Celebration rentals was hired for my daughters wedding ceremony/reception in Orwell, Vt
  Oct. 14,2017. They set up on the Wednesday before and picked it up the following Monday. We had 200 guests. The tent was large enough, 60’x70’, that nobody was cramped. The sides were very helpful and it was nice to have heaters, even though we didn’t need them. All in all, Celebration rentals help make our event very nice. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a outside event. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

  I absolutely loved working with Celebrations for our wedding. Everyone was so friendly- from the people who answered emails and phone calls to the guy who came to inspect our land, to the guys who came (in the rain!) to set it all up. The prices were fair and the tent was so beautiful. I highly recommend Celebrations to anyone!

  My husband and I used Celebration Rentals for for our October 8, 2016 wedding at the Red Clover Inn, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had an 80 person tented reception, and Celebration provided everything from tent and tables to dance floor, lighting, chairs, dishes, and flatware. It was a pleasure to work with Shirley, who was very prompt in her replies to questions, knowledgeable about setup and inventory options, and patient with the many versions we went through in terms of number of guests and other changes. The equipment arrived on time, and Celebration even came to drop off a few last-minute additions the day of the wedding. The tent was stunning (also thanks to the Red Clover Staff!), and everything was in excellent condition. We particularly loved the farm house tables and café lighting. We would absolutely recommend Celebration to other couples, and would be happy to work with them again.

We had a large wedding in October and worked with Celebration on a large tent, farmhouse tables, chairs, silverware and stage/dance floor. They were SO flexible, welcoming, genuine and fair from the beginning. They met with us initially and worked with our budget, made allowances when able, and were so patient with our constant changing of CAD design, guest numbers and ideas. I felt so comfortable emailing Shirley and really appreciated their work ethic, their outlook on events and their genuine and friendly demeanor. This did not feel like a big corporate tent company, it felt like working with your friend or neighbor (with great connections and lots of furniture!!) The set up team for the tent came two days early for our event and they were proficient, professional and really helpful when managing all of the design elements that we wanted to incorporate. I recommend Celebration rentals to anyone that asks, they are a wonderful company to work with and truly made our wedding day what it is. Thank you!!!

  Celebration Rentals is an amazing team and we can't thank them enough! We are so happy that we chose them as our rental company for our wedding. They were extremely accommodating up until the last minute and were very easy to work with. I live in Virginia and my wedding was in Vermont, so I thought it was going to be difficult making everything happen, but Shirley was such a big help!!
  
  Their farmhouse tables are absolutely beautiful! I recommend the string lighting; we are really happy that we chose the string lighting. We also rented chairs, plates, silverware, glasses, a dance floor, and napkins. Everything was just wonderful!

  The caterer set up everything for me with these guys, but they were very nice...in and out and we barely saw them! They did all the heavy lifting and even came back when a plate was broken in transit to replace it!

  Celebration was fantastic to work with - they were extremely flexible in meeting our needs and all of the rental items were very nice.
  
  We especially loved the farmhouse tables we used (beautiful wooden tables - no need to cover with linens) and they were priced better than other rental companies in the area.

  Provided the service that was needed

  We rented a stage from celebration rentals that we ended up having to cancel due to the size the band requested and the space it took up in the room. Celebration rental was delightful to work with and provided the exact service we asked them for. We ended up having to call them back to remove the stage due to the space it took up in our ballroom. This was completely our fault. Celebration rental came back immediately and removed the stage. It was a tad pricey for what I was expecting to pay for a stage but overall great service and provided what we wanted. Would recommend anyone looking for rentals to use them.

  Shirley and Shawn at Celebration Rentals were a delight to work with in selecting a tent for my daughter's wedding. They helped guide me through the selection of type of tent, the size, the required dance floor and a bandstand. The tent was beautiful and certainly added to the festivities of the wedding.

  We absolutely loved working with the team at Celebration Rentals! We had a smaller country wedding, but their customer service made us feel like a million bucks. The tent was fabulous and the perfect size, as well as all the table rentals and chairs.
  Since we didn't live in-state, they even mailed me napkin samples so I could select the color that was right for our theme.
  A very fantastic vendor that I would recommend to anyone in the Vermont area!

  Professional, quality products, and accommodating

  We had an overall great experience with Celebration Rentals! They came a few days early to set up our tent and deliver our equipment. They were friendly and efficient and made sure everything was in working order before they left. The only issue we had was our lights snapped an hour into the reception (still unclear how it happened), and we were without lights for the first hour. Luckily, we had a guest who knew electricity and wired an old extension cord into the lights. The staff at celebration was incredibly accommodating when we told them of the issue after the event, and they refunded us the price of the lights. Overall, would recommend to others.
