  Awesome venue!!!!

  The venue was amazing!!!! It has everything you need for a perfect wedding. Tracey did a spectacular job as our day of coordinator. We definitely could not have pulled it all together without her and our amazing family. The venue has great spots which make for an amazing photo shoot. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone. 😀😀😀

  Beautiful venue and amazing service

  Tracey is awesome! We had a wonderful consultation and I just knew this venue would be perfect for our wedding. We still have some time to go, but no matter what my question Tracey always answers promptly and offers so much to make my day that much easier.

  My son got married at Cheval Manor last weekend and we were so pleased with everything about the venue! It’s a beautiful place, the price is very good for the value and Tracy, the wedding coordinator, was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Our guests were very impressed with how beautiful everything was for the outdoor ceremony and the reception in the pavilion.

  Absolutely beautiful venue

  This was by far the best venue that i toured. My wedding day was absolutely amazing and everything i had dreamed of. The venue manager was the best she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

  I absolutly LOVED this place! Karen was exceptional. She made us feel like part of her family and made everything extremely easy and less stressful. Her daughter did our pictures and they were great. I will definitely tell everyone I know if they're looking for a beautiful outdoor venue at a good price this is most definitely the place.

  I am very pleased with Karen and Cheval Manor. Karen has been super helpful and accessible. Anytime I have had a question she has been quick to return my emails. She has been flexible in allowing me to come out to the venue when I have family/friends in town. She also helped me find a few of my other vendors. On the day of the wedding, the venue was perfect! It rained on and off all day, but it did not detract from the beauty of the venue one bit. We had no problem transitioning to our rain plan because the venue works well for both; however, if there is a torrential downpour, the rain is super loud on the roof. It wasn't too loud when it was just a regular/light rain fall. If there is a hard rain on your day, I would recommend delaying the ceremony until it lightens up, so that your guests can hear you. We were lucky enough that it stopped in time for our ceremony. Karen was wonderful in assisting us with anything we needed on the day of, and has even responded to messages since. (My silly forgetful family lost some things and we needed her assistance in recovering them). We had a beautiful wedding thanks to Karen and the team at Cheval Manor.

  Karen at Cheval Manor Ranch was great to work with! She was very professional but also very personable. I was a bride on a strict budget (because my husband and I paid for the whole thing ourselves and I don't believe weddings should clean out your savings account) and she was willing to help me with so many things! She provided multiple alternatives so I wouldn't have to spend cash on small things (because we all know it's the little things that add up). She was also very crafty and helped me with a bunch of little projects since it was a DIY wedding. On the day of the wedding, she helped me set the place up because I didn't have a wedding planner and it looked gorgeous! I received so many wonderful comments from my guests and the scenery made for BEAUTIFUL pictures that were taken by her daughter (another great service that didn't empty our pockets). When I was looking for a venue, I must have looked for at least a month and called so many places and was so shocked by the ridiculous prices. Finally, I stumbled onto Cheval Manor Ranch and a breath of relief filled my heart when I heard the final price. The venue was amazing, the owner was amazing, and Cheval Manor went above and beyond to make the day very special for my husband and I and our families. I HIGHLY recommend this venue for any bride! Thank you, Karen!

  Karen was extremely helpful, she always answered my emails promptly and was such a joy to work with! She made a wonderful suggestion for the placement of our outdoor movie theatre in the secret garden. All guest where blown away with how beautiful her property is. I am already making plans for another event! She made my wedding unforgettable!!!!

  I highly recommend Cheval Manor to anyone planning a wedding. It was inexpensive and you don't need a lot of decorations because the venue is pretty much already decorated. Karen and her daughter were there whenever I had a question and I am thankful that I found such a great venue with such nice people.

  We live two hours away from the venue my daughter chose for her wedding, Cheval Manor in Murfreesboro, Tn. Karen and her staff were so helpful and insightful on what we would need. The drink bar and the sight were amazing even with the horrific rain two days before and of course the day of. Karen allowed us freedom to create and even assisted in all our efforts to re create the pavillion into a wedding chapel. The crew, the piano player, everyone remained involved and helpful in what could have been a wet mess of a wedding. My daughter was bummed about the consistent rain but loved the area she had to get ready in and was thankful for the limo, the umbrellas, and of course the gorgeous sight. I can never thank these kind folks enough. When you leave you feel apart of something that keeps on giving to others. Thank you Karen for not only providing the venue but for being a part of our day. God Bless.

