    This place is a hidden gem

    This venue is amazing. not only that the grounds are GORG for a evening weeding. They were a breeze to work with Starr and Delisa are made my wedding a breeze we found this venue 6 months bfor the date and the made everything from food to cake to decor a breeze. i had the weeding of my DREAM and it was affordable yet everything could dream of. The day of Starr was a Angel she calmed me down even when i was at the brink of a freak out. I cant gush enough about this venue

    Absoluetely Amazing!!

    The team at Cha'le Gardens has been AMAZING!! Down to earth, flexible, truly engaged in the process, and 100% knowledgeable. My special day is in July of 2022, and I cannot wait to see everything put together. I KNOW that it will be the PERFECT day!!

    Edit: We tied the knot on 7/2 and Cha’le Gardens was PHENOMENAL!! FIVE stars ⭐️ Delisa, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We’d choose Cha’le a million times over ❤️

    Breath Taking

    I’m all honesty I have not gotten married here but I have thrown multiple events here and every time I’m here I say to myself “We need to get married here”. The property is so beautiful and the owners customer service and attention to detail is above and beyond. This place literally is a hidden gem.

    The venue is very elegant the staff was there every step of the way creative and articulate to the needs of my wife and I our day of coordinator made it happen we thank you Taneshia I hope I spelled it correctly for being instrumental in the success of our very special day

    When I was putting a party together the staff was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating. I was thrilled with some of the complimentary items they added. You get what you pay for and Cha'le Gardens over delivered. I would highly recommend them for any event.

    We had our wedding here June 11, 2017. This venue is amazing it is a hidden jewel. Our planner Tanisha was AWESOME! Our wedding day was nothing short of Amazing!! The venue is very accommodating and affordable. Thank you Chale Gardens and Tanisha for making our Day UNFORGETTABLE

    On May 28, 2016 Cha'le Gardens was the place that brought UNITY between family and friends to witness and celebrate with the GORGEOUS BRIDE Chrissy Floyd and myself Joseph Patterson in HOLY MATRIMONY.

    I will recommend CHA'LE GARDENS to anyone and everybody that want the experience of having a GREAT WEDDING or any type of EVENT.

    My husband and I married at Cha'le on 5/28/2016. My family is still talking about about how fabulous it was. It could not have happened without Rochelle Taylor. She was there every step of the way to guide me and give me her valuable advice. My coordinator for the day, Latonia kept everything organized and on time. I would not change a thing about the services that were provided. Cha'le is my venue of choice for life.

    have to say me and my HUSBAND absolutely LOVE Chale Gardens! it is positioned in a quiet subdivision However It is a Diamond in the ROUGH!-- TO begin Our awesome Wedding COordinator ( included in our Package)-- was supportive, flexible, and if she couldn't get back to me withing 24 hours she always sent me a reason why and an approx time she would call me back, or texts regarding my questions. IF you are like my husband ( forever changing his mind and adding things to the wedding) -- our Coodinator was SUper Unique as she made all of DREAMS come true even with all of his changes!-- we had the venue ( indoor and out door ) from 3PM- 10PM and a rehearsel earlier that day. Everything was awesome-- no complaints. The decor was exactly how we wanted it. Our Families couldn't believe we did it without involving them. I am especially thankful for the awesome customer service, and affordability if such a beautiful venue in RIVERDALE GA! -- I would do it all over again.. Our coordiantor provided vendors, and set up taste test, showed us pictures of our options, and didnt mind how many times we asked her the same questions... I loved this place and am looking to use it to do other things in the future!

    I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this venue and the staff, my wedding day was like a page out of a fairy tale. Everyone was very attentive and professional. My husband and I were beyond pleased. My guest are still raving about our wedding and how beautiful it was. I utilized all of their preferred vendors and they we simply amazing and accommodating. The venue is so beautiful I am looking for another reason to host an event there.

    Words cannot express how much I loved Cha'le Gardens for my wedding. Tomeka and the staff we're so gracious and professional. Very knowledgeable and had great ideas for the wedding. Everybody keeps telling me that my wedding was the BEST they had been too. Thanks so much!!!!

    Cha'le Gardens was the beautiful venue where I met my husband and was an even more perfect event space to share our union. The grounds where a beautiful combination of greenery and summer southern flowers. Tomeka was an outstanding venue representative the went above and expectations. I would recommend to anyone for a memorable experience. Best keep secret of the metro area!

    If you are looking for a place for any occasion Cha'Le Gardens is the place. This place is a hidden treasure. It is the most beautiful place inside and outside overlooking a lake. My guests for my wedding was in such awe and now wants to plan all there events there. The owner, Rochelle was wonderful. Even though I had an coordinator, she made sure I didn't lack for anything. From checking on me to make sure that everything was in order to working with my budget. I was stress free. I would tell anyone who's planning an event to take a look at this place and I guarantee you won't be disappointed and this will be the last stop. Thank you Rochelle for everything.

