    Fabulous results!

    We are beyond happy to have found Cesar to film our wedding. The day was so hectic and we were unprepared at moments, but he worked his magic. His highlight/video(s) make the day seem like it was seamless and went perfectly to plan!     We are grateful to Permian Films for capturing our special day that will last for many decades. The way our love and devotion were captured so beautifully was breathtaking.     What a fantastic Job

    What a fantastic job! I and my spouse loved all the moments that we didn't even notice on our day but Permian films captured them all. I will recommend Cesar and his team any time, any day.

    I was stunned

    I was at my friend's wedding and Cesar was the videographer. I was stunned at the quality of the videos that I watched after the occasion. He captured most scenes that the couple wouldn't have noticed. Am hiring him asap for my wedding. Awesome work.
