  My experience with Charleston Snapped Photography was fantastic from the very beginning. CSP was very helpful while I was planning a destination wedding and was very flexible when I had to reschedule my wedding date due to a military obligation. Prior to the wedding Jennifer walked through the venue with us to get a better idea of what we wanted out of our pictures since we weren't able to talk/meet prior to the week of the wedding (because of military obligations).
  
  The day of the wedding went so smooth! Again, Jennifer went out of her way to make my day as easy as possible and got all the shots we wanted and then some. I've never been one to have many pre-planned poses I want so I rely heavily on the photographer to capture the moments and Jennifer did a fantastic job getting everything to capture the day.
  
  The pictures are absolutely stunning!! Picking the prints we wanted was the hardest decision for us because they are all so amazing. Jennifer and CSP did an amazing job and we will definitely be using them again in the future!!

  Jennifer did an AWESOME job on our wedding pictures! We absolutely love them! She was very easy to get ahold of and was extremely flexible. We had Jennifer drive out to Mount Pleasant to take pictures of myself and my girls getting ready and then she rode in the limo with us to the ceremony site. My whole family LOVED Jennifer! They thought she was awesome. We have SO many amazing pictures, I have no idea what I am going to do with them all! Thank you so much for capturing our perfect day!

  I loved having Jen as my photographer! She is like the girl next door and makes you extremely comfortable when taking your photos. She has an excellent eye for detail which made it so hard for us to narrow down our selections for our prints. Thankfully we will get all of our images on a DVD because they all turned out excellent. The Charleston Snapped team is very professional and they will do a good job catching all the memories of your wedding day for a reasonable price. Book them now!

  Erin travelled to Hilton Head to photograph our wedding. Since the first contact with her so was always available to speak with and was very flexible when we had to keep her longer than our allotted time. We just saw our pictures last night and could not believe how many she took! They were absolutely beautiful. What shocked us the most was the video she put together.   We used Charleston Snapped for engagement photos, bridal portraits, and day of wedding. They are amazing!! Erin is the best!! She is so easy to work with and makes it fun! The pictures are amazing! I would highly recommend them!!!

  Our wedding was during the week and Charleston Snapped Photography did a great job with short notice. Since we were on a budget we almost did not use a professional photographer and oh were we glad we hired Charleston Snapped Photography. Jaime did such a beautiful job on our pictures. All the beautiful colors of our wedding were captured just perfectly. She payed close attention to detail and was very professional. There prices were very reasonable, especially for everything we got for what we paid. I highly recommend them to anyone not looking to spend thousands of dollars on a photographer. Or even if you want to spend thousands of dollars why not save a few bucks. Trust me, you won't do better spending more. Thanks Charleston Snapped!

They were very responsive and answered all 50 of my questions:). I really like to ask a lot of questions! Erin did an amazing job on our bridal and wedding pictures.   We have recommended Charleston snapped to all of our friends. Our photographer, Jaime was wonderful. She was down to earth, professional, talented, and very friendly. We felt very comfortable with her. The quality of their photos is wonderful and their prices are very affordable.

  I recently had a gorgeous wedding at the Wild Dunes Grand Pavilion on the Isle of Palms. Everything was perfect. Except Charleston Snapped. The day before the wedding, I received an email stating that I had not made my final payment, and they basically may not show up. I was already extremely stressed out and did not need that! I had not made my final payment because the contract stated in bold letters the final payment is due 7 days after the wedding. After multiple phone calls, I finally got in touch with the owner Joseph. He said the 7 days after were a "grace period". I asked him why this was the first time I had heard that and why his contract says something and he was rude and snotty and told me "to make sure everything is taken care of I should probably just pay online right away". THIS WAS THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. So I paid because I was worried I wouldn't have a photographer. Anyway, the day of the photographer was disinterested, the pictures came out OK, and they sent me the wrong prints and blamed it on me. So disappointing.

We have never and would never not show up to a wedding due to a payment. We would never and have never told someone to pay or we will not how up. Thats horrible someone would even write that.
  
  We treat all our customers with respect, dignity and do our best to present ourselves in a professional manner. We never hide our payment terms nor do we ever not publish our pricing. When comparing our reputation, services, pricing to other photographers you will see we never have any hidden fees or charges for anything. We are a small business consisting of 5 photographers who honestly do care about our clients. If we ever make a mistake with anything we will make up for it and honor our commitments 100% guaranteed!
  
  Please check us out or shoot us an email and you will see for yourself we are strait forward, professional, honest and one of Charleston, SC most trusted photography companies for 5 strait years. With well over a 100 reviews throughout many legitimate review websites we consistently get 5 stars for every service we offer. We are deeply sorry and hurt that someone would write this type of nonsense in hopes of hurting the good reputation of a small business.
