  Highly recommend Nexus Strings

  Highly recommend hiring Nexus Strings for your special event. I hired them for my wedding in September 2023 and they made the day so magical and special. They played during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and have an extensive repertoire of both classical and contemporary music to pick from. As a musician myself, I can attest to the quality of their performance and cannot say enough how great they were. Kayla was very communicative and easy to work with through the booking and planning process, and overall I thought the value was well worth it.

  Nexus Strings - Extraordinary Quartet!

  We had a small wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens and knew we wanted beautiful sounds to match the extraordinary space. The wedding was planned from out of town and Kayla from Nexus Strings was a delight to work with. We were very impressed with their repertoire - they have a vast range of musical styles. Kayla worked closely with us to develop a playlist of songs that would be both joyful and memorable. She is a true professional, as well as an amazing musician, and genuinely wants to make everything perfect for your special day. Kayla, along with her quartet of musicians, played music that was intoxicating and elegant. We received so many compliments on their music and the extraordinary talent of each musician. We are so thankful that we chose them! Thank you, Kayla, and Nexus Strings, for helping to make our wedding day exceptionally beautiful and memorable for everyone.

  Perfect Addition!

  My husband and I decided that the one thing we needed to have at our wedding was a string quartet and that was the best decision we made! They were absolutely amazing and made our ceremony perfect! I couldn't have imagined walking down the aisle without them playing. They were fun and easy to work with and we highly recommend them!

  Kayla and Cheza String Quartet provided music for our ceremony that was absolutely beautiful. We chose modern and classical music and the variety was perfect. We were very happy with Cheza.

  Cheza quartet was wonderful... I didn't hear much of the recessional or processional as I was too excited and couldn't hear much of anything, but everyone else commented on how lovely they sounded. One of our guests getting married next year has already contact them to book them for their wedding. Also, right before the ceremony the violinist chatted with our friend who was singing during the ceremony and he was able to accompany her during her song - it was so beautiful and made it extra special!

  I didn't hear much of the music but my hubby said the music was the perfect touch for our ceremony. Kayla @ Cheza was very responsive to all my requests and provided great service each time. I can't wait to hear the music on our wedding video.

  They played my casual outdoor wedding and my only regret is that I didn't have them play for longer. They showed up early, were professional, and sounded great. All of my guests loved them. I thought it was a bit of an extravagance for a budget, backyard wedding, but they were worth every penny. Would definitely suggest for any kind of party where you want to add a bit of class and fun.

I had the true pleasure of partnering with and recommending Kayla and Cheza String Quartet as a member of the Denver area wedding community. (I moved at the end of 2016 and currently reside in Florida). The entire team at Cheza tops the charts in terms of everything you could possibly look for...they perform at a world class level! Thank you Kayla for creating an amazing experience for every single client that booked you. For those that appreciate the true artistic beauty of providing live instrumental music for your wedding ceremony and perhaps cocktail hour, Cheza will truly delight you. Kayla and her team proved time and time again to achieve the most memorable, unforgettable experiences and celebrations for our shared clients. One of my favorite quotes: "Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away." Watching this talented group took my breath away many times.   Kayla and team were very accommodating in our wish for two cellists, rather than a quartet. I also chose a pretty unusual song for my bridal processional and they had no problems with my request.