  I knew very early on we wanted an outside venue and Cheval Manor was the perfect option! Karen and Laura were so incredibly helpful in advising us of all the options and what would work best. The location was BEAUTIFUL at night with the lights and greenery. The decorations were fabulous. All of our guests loved it, as well. The fact that so much of what we needed and wanted they had available made this the no-brainer choice. I would, and have, recommended them to anyone and everyone who is wiling to listen.

  Cheval Manor is a beautiful place for a wedding. We had countless compliments about how beautiful our wedding was. The grounds are well kept and it is easy to tell that Karen puts a lot of work into additions to the venue and all around upkeep. Karen is also very nice. She always got back to us very quickly and made it easy to make an appointment to visit the grounds. Our only criticism is the minor lack of business acumen. I understand that Cheval Manor is a fairly new business and this is something that comes with time. It was really small things like originally we were told that if we took any of the venue decorations down that we wouldn't have to put them back up because that was part of our cleaning fee.   Cheval Manor overall is a beautiful place to have a wedding and reception. The groomsmen enjoyed the new Hobbit House and guests loved the overall beauty of the grounds.
  
  The downside is very strict DJ/noise policy that music must stop or be halted to whisper at 9:00pm. Also, if it happens to storm and get alot of rain the bathroom area floods.

  Thank you for your constructive comments, Amy. We rarely have monsoon type rains like we had on your daughter's wedding day, but we will work hard to correct this problem. As far as our noise ordinance is concerned, our website and our booking agreement (which was signed by the wedding couple) are both very clear that we do not cater to loud music and heavy partying groups. We go over these details during our initial booking meeting and make sure each client is aware of our policies. If couples don't like our policies, they should realize we are not a good fit and they should book elsewhere. We must be considerate of our neighbors, and your DJ was one of the loudest ones we have ever had here at Cheval Manor. I had complaints from other ranch residents that the music (especially the heavy base) could be heard inside their homes, 1000 feet away.

  At first the vendor was very responsive and accomadatin our requests. As the date got closer there was less communication and actual concern for our special day. Pluses: the space is beautiful. It is decorated and provides versatility. Great for pictures.. But that's it.
  Critique: The bathroom that was promised a year earlier in the groomsmen quarters, Hobbit House, was never finished. The bridal quarters are shared with a residence which was not discussed. The bugs were insane for the rehearsal and not as bad but still terrible during the reception. This was a major concern to which we were promised all the preventive measures in the world. It just seemed we were over promised and under delivered. Also More preparation/consideration would have been appreciated. There fridge was full when we got there so bridal snacks and flowers had to sit out til someone came to empty the fridge. There was a water leak from an electrical ceiling piece which was alarming. The bartender (owners daughter) left earlier than what we paid for and left the entire station messy and to top it off the owner came out yelling at our DJ and vendors (In front of guests!) at 9:45 to be leaving. This is not ok when we had a strict schedule discussed previously for all our events and were to be done by 10 and cleaned by 10:10! Somehow she thought it was ok at 10:00pm to come back out screaming? This destroyed our experience as a whole due to the Lack of professionalism, minor flexibility, and to be honest were quite embarrassed. Not having simple accomadations like a grooms bathroom or a professional bartender or even lights in the garden area (where common bathroom sits) is enough to not recommend this venue; But the interaction with the owner at the end is enough to be throughly upset and beg you, future guests, to not entertain the madness.

  Cheval Manor strives to provide professional and courteous wedding services at our beautiful outdoor venue. We truly love being part of this exciting day in the lives of young people in love. Over the past 6 years, we have been a part of several hundred joyful weddings, and many, many satisfied wedding couples. Several of our couples return every year to reconnect with us, even bring their children and reminisce about their Cheval Manor wedding.
  
  But then the unexpected happens and although we try our very best, it is not good enough. Although negative comments are very rare for Cheval Manor, we take them seriously and sincerely appreciate the opportunity to share our side of story with potential clients so they can judge for themselves about our integrity and professionalism.
