  Absolutely worth it

  Hiring Cigars Love Show for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions that we've made. Our guests LOVED the cigars. Not only are they delicious cigars, they are so cool and a great entertainment. Our guests all smoked at least once cigar. If you're getting married in Miami, you absolutely have to use them. They are the best of the best. Incredible addition to any party.

  The COOLEST Part of Our Wedding Day

  Cigar Love Show made our wedding look SO cool. Guests loved seeing the cigar rolling process and I know those pictures are going to look amazing.   Game changer

  I would like to start off by saying thank you to cigar love show for not only being the kindest of people there is but also for their amazing work. Their professionalism is top notch! Our wedding consisted of 20 firefighters including the groom who always smoke cigars together on shift. Cigar love show provided the best Cigars for them and everyone else kept talking about how amazing the service was!

He added a unique experience for our guest and everyone loved him. Not only were the cigars great, our guest only had positive things to say about their experience. If you're looking to add something to your wedding reception or event that is different and affordable, Cigar Love show is your guy.

  Everyone loved the cigars and the extra special touch of watching them be hand rolled! Yoexi was so great and brought that extra Cuban flare we wanted! Our guest are still talking about how much of a hit it was! Thank you so much!

  Such an amazing touch to our wedding!

  My husband and I got married at Cocoplum Womans club and hired Cigars Love Show after being referred by the event coordinator at our venue. This was such an amazing and unique touch to have at our wedding. All of our guests were super impressed and had a great time posing with their hand rolled cigars!!! Thank you for being a part of our special day

  Outstanding Cigars and Set up

  Yoexi is an amazing cigar roller and his table set up is beyond amazing! Yoexi arrived early in order to set up for my wedding reception, and was ready to go when the guests got there. Everyone who tried the cigars were in love with the quality. Those who don't smoke still had a souvenir outside of the wedding favors to take home. The quality for the price is beyond comparison. The touch of the personalized labels with our family name made the cigars even more special. My husband is Cuban - this was a surprise for him - and he loved Cigar Love Show. It was a pleasure having them at our wedding.

  It was okay

  We were so excited about having a cigar roller at our wedding that we planned on doing a first look so that we were able to enjoy this entertainment during our cocktail hour. We paid for the 75 cigars package, and I will say we were disappointed. We did not get a Traditional master cigar roller nor did we get 50 authentic handcrafted cigars on site as described on their website. Instead, we got a new hire (which is fine, but you could tell he did not have as much experience), and he did not roll 50 authentic cigars on site. Maybe I misunderstood incorrectly, but the entire cigar was not being rolled on site. Instead, he was rolling the ends. For the guests I know they enjoyed having this presentation, but I was honestly disappointed after seeing this and he left after only an hour. After he left, we had multiple guests come to us asking if there were any cigars left. We had paid for 75 cigars and there were only 90 guests so that did not make any sense. We also had multiple people tell us that some of the cigars we had paid for were given to the caterer?! Honestly, we were very upset at this point. Not only were we short on cigars but some were given to vendors who had no right getting any. This is unacceptable on his staff's part.
  
  I called the owner the next day to figure out what had happened. We paid for 75 cigars, and we certainly did not get what we paid for. The owner apologized for the mix up and was aware that we did not receive all of the cigars we paid for but did not have the curtesy to reach out to me and correct this problem. I called him in the late afternoon, so he had time to reach out to us or the wedding planner who contracted him, but he didn't. I am certain that if I did not reach out complaining about the missing cigars, he would not have reached out to us. In the end, we were missing 25 cigars that we picked up from him.
  
  In the future, I hope the owner takes the initiative to rectify any problems that he is aware of. As mentioned, if I did not reach out to him about this issue that he was aware of from the previous evening, he would not have called me. 25 missing cigars are a third of what we paid for and not to mention the cigars that were given to vendors that weren't our guests.

  I know you're very upset! We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our services and I take full responsibility as the owner of the company. We should have negotiated this event from the start, as we always do with our clients. Your review helps us improve our business and offer you better service every day. We worked for one hour as agreed with your wedding planner. Carlos, our cigar roller with over 15 years of experience in making cigars with good presentation and very polite, worked your event. And the extra cigars were delivered to you in some way due to confusion and misunderstanding. Yes, you are right that it tends to confuse some customers when we give away cigars outside of the guests; these are extra cigars that are not the ones you paid for. Please, we ask you with much love to tell us what we can do so that you don't maintain a bad opinion about our company. Thank you very much.
