The Chateau Charmant is a lovely, unique venue near Springfield, Missouri. Our daughter was married there today and I can't say enough about how lovely Bonnie and her husband were to work with. Highly recommend

Bob and Bonnie are absolutely amazing!! I honestly could not of wanted a better venue or people hosting my venue, it by far succeeded all of my expectations for my wedding, don’t hesitate, just book your wedding or event and I promise you will not regret it!

Bonnie and her family were extremely professional but also made us feel like family! They have a beautiful place for a very reasonable price! They help with everything they can on the day of your event and before as well. I couldnt be happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Chateau Charmant!

First off I can not say enough great things about this amazing place! Secondly thank you so much Mrs. Bonnie for being so wonderful during our stays with you! Last year my husband and I were blessed enough to get the chance to stay at Chateau Charmant for our honeymoon. It was wonderfully romantic and fun, we had the time of our lives with the views and the local spots of interest. Our hosts were unbelievably accommodating and friendly; after just one stay we felt like part of the family. I love the story behind the birth of the castle, and seriously, what little girl didnt want to be a princess in a fairy tale wedding? You are denying yourself if you do not go to at least visit...thanks for your time! and cant wait to go back!

Bonnie and her family helped to make our special day the best. They were there every step of the way to answer questions, they helped to set up and rearrange between the ceremony and the reception, and were just generally all around great! Not to mention how absolutely gorgeous the place is. I wouldn't have had it any other way on my big day! When my husband and I went to go look at itm it was the first on our list and we made a decision that day. It was absolutely stunning. All the little details they have put into the place, it was definitely WOW!

We had our wedding at Chateau Charmant its a beautiful setting and Bonnie(the owner) was so helpful every step of the way. I Highly recommend Chateau Charmant.

Bonnie and her family, the owners at Chateau Charmant, were amazing. They worked with us on payments and made everything as easy as possible when it came to planning the wedding. They always got back with us within a day if we called or emailed them, they were very professional with everything but very friendly at the same time. We always felt at home when we would go there because they were so welcoming, they were just all around great people. The venue was beautiful and the scenery around the castle was perfect. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

At the time of my daughter's wedding they didn't have a kitchen or refrigerator to keep ice or refreshments cold. Other than that it was absolutely wonderful. The Castle is beautiful. And my daughter loves her wedding pictures because the castle has so many pretty photo spots. The owner was very helpful in answering my many questions.

The venue was absolutely as lovely as the owners. Miss Bonnie has the biggest heart and the upmost interest in making the day perfect.

From the moment my husband and I walked in the front door we knew without a doubt we had to get married at this castle. It is absolutely gorgeous! In the beginning the service was great, But I'm glad I kept my contract on hand!
The castle came with a lot of promises and no follow through.
We got there to decorate and rehearse and nothing had been dusted or clean on the inside in months.
We paid for a 2 hour rehearsal and at 1 hour she was telling us we were over our time. then upon looking at the contract she apologized and let us continue.
She also said she would turn the AC on a few days before the wedding so the castle would be cool, but the day of, it was so extremely hot in there that my make-up had to be applied 3 times because we were all sweating so much.
This is just to name a few of the problems we had.
the owners were difficult to work with, they were nit picky and made things very stressful. No bride wants to deal with that on her wedding day.
Its a beautiful place, and if I was to do it over again, I would still get married there. Just be sure to keep your contract with you, and watch out for added cost.

Beautiful venue, but beware of the host. So many little things that add up. Many promises and ideas made but she didn't follow through. Just be cautious!
