Planning a destination wedding from across the country seemed daunting until we found Brandi. We live in Nashville but wanted a beach wedding in California. We relied entirely on Brandi's expertise and she exceeded all expectations. Opting for her "total" package was the best decision we made, as Brandi handled every detail seamlessly.
Brandi managed everything flawlessly—from touring venues and coordinating food tastings to arranging vendor interviews. Her organization skills were exceptional; she provided us with a detailed budget, a personalized floral and decor presentation, and created an online platform for all our contracts, making it easy to stay organized even from afar.
As busy professionals, having Brandi take care of the intricate details allowed us to focus on the most important aspects of our wedding planning. Her proactive approach and attention to detail ensured that our wedding day was absolutely perfect.
We can't thank Brandi enough for her dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. She made our destination wedding dreams come true with her expertise and unwavering support. Having Brandi on the day of our wedding really was like having a best friend who was willing to go above and beyond to make the day perfect and successful.
With our wedding being at three different locations, we absolutely could not have done it successfully without Brandi and her team! Not only on the day of, but also in the days leading up to the big day. Brandi's assistants took out several hours in the days prior to help with preparing flowers, bouquets, arches, and general setup.
Throughout the process, Brandi was reassuring and dependable. With both my wife and I in school and busy with exams, having Brandi by our side was nothing short of essential.
All in all, loved working with Brandi and her team, and we cannot be more grateful for their support on this special day. -

Two months before my wedding I received heartbreaking news that my original day-of-coordinator, whom I felt a deep connection with, tragically passed away. Her assistant was taking over her book of business and was double booked for a few weddings. I decided to seek out help, very last minute, in hopes of finding someone to step in. By the grace of God I found Brandi. I spoke with a few other coordinators but Brandi was so easy to talk to and really understood my vision. Brandi coincidentally knew, was friends with and worked with my original coordinator, so when she generously offered to help I knew that this was meant to be. She had never been to my venue, but she was doing a walk through later that week with another bride and already knew all the players at the location. I felt instantly at ease and her professionalism spoke volumes.
Closer to my wedding date I was so scattered and trying to finish so many things at the last minute as I always do. Brandi called every one of my vendors and pieced together a timeline with minimal input from me. Knowing she had coordinated with the entire team gave me a huge sense of peace and I just knew everything was going to flow perfectly.
I met up with Brandi the day of my rehearsal to give her some items to set-up and she walked my fiancé and me through the schedule. I felt guilty handing off all my DIY decorations, but she was so positive and comforting.
One of the first texts I received on my wedding day was from Brandi (group text) introducing herself to the wedding party. She made sure to be the main point of contact for not only the photographer helping with my getting ready photos, but also the team going to photograph my fiancé. The amount of juggling and multitasking that she had to do was unreal. Thank god she had her assistant Rhaiel, because she had to be in a dozen places at once, all while keeping her composure, it was so incredible.
The day was PEFECT, effortless. I wish I could re-live it every day. It was the absolute best day of my life.
I wish I could go back and savor every moment, it honestly flew by, but everything I wanted to do Brandi made sure it happened. We even made changes and threw things at her last minute and she made it work. I didn’t experience even one ounce of stress- just pure LOVE.
If you’re reading this and you’re looking for a coordinator- you came to the right place. Brandi will make you feel so carried, she’s definitely the MVP. Having her expertise leaves out all the guesswork and makes the day flow effortlessly. I received so many compliments on my wedding and how perfect it was, and I know that’s because Brandi organized the flow in a way that made sense. I’m so grateful that I had her guidance and my wedding was a day that I will treasure in my heart until the end of time.

Brandi did an excellent job as wedding coordinator for my son’s wedding. What was especially helpful was her attention to detail on the day of wedding. This allowed me and the entire family to enjoy the celebration as the newlyweds intended. Throughout the day and the evening, her presence was calming knowing that if an issue arose, she would take care of it. Brandi & Kim were AMAZING! We could not have pictured our wedding without them. They told us to sit back and relax and we did just that while they worked behind the scenes to help us enjoy our magical day!
They were quick to communicate, had great ideas & input, were very professional, and by the end of the wedding great friends! I would highly recommend Brandi and her team to any couple looking for someone to help relieve the pressures of wedding planning! -

