  Great quality!

  Christine has done two bridesmaid dresses and now my wedding gown for me. She has a quick turnaround with bridesmaid dresses and is very knowledgeable and skilled. She gave great recommendations for someone to make a veil for me, and to get my gown pressed/preserved. She did such a great job with all of the dresses she altered for me!

  Fantastic!

  Christine was so lovely to work with and so reasonably priced! I was really worried that my wedding dress would be difficult to hem because of its beadwork throughout, but she had some great out of the box ideas that worked perfectly! She was also completely open to my suggestions and changes. In the end, she finished the work weeks early and the dress held up the whole night of me traipsing around a grassy field! One of the best vendors I worked with during my wedding!

  I discovered Christine through rave reviews on her Facebook page and called her to set up an appointment. My dress was somewhat complicated with its alterations because of a detailed lace overlay. Christine was able to take it in multiple sizes and adjust it to fit me like a glove. Additionally, she was able to hem the complicated scalloped edge of my dress in a unique way with her expert artistic eye. Her fee was reasonable and worth every penny, and the alteration appointments felt like a family member was resizing my dress, despite having never met her. I couldn't recommend her enough as someone to trust with one of the most important aspects of your wedding day.

  Christine was so wonderful to work with! She did a great job altering my wedding dress (hemmed, taken in the waist, adding a bustle) and was affordable! She was even able to help out one of my local bridesmaids with her dress. I would definitely recommend her and would go back to her again if I needed other dresses altered.

  I got my bridal dress altered by Christine and had a great experience. She works out of her home in my home town, and I had coworkers recommend her as well. I trusted her to do a great job and she takes her job very seriously. She knows how important bridal dresses are to the big day! I accidentally ripped the tulle on my dress after it had been completely altered and paid for but I called her up and asked her if she could fix it, and she fixed it for no additional charge (though I was fully expecting to have to pay for it). I really appreciated that as someone who was paying for a wedding. She was even able to hem my mom's mother of the bride dress with VERY late notice. I really enjoyed working with her. If I ever need a dress altered again, I wouldn't hesitate to call her up and see if she was available to take on the job.

  I found out about Christine's Alterations through WeddingWire and am so happy with everything she did on my wedding dress! She is very meticulous with her work, and her prices were reasonable (the actual cost was actually less than she originally estimated)! Just make sure to get in early, because she does book up when it gets close to summer. Would definitely recommend to others!

  This is the second time I used Christine for alterations - the first time was for a bridesmaid dress. She did a fantastic job removing the train from my dress and making a few small alterations, including fixing a tear (I bought a sample sale dress). She has always been very accommodating in terms of when she could see me and was very invested in making sure that I was happy with everything she did.
  
  I also find it very reassuring knowing that only one person will be working on my dress, rather than having many people working on it (and working with me), which often happens at the bigger alteration businesses.

  For the bridesmaid dress, she simply hemmed the two layers of fabric--it seemed a little pricey (though not moreso than anywhere else), but it was worth it to me as I was very busy around that time.
  
  For my bridal gown, which I bought secondhand, she did a hem in the front by pulling up additional folds into the fabric (difficult to explain, but the bottom of the gown was "bubbled" so this worked really well), made some repairs to stitches holding the folds of fabric, and cut the boning so that it was not so long on my short torso. She was very patient about making sure that everything was just right and to my satisfaction. She also had a great recommendation for where to get the gown pressed to make it look absolutely perfect. I was glad to support Christine's business, and if I were still living in the Twin Cities, I'd definitely go back to her.

  Christine is a very talented and nice women that does tailoring and alterations out of her home. She did a good job on my dress, not perfect, but a good job. For something that I was only going to wear once, it was good enough.
