This was my second bridal fitting experience and it was a day to remember! When I called Chantal initially to make a bridal fitting appointment, we had a great conversation about my budget and vision that was unlike any other conversation that I had with other stores. I gave Chantal my budget and she was able to pick a selection of beautiful dresses that met my budget. I felt like a princess in all of the gowns and they fit me so well, I had such a hard time choosing "the one"! Chantal was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and she was extremely helpful in giving me feedback on each dress that I tried on. It was a very personalized experience and I am so grateful for Chantal and her kindness. If you are looking for a beautiful wedding dress, look no further! I had an AMAZING experience w/ channy bride and beyond! I am so happy to say that this is the boutique that I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!!!! Chantal picked my PERFECT dress just by the online style quiz I took on the boutiques website. Chantal is amazing! She makes sure you pick a dress that will make your day special! I would recommend Channy Bride and Beyond to anyone who needs a better deal with perfect wedding and party dresses

They have destroyed my wedding dress dream. I ordered my dress 7 months before my wedding date. I made some customization requests and I was promised that the designer would be able to execute what I wanted. So I paid and immediately after, they asked me to give them a 5 star review. ( which is probably why they have so many 5 stars. I thought it was fishy but I now see that everyone is high on the emotions of getting what they think is their dream dress to be only disappointed) Months later, I didn’t hear anything from them. When I reached out, they were asking me questions about my dress as if they didn’t remember what was talked about. Months later, I was sent 2 pictures of the customizations I asked for and they were completely wrong! I sent them an email expressing my concern. I was called in the store and told things would be fine. Now August 27th, more than a month after my try on date and 47 days til my wedding, I go in for my first fitting. THE DRESS WAS MADE 2 SIZES TOO SMALL! I was mortified. I paid over 2K for a complete failure. They have ruined this whole entire process for me. I am still waiting on a dress that is promised to be ready 2 weeks before my wedding. I went ahead a bought a backup dress at David’s bridal because I don’t believe a word they say. I am devastated and disappointed. All they keep saying is we’ll do your alterations complementary. They just care about your money. I’ll update this if I ever get a dress. -
