  Perfect Wedding Ceremony!

  Chaplain Wayne has his ceremony down to a science. It was exactly what we wanted, short and sweet, filled with laughs and love. Chaplain Wayne is very professional and even met with us a few times beforehand for marital counseling. We can't recommend him enough!

  Stop looking!

  This was the best choice to have when it comes to getting married and looking for an officiant. Super friendly, lots of laughs and all together just an amazing human.

  Being new to the area, I was worried about finding a Christian Man to marry us. Wayne was so awesome! I can't say enough good things about him.

  Perfect officiant for our special day

  Chaplain Wayne performed our wedding ceremony this past weekend. We had an intimate outdoor wedding and Wayne was perfect for our special day. He was charismatic, funny, and well spoken during the ceremony. He reflected our traditional views, but made the ceremony lighthearted and special. Also, he drove several hours just to perform our wedding in the beautiful Keystone mountains. His attire was the perfect added touch to our rustic outdoor wedding. The following day, people were still talking about what a great job he did! I can’t recommend him enough!

  What a delightful ceremony he performed for our daughter and her now, husband. They found him through online reviews and they were not disappointed. He is charismatic, engaging, full of appropriate humor in the ceremony and we enjoyed visiting with him at the reception and rehearsal dinner.

  Chaplain Wayne MacKirdy was the best officiant we could have chosen. My husband and I met with him a couple months before for lunch and he had so many great stories, was kind and funny. It was also nice because he was in the military for many years so my husband and him chatted about that. He went over how he does everything and is so experienced, I had no worries of how everything would flow. Since he's done so many weddings, he is very flexible and accommodating and asked us what we wanted to incorporate to the ceremony as well (we added Bible readings and did the sand ceremony which he suggested). While he wasn't at our rehearsal, our ceremony was the best. He knew exactly what to say, added in a few jokes (made everyone laugh!), included the Our Father (which I personally loved), and made it very special for us. All of our friends and family told us how much they loved him and thought it was the most perfect ceremony-not too long but not too short and he fit it to us. After the ceremony, our guests loved chatting with him! Such an amazing man and we were so blessed to have him as our officiant. Overall, he was great and I would highly recommend him for your ceremony!

  Chaplain Wayne was amazing! He made our day so special and was really perfect!! We met him once before the ceremony to have dinner and really make sure we clicked and that we felt comfortable with him. He's a very knowledgeable, interesting, experienced guy! He was prompt and on time to our ceremony and really interacted with our guests. He has a "pay what you can" structure which was nice! Seriously can not express how thankful we are for Chaplain Wayne!

  If you want easy going, funny and personable this is your man. Chaplin Wayne was perfect for our wedding. The ceremony was not long and drawn out. He made us comfortable and has the same Christian values that we have. He spent time speaking with our family which we really appreciated. Thank you Chaplin Wayne! We are truly blessed to have found you!

  Wayne was utterly fantastic. Responsive to our questions, friendly, funny (our kids thought he is/was Santa Claus) and a fantastic ceremony. Would recommend him hands down.

  Wayne did an awesome job performing the ceremony for my husband and I. We had a traditional non denominational ceremony, and it was perfect! It was so stiff and serious, I felt very relaxed, and I think he did an amazing job. Thank you!

  The Chaplin was great! Very easy to work with and very professional! He did also most forget that we also wrote our own vows in letter form to each other and that's why I took a star away. He was very helpful during the rehersal too which took the stress off of my shoulders.

  What a Memorable Experience

  We worked with Wayne as our Officiant for our wedding. What a fabulous choice! Wayne helped coordinate the planning during the ceremony and really helped us make the small moments about us as the Bride and Groom. He was very professional and completely flexible to make our wedding day a special one. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an Officiant who will capture your big moment as you become Husband and Wife.

  Not very happy with out experience meeting this chaplain. There were a few things that were really upsetting. After writing the chaplain he stated that he would like to meet for diner or lunch, which I thought was a great idea. We went to meet him and spoke for a few minutes. When it was time to order I noticed that it was pretty clear that he did not intend to pay for his meal, which is fine not a big deal. so we began to eat and he began explaining his average wedding, I made it very clear that we are not religious but he insisted he would explain the biblical Genesis story and that he would say the story at the start of the ceremony, he then said that he has some vows he wrote which were not at all what we wanted as we wanted to write our own, after asking him if we could just do our own he said sure after we do the ones he likes. He asked us very little questions and did not at all take into account what we were looking for, but spared no time in telling us about himself, how many weddings he does a week, and that every bit of his life story. We had to go back home to get our kids and said goodbye.... Here's the kicker, not even a thank you for dinner. Not happy at all with the meeting. If you are going to officiate a wedding you're working for what the customer wants, not what you like.
