  We loved using Chappelow Events for our special day!

  When my daughter became engaged, I “interviewed” several wedding planners but when I met with Beth, I immediately knew that she was the one I wanted to be “in charge” of our big day. She was kind, organized and understanding, but at the same time, also confident and someone I knew that would deal with our vendors in a professional, no nonsense manner. She was easy to work with and her amazing assistant, Laddie, was also there every step of the way. It was comforting having two people know every detail of the wedding festivities. Beth asked all of the right questions, had comprehensive checklists and steered me towards some amazing vendors that would end up making the day perfect. The weekend of the wedding, Beth and Laddie worked non-stop and made everything run so smoothly. We later learned that there were several behind the scenes “issues” during the wedding, but we had no idea because they quietly took care of them while we danced the night away. Early on, the ”Father of the Bride” had questioned if we really needed to hire a wedding planner because we have a history of being comfortable planning & organizing parties on our own. After the wedding was over and he realized all they had done to allow us to completely enjoy every minute of wedding day, he agreed that Beth and Laddie were one of the best decisions we made. We really don’t know what we would have done without them. Not only did they give us the gift of a wonderful wedding experience, they also took away much of the pre-planning stress and ended up feeling like a part of the family! We love Chappelow Events!

  Beth is AMAZING! I can't believe I almost passed on having a wedding coordinator.....seriously....don't do it. It was so nice having Beth to help plan every little detail and to be there to coordinate all the moving parts for both the rehearsal and the wedding. Beth is so down-to-earth and manages to stay calm even when the bride, groom, parents, etc are not. Beth made it clear that she wanted to know every detail so that she didnt have to come to me with any questions on the wedding day, rather, she would just handle the issue her own. She put out so many fires on our wedding day that I cannot imagine having to deal with them myself while also trying to get married. Both my mother and the grooms mother absolutely raved about how much they loved Beth and how absolutely worth every penny she was. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

  We first met the Chappelows about 18 months before our October 2015 Wedding. As an event planner myself, I knew exactly what we wanted as we had spent 3 years planning our day so we needed a very strong and competent coordinator to make sure our dream wedding came to fruition - and it did.
  
  I won't kid around; our wedding was over the top with a gazillion moving pieces, literal truckloads of decor, florals, and a manifesto that I am sure was longer than most. I know it was a huge undertaking, but Chappelow Events pulled it off without a hitch. Everyone always says, "you know, something big will probably go wrong". But it didn't and that was due to Beth making sure of it.
  
  They spent almost 24 hours from start to finish making sure our day ran as it was supposed to, they communicated with us often as any excellent event planner should, they translated our design just as we had envisioned and I put 100% trust in them to make everything 'happen'.
  
  They worked tirelessly, they handled all communication with our vendors, and they made sure our day was as relaxing as possible which is exactly why we hired them to be our coordinators. Not to mention, they are AWESOME people!!!
  
  It was literally the best investment we made for our wedding day. We will forever be indebted to the Chappelows for making our day beautiful, smooth, and everything in between.

  My husband and I are so appreciative of all of the hard work Beth and Josh Chappelow did to make our wedding day a success. From the moment we hired her, Beth was a calming influence during our hectic days of wedding planning. We couldn't have done it without her! She was incredibly helpful with any and every question we had, and incredibly speedy with her responses. Beth even made some magic happen the day before our wedding when we suddenly decided we needed a larger dance floor. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had all of the details we needed in place. I was incredibly impressed with her ability to translate my vision for our wedding into a reality. Our outdoor wedding had a lot of moving parts ... all of which Beth handled professionally and efficiently. We had a fantastic wedding day that was an excellent reflection of us as a couple, and we have Beth to thank for that.
