My appointment at Charlotte's was better than anything I could have hoped for! I went in not expecting to find my dream dress but my wonderful stylist Kaylee helped me refine my vision and style to find the perfect dress for me. I highly recommend becoming a Charlotte's Bride!! -

I could not recommend an absolutely more perfect place to to dress shopping for your big day! From the moment I found them on tik tok and fell in love I was not disappointed! My bridal consultant Meagan listened to every single like, dislike, concern, and excitement I had about my appointment! When the day finally came to try on dresses I was greeted with nothing but smiles and the best day/experience of my wedding thus far! She made finding my prefect extremely easy and quick! I never once felt rushed or unheard! Maegan was truly amazing! If you have the opportunity, I absolutely can not say it enough!! Get your dress from Charlotte’s!!! -

Once I got engaged, I started perusing Charlotte's online gallery to see what kind of dresses they carried. I chose to go here specifically for one dress, and am so glad I did. Meagan was my consultant and was truly so helpful, kind and caring. She made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. She was so kind to my niece who stayed in the fitting room with me and it made for such a special experience for both her and I. She was so supportive as I selected the dress I came to Charlotte's specifically for, and has been an amazing support throughout the rest of the process. She has shared excitement with me and helped me pick a veil out to perfectly compliment the dress. I did purchase the VIB Experience and am glad that I did! It made for a great memory and fun added element.
I could not recommend her more or Charlotte's, for their selection of gowns, accessories, and everything in between. If you can have Meagan as your consultant, please do. She has made this experience incredible!
My only bump in the experience is when I returned to try on my dress for the first time. It was a very rushed process and while I had made an appointment, it felt like we were an inconvenience. The store was busy with a large party getting fitted for suits but it made for a disappointing experience. I know the consultant was probably busy doing other things, it just seemed very rushed and like we should not have been there.
When I returned for my accessories appointment, I was back with Meagan and putting on my dress again felt so incredibly magical. She clipped it in the areas it needed to be, so I could see what it would look like once altered. I recommend booking your appointment with the consultant you had gotten your dress with, if you are able! -

Molly was AMAZING! She was so fun and upbeat about everything and very welcoming when we got there. She made me feel important. She listened to all of my wants for a dress and did a great job figuring out what I wanted from each dress I tried on and found the perfect dress that had all the little things I like in the other dresses that I tried on. She was able to find me the perfect gown and made sure she stayed in my budget. I would highly recommend her and Charlottes Bridal if you want to have the best experience while wedding dress shopping -

The bridal consultant was amazing, and I found my perfect dress quickly. The experience was more than I could have imagined, and the dresses weren't ridiculously expensive. The only thing that I could see being an issue for others is the number of dresses they have in each size to try on, they could have had a bit more for selection, but I was able to find my dress so that's great! -

My experience was amazing! I was able to find my absolute dream dress with the help of Molly and Charlotte's Bridal! Molly made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! Trust your consultant!
We completed my wedding dress shopping in the new Eau Claire shop. My sister saw it in tiktok and so I made the appointment. I am a bigger gal, not “girlie”, and Kaylee made me feel like a woman. She took the time to actually size me in the right size dress so I would know exactly what it would look like and feel on my wedding day. I never would have thought that the dress I walked out with would be the one. I don’t cry over clothes, but this dress really turned on the water works for me. Thank you Kaylee and Arik for giving me a very memorable wedding dress shopping experience! -

I sent some pinterest inspiration pictures beforehand, and while she brought dresses that looked just like the pictures, she also brought a dress that encompassed the feel of all the pictures and was just perfect! It was the first dress I actually tried on, and ended up being the one. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Thank you, Bri! -
