I couldn't be happier with my custom Chinchar Maloney engagement ring! The staff (most notably, Jessie) was fantastic in their response time and extremely helpful as far as design elements. The meaning and special motifs of my relationship were perfectly incorporated into the ring with care and precision. I'd highly recommend working with Chinchar Maloney for the most simple yet meaningful ring shopping experience! -

One-of-a-Kind Rings, Excellent Care
My fiancé and I a wonderful experience with Chinchar Maloney's custom process! Jessielee was so attentive and informative. I sent her a screen grab of a natural diamond from another shop and she was able to find a match that looks even better than the screen grab! The design process with Marian was easy. She had some great ideas and only took a few rounds to get the design just right. Jessielee sent process photos every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend Chinchar Maloney if you're looking for a unique, all natural, and eco-friendly engagement ring. -

Once I found Chinchar Maloney, I deleted my entire Pinterest board full of wedding ring ideas. The Montana Sapphire rings were exactly what I wanted. Something sparkly, artistic, timeless, natural, conflict-free and fairly priced. I worked with Marian to find the perfect stone for my wedding ring, and I couldn't be happier! I can't stay away from Chinchar Maloney! Since ordering my wedding ring, I also purchased my wedding band, a gorgeous topaz ring, and salt and pepper diamond studs. -

Customized Engagement Ring:)
Absolutely the best experience! I created my engagement ring from MN as I couldn't visit the actual site. Hands down the best customer service. Prompt responses, videos, photos, layouts, sketches: EVERYTHING! They catered to my needs from the start. I am so glad I went with Chinchar Maloney. I followed them on social media for a while before going ahead and creating my engagement ring. My fiancé new how much I loved their jewelry and would joke with me saying "we're going to have to fly to Portland aren't we?" My fiancé was really hesitant to create a huge commitment online, but I assure him that I trusted all the experiences I saw on their social media from other couples that did custom creations also. The process is just as intimate and catered to your needs as in person would be. :) -

Do you believe in angels? Well you will after your experience with Chinchar Maloney. They exhibit every quality I want in my experience with a business. They helped design and build a custom engagnement ring. Fair trade. All that good stuff. They’re amazing. Definitely go with them over Zales or Kay. If you need me to explain why, you’ve never experienced angels. -

Mark L. Sent on 01/28/2022Beautiful ring until the stone cracked and they blame you instead of trying to help
We purchased a ring at the beginning of 2020 from this company. The crack appeared just a few weeks ago after this company soldered the ring together for us.
I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handled our situation.
Attached is a photo of the crack on the ring we purchased just over a year ago. The crack starts on the bottom right after they allowed us to send it back and we paid them to solder it, which in no way could have got damaged by us unless you'd see scratches on the actual outer ring itself.
The fact that this company blamed my wife for this is ludicrous.
How can they say there were no inclusions and that this was our fault when you can't see any damage to the ring itself outside of the stone and where they placed the stone. It was on the bottom right which in no way could we have purposely damaged it.
I will never purchase anything from this company and hope anyone else who does pays close attention that their warranty they have listed is based only on their decision if they feel they want to replace it without a nominal fee.

I'm delighted to not deal with you again. " Not someone i'd recommend dealing with in any business.
I have photos as well regarding their disrespectful tone. Their last message to us was "Haha! Well, I suggest you take some jewelry classes so you actually know something about it. All fine jewelry is delicate and we do our best to educate people but I can't force you to read the information My business will be just fine with your review and without you as a customer ✌️"CHINCHAR/MALONEY's reply:
Dear Mark,
When your wife contacted us about the "chip" as she described it we sent her a free shipping label immediately so that we could examine the gem. Upon examining it under magnification, we observed a clear impact chip on the very edge of the gem. This is very unfortunate but it can happen. Your logic that it could not have happened as the result of an impact due to no damage being visible on the metal has absolutely no basis as the gem edge is not covered by metal in any way. Subsequent to being informed of our findings you attempted to blackmail and extort us with the threat of reviews. So here we are. If your review discourages other abusive people from becoming our customers then that is just fine with us. -
