Kayhan was AMAZING!!! She is very professional, timely and artistic. Kayhan took her time to make sure my hair was in place and my makeup was picture ready. I enjoyed getting to know her in the short amount of time and I would highly recommend her for your wedding. I met her in her salon since it was close to my hotel and it was clean, organized and comfortable. Thank you, Kayhan, for making me feel beautiful and your beautiful work on my hair and makeup! -

The person actually left for home when she wasn't able to get in the property. After asking her to come back she said she only would come if their wasn't any weird feeling because I told her to honk when she got there. What? We were running behind and she works slowly. My bridesmaid wasn't able to get her makeup done but she was made to pay for it anyway,saying its not my fault there wasn't time. She did do a good job on my hair and makeup but the whole thing was stressfulHAIR AND MAKEUP BY KAYHAN's reply:
Nancy,
I confirmed my time of arrival 2 days before your wedding and again the day before. At no time was I told there was a locked gate at your Airbnb. I got to the property 15 minutes early and sat in my car waiting for someone to come and open the gate. When I got there I called your cell to let you know I had arrived. All of my calls went straight to your voicemail message. Then I texted you and no reply. After 30 minutes I did leave since I could not reach you and had no other number to call. While driving back, your fiancé texted me. I pulled over and called you on his phone. You asked me to come back so I drove back to your property. This caused an hour delay in our start time and we only had a few hours for your hair and makeup, your bridesmaids hair and makeup and your daughters. After finishing the hair styles before I started your makeup, you were discussing with the bridesmaid that you didn’t want to be late for your photographer at the wedding venue which was 15 minutes away. I offered to follow you to the venue and and since there was a room there for getting ready I would do the makeups there. You were both so happy that I would do that. So I packed my things and headed to the venue. I started on your makeup as soon as we got there. Your bridesmaid came up to me while doing your makeup and told me that she did not want her makeup done. I did charge for her makeup because that was our agreement. That is why I went to the venue so I could do both makeups and get you ready. I did the extra travel to the venue so you would not be late for the photographer and not have additional stress.
