I was terrified that I was wasting money on a coordinator and it was just something I was spending money on unnecessarily. Chloe did ALL the paperwork leg work and communication with vendors. They told me my entire days schedule timeline and reached out to every vendor and told them when and where to be.
The day of, I felt like a PRINCESS! Chloe and Sandra made sure I always had a drink when I wanted one. They filtered calls, they came and checked on me, they worked so flawlessly. They kept people out of the room that I didn't want in there and blocked the view like some bodyguards when people were trying to peek during photos. It's clear that they CARE and take their job very seriously. Thank you thank you CME and especially Chloe and Sandra. My wedding wouldn't have been the same without you and I consider it my absolute best money spent! -

Chloe was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in September 2023, and was the best decision I made while wedding planning. From logistical help, to day-of timeline creation, to managing load in and out and everything in between, she and her team were incredible every step of the way. Because we knew that Chloe had everything handled, we were able to enjoy our big day, focusing on every moment and being present with our guests. Thank you Chloe and team - we love you!! -

As soon as you start wedding planning the first thing you have to do is call Chloe at CME Experience. Hiring Chloe was the best wedding decision I made. She is super supportive, kind, easy to talk to, and truly wants to make your wedding day everything you want it to be!

Hire Chloe Hix and her team for your wedding. Just do it. Best money you will spend to get the wedding of your dreams.
We had a big wedding on August 5 (about 170 guests, 40 of whom were children, and a wedding party of 12 adults and 7 kids) and a somewhat complex wedding day schedule. Not to mention a big, rules-oriented venue.
It sounds chaotic and it was a lot to plan but the day of the wedding was peaceful and joyful. I didn’t feel stressed at all, which is exactly what you want for your wedding day! Everyone commented on how happy and chill my groom and I seemed and we were, because
a) we had preplanned a lot and
b) we had Chloe
Chloe knew and understood all of our plans and was able to enact all of them while we were busy enjoying our day. We could not have done everything without her. She knew our venue and our caterer and our day-of schedule and she helped us to do everything we needed. She suggested clever things like doing the cake cutting (which was indoors) before dinner so people could just go dance after dinner. It was brilliant and the whole night flowed so seamlessly. My sister, who was the mother of a flower girl, later said she had worried it was all going to be chaotic but it was so smooth.
Chloe thinks of everything and she was always available for questions by text or email, and she was SO PATIENT with us. She should probably raise her prices because she is so good. Between Chloe and our caterers, Essence of the Thymes, everything was managed beautifully. Everyone who we talked to was impressed by how smoothly our wedding flowed and had a great time. -

The day we hired Chloe was the first day I felt like I could let go and enjoy the wedding planning process. From our first phone call Chloe left me feeling confident, calm, and excited about our wedding. Chloe knows exactly what she’s doing and doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks. We hired Chloe for the month and day of coordination. She took our design ideas, and all of the décor we had purchased and implemented it perfectly. While I purchased a lot of my own décor, Chloe helped me figure out a few things that I didn’t need and what I was missing. She also provided some décor inventory which saved me money and time. On the day of your wedding you need someone who you can trust to handle everything that comes up. Chloe is that person. She didn’t stress me out with any unnecessary questions or issues, she just handles them. Chloe is a great leader and will make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do. During my wedding she made sure my husband and I had everything we needed at any moment. Brey was awesome too and always made sure we had a drink in our hand and didn’t miss out on appetizers while we snuck away for photos. We had met Brey at a couple of wedding expos and they make a great team! They kept the events on time and truly we could not have asked for a more perfect day. Hire CME Experience for your wedding and you’ll be so glad you did! -

We hired Chloe and her team for the last month of our wedding planning/day of coordination and I cannot imagine our wedding day without them. No one tells you that when it is your first (and ideally only) wedding, that often you're just flying by the seat of your pants. Well Chloe and her ladies came in and seamlessly weaved all the loose ends together. They went above and beyond, coordinating with rental deliveries, setting up decor, moving the chairs around, writing up table assignments, etc. As well, Chloe is an officiant, so she also married us while her team was working quietly in the background. She also supplied yard games for cocktail hour and glow sticks for the exit - things I didn't even think of! Everyone was so kind, professional and a joy to have a part of our wedding. Highly recommend!