I was looking for a wedding planner so I did what anyone would do and googled wedding planner. Celebrations by Brandi came up through Bark. And that's how I was lucky enough to find Brandi! I am so happy I did! I interviewed a few different planners but my gut told me to go with Brandi. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew she would be a great fit for me. Brandi is genuine, kind, caring and always had a positive attitude. I was struggling trying to figure out where to start and how to plan an amazing wedding on a not so amazing budget. Brandi made it all happen and then some! I had another venue set and Brandi knew it wasn't exactly what I wanted. She then found me the most amazing venue. It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Brandi is very organized and easy to talk to. It was like talking to a friend. She took care of all the important details and always made sure I was sticking to my budget. Which is great because you get caught up in wanting it all for your wedding! Lol. She made an amazing sweet table for me, exactly how I envisioned it would be. I got so many compliments on it.
I am Jewish and during our interview I was hoping Brandi had planned a Jewish wedding before. But she had not. But she was willing to learn. She did a lot of research and found us an amazing rabbi, coordinated the chuppah and all the other important details. And she created an amazing Jewish wedding for us. We got so many compliments on how wonderful the ceremony was and the overall wedding!
I also had a issue with the table numbers that I didn't even know I did until I got to venue the day of my wedding. But Brandi fixed it all, so we didn't have to worry. She made sure everyone in our wedding knew what to do the day of and also made sure our family members were comfortable with their roles. She would constantly check in to make sure all was good and if there was a problem that came up she would always be there to help talk it through and problem solve. I can't say enough great things about Brandi. I am sad my day is over and I won't be talking to Brandi as often.
If you are looking to plan a wedding, I HIGHLY recommend Brandi. She is really the best. Your beautiful wedding vision will come to life. THANK YOU so much for making our wedding so special. -

Brandi, our day of coordinator, & her assistant, Kim literally saved our big day, on more than 1 emergency situation! I cannot say enough great things about both of them! With Brandi, although we only hired her as our day of coordinator, she went above & beyond with our whole planning process. She helped me find new vendors for our dance floor when the original one I booked didn't have a big enough size, she followed up with our vendors, & the evening before our wedding, she directed our rehearsal. She was professional & came prepared, knew everyone's names without even meeting anyone before hand & printed copies of the order for everyone to reference. Our wedding was ALL DIY & on our big day, she knew the timeline & set up plans like the back of her hand - patiently coordinating my family for set up. She had GREAT ideas for activities to keep our guests engaged, & was flexible with our change of plans when we had to switch a few things around day of. She literally saved the day when my aunt didn't want to pick up the cake & coordinated one of my other family members to get it. Her planning, professionalism, & communication is OUTSTANDING!
Kim, from the very beginning was friendly, enthusiastic, & truly just a joy to be around. Everywhere I looked, Kim was right there & always open to help - offering assistance, restocking food, picking up trash, she was always so helpful. We had a disco ball pinata that I over stuffed with candy so it actually broke when we were trying to put it up & Kim saved the day by scooping everything up, finding an amazon box, & decorating it with the remanence of the pinata! GENIUS!!! Our wedding activity was saved! Her ability to problem solve is SUPERB! (Side note, she also has her own flower business & does beautiful arrangements!)

Working with Brandi to plan my daughter's wedding was an absolutely wonderful experience from the very beginning to the absolute end. Brandi is exacting in every detail and thorough in researching all possibilities to meet the bride and groom's wishes while staying under budget. She was tasked with creating a "non-traditional" wedding in a traditional venue. From start to finish, Brandi was full of vision; as well as, patient, attentive, and diligent to create a wedding ceremony and reception that exceeded our expectations. The best review a wedding planner could receive were from the words of some of our guests,..."This is the best wedding I have ever been to!" Brandi, our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for such a memorable and happy day you created for our daughter and son-in-law. -

Brandi went ABOVE and BEYOND her duties as a coordinator and truly put me first on my wedding day. She remained calm and positive and ensured that I remained stress-free amidst all the behind the scenes chaos. She even gave me her food cause I was rushing and hadn’t eaten all day 😭. She was very communicative throughout the entire process, answered any questions I had and was super supportive in getting all the vendors and timeline solidified for the day of. Brandi set up my decorative items exactly as discussed and was very creative in figuring out where/how to put things to fit my Boho aesthetic. She even brought some of her own things to fill in the spaces and help complete the look. I can’t express enough the gratitude for everything Brandi did, and for making sure my special day was just that :) I felt very confident in how everything would turn out once Brandi took over communication with the vendors and had nothing to worry about. Made all the difference for our special day
I wanted to take out sometime even though my schedule is crazy busy to thank Brandi for planning and organizing my daughters wedding. I was so worried about the event. We wanted it to be just perfect and from day one and she understood this.
My daughter had a detailed vision for what her wedding should be. And Brandi honed in on every detail. The end result, the flowers, the table settings, the food, the schedule for the day of the wedding couldn’t have went better. I saw my daughter‘s sample pictures and heard how she was explaining it and I was feeling like this wasn’t possible. I was so shocked when I got to the venue for the celebration; Brandi had gotten everything absolutely 100% perfect.
Also, Brandi’s presence at the rehearsal was comforting. We were also so confused and emotionally charged that we couldn’t think straight but Brandi kept everything straight and kept us all organized. My mom was so impressed with everything Brandi did on the rehearsal night and during the wedding and after the reception, getting everything broken, down that she wanted to give her an extra tip.
With how emotionally charged our family was —-this day could have been a disaster but I am completely convinced that with Brandi’s help keeping us on track, it was the best day of our lives.

Brandi listened to me carefully and helped make me vision for my wedding a reality. She was great at organizing everything and helped me put together a time line, kept us on schedule in a calm way that let me enjoy the day. She thought of everything and had amazing dress and flower contacts! She had such great insight and ideas, honestly couldn't have imagined how it would have been without her!! -
