  From the start, I never expected my wedding day to be storybook perfect, but I also did not anticipate any major problems or set backs. Well, I was wrong. Our florist did not arrive until the time the wedding was supposed to begin, and our officiant, who is also my uncle, was 45 minutes late! The late start to our wedding led to a race to beat the sunset (it was supposed to be an outdoor sunset ceremony), and a rush to squeeze everything in during the receptions strict time limit. Valerie did an incredible job working through these problems and finding last minute solutions. She kept me cool and calm, and prevented any meltdowns. If it wasn’t for her, I would have been a stressed out mess. Thanks to Valerie I ended up really enjoying our wedding day and having many beautiful memories that will last me a lifetime. Having her there to coordinate everything allowed me to forget about the early hiccups in our plans and just enjoy the moment.
  
  A few things I really liked about her were that she was organized, quick thinking, knowledgeable in her field, and very sweet.

  Valerie goes beyond any other event planner I have ever worked with. I told her what I wanted and what I was invisioning for my wedding and she nailed it! She puts in a lot of time and effort into your special day. Without her I do not think my wedding would have ran as smoothly as it did.

  I hired Valerie from Ciao Bell'amore for my wedding planning. Valerie was such a great help to me. She was very professional and well organized. She responded in a timely manner and was always there when I needed some advice and guidance. On the day of the wedding she paid attention to details and kept me informed with everything that was going on. The pricing was very reasonable and I recommend Ciao Bell'amore.

  I can't say enough good things about Ciao Bell' Amore Events. My Bridal Shower was amazing, beautiful, and so well planned out! Everything ran smooth, and if it didn't I never heard about it. My guest were extreamly happy and didn't stop asking "who planned your shower?" Ciao Bell' Amore Events took care of everything! All I had to do was hand over a guest list!

  This year we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl and for her baptism I had Valerie from Ciao Bell'amore Events help with all our decorations and set up. Usually I like to be the one planning the parties and making sure everything runs smoothly, but with being a new mother I knew I needed help. Valerie made sure that everything was perfect. She dedicated every moment into making sure the flowers were perfect, centerpieces were unique and in place and the food was always filled and presentable. I did not have to worry about a thing. Her creative insight made my daughters baptism celebration one that our family is still talking about. She was here early and never once did I have to question her about set up. She was always conscious of the time and helped direct my other family members that were here to help.
  
  I had worked with Valerie once before with my best friends Bridal Shower. I had everything planned and just needed another set of hands. We had Champagne Glasses filled with desserts that Valerie prepared and the guests raved about the presentation.
  
  From experience and working with other coordinators I highly recommend Valerie for any event or wedding. Her attention to detail and the needs of her clients are above anyone I have ever worked with. Her ability to take her clients concept and ideas and turn them into reality is such a wonderful quality of many of her services. I plan to work with Valerie again whether it be for a consultation or having her plan my entire event. Her insight, attention to detail and ability to make a memorable party is what makes Valerie such a valuable part to any wedding or event.
