  Ultimate professionalism and efficiency

  I don't know what I would have done without Erica; her service is unmeasurable! She was so amazing and had EVERYTHING completely under control. She took time to understand my vision at the venue and executed it beyond perfection. She meticulously and seamlessly managed every aspect of our reception and exhibited so much attention to detail! Erica is so professional, tactful, and compassionate; I felt like she was an old friend, someone I've known for years! She gave me peace of mind from the moment we first spoke on the phone. Please don’t hesitate to retain her services, you will not regret it! We love you Erica for being part of our forever memories!!

  Amazing!!!

  You need Erica and her team! I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. They were professional, responsible, creative, responsive and go getters! Whatever we needed or requested they got done. They’re also just kind and fun people to be around. So happy we chose them to plan, prep and guide us through our special day. Oh and they did all this from across the country! Beyond our expectations!

  Erica was absolutley amazing to work with. Her team went above and beyond on our wedding day. There were a few things that didn't go as expected weather wise, but they were on it to make sure the day ran smoothly. Thanks to them, we had an amazing day! I was looking for a day-of-coordinator, however Erica offers month of coordinating which helped us a ton. Trust me, she's one of a kind. We 10000% recommend!

  Chic Events made our daughters wedding flow beautifully. I highly recommend using Chic Events for any event you may need help with. We honestly couldn't have managed without them! They handled everything so perfectly, and saved us all the headache and stress for coordinating the wedding we hired them for. Cannot give them enough praise!!! Hire them!

  calm, composed, attentive, detail oriented

  Erica and her team have what we like to call "duck energy", paddles furiously beneath the surface, but from above the water everything is calm and collected. If there were moments in which things went sideways, we certainly never noticed because they did such an amazing job of keeping all of the business, tension, and issues away from us so we could enjoy our weekend. While they were very organized and detail oriented, the thing we appreciated the most was how we never once noticed any stresses of the time we spent with them. That was worth everything. Would recommend them to anyone.

  Best Decision Ever

  I was so skeptical about hiring a coordinator. I was on a tight budget and I thought a coordinator would not be necessary, little did I know the amount of work it took on the week leading to the wedding and the day of.

  Highly recommend

  We had a health emergency, and with that Erica was able to help me secure the final vendors for our event. They were extremely helpful taking care of all the details and listened to what I had needed and wanted done. They did a fabulous. job can’t thank them enough. We appreciate their skills, expertise and knowledge in helping us to have a fabulous event.

  Best Wedding Planner Ever

  We hired Erica for day-of coordination for our weddding day. She was such a life saver. We had a type of venue that was bring your own EVERYTHING. It was so overwhelming, but Erica and her team ran the day so smoothly. The month of my wedding she worked so closely with us to make sure she had all the details. She was such a pleasure to work with and was always available whenever I had any questions. She offered helpful handouts and checklists to make sure I didn’t miss any details. She helped me create the perfect timeline of the day with enough buffer so we had enough time in case things ran over.
  
  On the day of my wedding I got the layout of my seating chart wrong, and Erica solved the problem so quickly I didn’t have a chance to be upset about it. There was a miscommunication with our servers so some of the staff left the party early (not her fault) and her team actually stayed and handled the cleanup. She went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful.

  Phenomenal Woman!

  Erica is phenomenal at what she does. I hired her as a wedding coordinator as a gift to my son and his future wife. They gave her their ideas of their vision for their wedding, and she knew just what to do. Erica has handled all of their needs to date and has calmed my all my stress and anxiety about their wedding. In addition to her amazing style, she has so much creativity and wonderful ideas. Erica has an amazing network of vendor recommendations. Her communication skills are off the chart! Thank you in advance for a stress free beautiful day I will cherish forever.

  Outstanding Coordinator experience. Exceeded my expectations!

  My last original coordinator bailed on me 2 weeks before my wedding day so I last minute hired Érica and her team. She was quick to step in, get herself up to speed, and set up calls with all of my vendor. Oddly, I felt more at ease than I did even with my original coordinator who i was having to follow up with. Érica even went as far as picking up last minute needed items for the day of, point being she really does everything in her power to have your event done your way.
  Day of her team was professional and on top of everything! I literally had no worries and trusted them to do the job and they exceeded my expectations. Even after the wedding Erica allowed me to contact her for whatever needed. I highly recommend to anyone looking!

  A must for your Wedding needs!

  Me and my Husband were feeling overwhelmed having so many details to hash out and on top of that having so many family members flying in from out of state, but
  Erica came in the picture and really helped us get through everything. She really took the time to go over so many things we didn't think about and made our special day so much easier for us. l really appreciate having her take care our day of tasks so we could just enjoy our reception. I can't stress this enough that if there's one thing you should have for your wedding, it should be Erica for the day of coordinator. Trust me, she was an absolute life saver. Thanks for helping us create a magical evening!

  We originally felt like we could do the wedding without a coordinator, but with 3 months to go before the wedding we definitely started to panic because we weren't sure if we could do it by ourselves. Weeks before our wedding she was already behind the scenes working with all the vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page and they all knew what needed to be done and by what time. When the day of our wedding came, all we had to worry about was saying "I do" and enjoy our special day with our friends and family. We highly recommend Erica and her team, she's a big part of your special day.
