  Absolutely Perfect!

  Everyone was so helpful! The staff were amazing!! So nice!! So professional!! And so helpful!! They never left me or my family wanting for anything!! They even went out of their way to help with my dress! The staff truly kicked butt! The food was the best I’ve had in so long!!! Everything that was chosen including the Hors d’oeuvres were incredibly good! Everyone loved the food so much they wanted seconds! The cake was also made by them and that was so so good!! Everyone raves about the cake as well!! Just a great place to have an event overall! I couldn’t have been happier.!!

  Alicia was wonderful to collaborate with on the wedding. She offered many ideas and shared names of other professionals who could help make the celebration complete. The responsiveness of the entire staff was super and the menu was outstanding. BRAVO! Guests are still talking about the wonderful day. I highly recommend this venue.

  The experience was fabulous. We celebrated our son's graduation with 30 of his friends, and Charlotte's could not have been more accommodating. The entire event, from planning to execution, was flawless. Everyone loved the afternoon and we would recommend Charlotte's to anyone who would like a tailored event. The garden was beautiful!

  Absolutely Awful

  Was supposed to have our wedding here but didn’t. This place is an absolute rip off and if you decide to have your wedding here make sure you ask a lots of questions because things will be hidden and you will be expected to pay for things you didn’t even discuss. Example miscellaneous expenses almost 500 dollars. Plus look at their menu they will charge you double per plate for your guest meanwhile you could go in and eat the most expensive dinner they have for half the price.
  
  You will be expected to pay her staff at whatever rate she chooses along with then tipping them at the rate she expects. Oh and make sure you save emails and write things down because if not she will accuse you of deciding things you didn’t decide. And forget about timely responses. The priority at this place is to make money complete greed.
  
  This place ruined our wedding so please don’t make the same mistake we made by thinking this was a good place to get married. Go somewhere we’re they actually care about their guest !

  Your wedding is a month away and we have the space available as we turned away other business for your event and I am only finding out about it this week. It is I that should be angry but I understand things happen and only wish you the best for your wedding.