    I have never been to a venue so beautiful until I visited Cha'Le Gardens. This is truly a hidden treasure. The owner, Rochelle is the best. She made sure that my wedding didn't lack anything even though I had a coordinator she was still always helpful. I never stressed about anything which made my day so magical. Thank you Rochelle for your beautiful venue and assistance throughout my day. All of my guests are still in awe and says it's the prettiest place they've ever been to.

    This was not a weeding but my 60th birthday bash. I was blown away with the professionalism and care taken with the details of my birthday bash. Staff was the best. Attention to details was on point. The facility was beautiful. Give them a call for your next event. I know I will.

    My graduation reception was held at Cha'le Gardens. The staff was very professional, the venue was beautiful, the decorations were top notch and the food was delicious and presented in the most classy manner! I was fully surprised and have recommended Cha'le to numerous people. I have found the location for my wedding ,reception, and any other events that will be memorable in my life. Cha'le has the total package! Cha'le Gardens offers services that fit the needs of each client individually. I am looking forward to booking my next event with them!     awesome awesome awesome , just had my wedding here june 2 and it was great overall, no ones day will be perfect but having it done here was a great idea, its a one stop shop and that's what I needed not to be worrying about details or did this person do this or show up or etc will do an another event in the future , the owner Rochelle was great and very helpful with accommodating you and your needs and went even beyond and commutation was wonderful and staff was professional and her vendors that she works with the property and grounds were beautiful and the venue was beautiful out thank you again for helping me with my day ... crystal

    Beautiful venue, "diamond in the rough" as many would say. Loved the layout and space.
    The event managers did not communicate well, very non-responsive. Had to send several emails and voice mails before getting a response.

Leading up to the wedding, we strive to return calls and emails within 48 hours, as we are managing multiple events and weddings with weekend hours limited due to preparing for events. We apologize if you felt the response of your tour coordinator was not timely in answering any questions your had. We appreciate your feedback and will utilize it as an opportunity for improvement.

    The Customer Service and professionalism was horrible. I must say Rochelle tried to a certain degree but the staff was not trustworthy and rarely took ownership for their errors. Tia was my coordinator but she did a half job and was very rude. You pay your money to them and when it c omes to sending your refund back all of a sudden they are unable to locate your address. Please be mindful and follow your gut. After the first Coordinator lied and try to scam us out of money we should have left but we loved the grounds and thought that things would get better.

    Beautiful facility for amazing memories located on the South side.
    I got married late September. While it wasn't the perfect wedding, it was still beautiful day. After several attempts of trying to address my dissatisfaction with management, finally I received a call (45+ days later)and was able to discuss and express the good, bad and ugly of my big day. A lengthy conversation with management went well. Some things were clarified and miscommunication was addressed. A refund was discussed and agreed upon and yet 89 days later, no refund or courtesy call on the hold up of the refund. Just not professional in my opinion. Often times it's not about the money, but more so about the general principal. Definitely did not get what I paid for.
    Very unfortunate.

    We are sorry that it has come to this as we are known to exceed expectations. You and the owner have had the opportunity to talk live to reconcile your concerns. I wanted to address your review as there are points you made that are false. The False Statements made may have been due to mis-understanding and mis-communication as you mentioned. Integrity and customer service are very important to us. I would like to clarify on your statements, "not receiving items you paid for". We provide all inclusive packages that gives clients flexibility to select options based on the services and amenities needed. You informed us you were Bringing in your own vendors. During our discussion the primary concern was that you didn't know Day of Director was not include. Your event representative Tanisha provided the option to upgraded to include Day Of Director but you declined. In addition You opted to "Bring your own beverage" as you said you were not having alcohol, so you declined to include a bartender and bar supplies, but you arrived with wine. You indicated that your sister- in law would just distribute beverages to your guest. We try to advise our clients against putting their family to work on the service line as we want your family to enjoy being guest at the wedding. So when things didn't go as planned most issues were contributed to not having the needed service and amenities (which were declined for upgrade ) to aid in management and convenience of your wedding. We understand clients are working with their own vendors as we are flexible in allowing you to bring in your own vendors. Tanisha was helpful In Assisting when it was identified that you had not brought in Day of Director. Our team of professional strive to deliver excellence for each event. We are truly sorry the day was not perfect, we hope you are able to cherish the good memories created.

    Hi am very disappointed. I had an appointment to meet with Tanisha at 10am today. We arrived and the gate was locked. I called several times and there no was answer. We wasted 30 minutes waiting for someone to come open the gate and answer the phone. My time is very valuable. I guess this was a sign to go with a different venue

    We had the chance to speak by phone as I was able to share with you the emergency that required our tour coordinator Tanisha to immediately reschedule. We tried to contact you by phone and email prior to the appointment time, to let you know we needed to cancel due to a car accident that invoiced Tanisha's immediate family member. We tried to reach you multiple times to cancel the appointment due to the accident and was unable to speak with you directly and only left a message for you. We apologize for the inconvenience, as we respect everyones time. We are very serious about meeting our clients timely for tours in alignment to appointment times. Unfortunately, we were not able to reach you to reschedule prior to you arriving. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
